Newly made breakfast tastes very good! Manager nice and helpful.

Old hotel with lots of things wooden and metal keys. Room too small, especially the shower space. Not enough towels. The water flow is weak. It takes extra longer time to get warm water. The housekeeping didn’t change the linens and towels. So unprofessional.

The hotel was easy to find and at an amazing location, a walking distance from all the major train stations. The single room was exactly what I expected; the bed was extremely comfortable, despite the small hick-up of the headboard not being properly attached to the bed frame. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and understanding.

I encountered several minor issues which did not affect my stay at all - the water pressure in the shower was not great; the bed frame has seen better days; the room wasn't thoroughly checked from previous guests and there were some items left in the drawers.

Lovely cooked breakfast.

The breakfast selection was excellent and cooked perfectly to my liking. The room was clean, great garden view. Not far from underground.

It might not be an ideal for a traveller who has a lot of bags, because there's no elevator

Fantastic location, we don’t mind walking so the 10 minutes stroll to Soho was the ideal distance for us. Quiet neighbourhood, nice area, Euston is at walking distance too. The room was pleasant, decent size and had a small but well organised bathroom. Nice breakfast too.

It’s a nice little guest house, I’d have appreciate to have our room cleaned at least once in a 3 three night stays.

The Beds need to be replaced - my bed was old and tired and way to soft.

Jesmond Hotel is ideally located, close to the center of London and from walking distance to Picadilly! We stayed in a 4-person room and a single room. Both were tidy and comfy. Breakfast is lovely, a full English or a continental breakfast in the downstairs dining room.

Bathrooms and 4-person room were very cramped, so be aware there is not a lot of space. There are quite a few stairs to the room. But still good value for money!

The location is very central and I could walk to most of the places I wanted to go to The staff was nice The room was clean They upgraded me when I got stranded in Wales because of the strikes and missed the first night, which was very kind.

Overall feels like a youth hostel, which was not what I was expecting with the price, but I'm not used to London and looking at the comments, it is actually reasonable. I could feel the bed coils in my ribcage. The shower was fighting for its life on the pressure and hot water front. The toilets/bathroom were supposed to be shared? The double doors of the room were very awkward to maneuver with luggage, as were the narrow stairs with no elevator (eh, old buildings... Nothing you can really do) Vegetarian breakast leaves you with little to eat

Great hotel. I am very happy I stayed at this hotel as location was perfect for me. I stayed a week ago at another hotel literally a few doors away and paid the same price but this one exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay there again if I go to UCL “if they do not bring the price up after my feedback😀”
