Everything was perfect specially the location

The bed. Beds were uncomfortable

The property is lovely The rooms are amazing The breakfast was ok We had stay in Milan in a lower price hotel and the breakfast quality was better but so far it wa stood Made to order beverages and omelet es We had an issue with the air condition the 1 st day and therefore we have to move 2 times of toom But everyone in the hotel was super nice and willing to help My kids room was a suite and it was huge The bathrooms were nice too big The rooftop bar has an amazing view We enjoy iour pre dinner drinks

As I mention before we had no air conditioning in our 1 st room and then they try to move us It was very hot in Venice so it was a necessity We ended on a room without view ( that we had booked in advance) but wit AA Ans eveyone was super nice to help They also return the difference from the water view as well

Great reception and breakfast staff

Central location. Rooftop bar is lovely. The view over Venice is great and the drinks, food and service is very good. Well worth a visit! Great air con in the rooms and comfy beds.

This hotel was a bit on the expensive side, especially when breakfast isn’t included. Our room also didn’t have much of a view.

The facility, location and breakfast staff.

The ladies at reception need to be trained on customer service. Whenever I asked a question, they projected a negative attitude. The male reaction staff were more receptive. I’m female, so no gender bias here.

Immediate impact on arrival of helpful, competent reception. Nice public rooms. Lift excellent. Room comfortable, roomy. Bed excellent. Bathroom pretty good. Walk-in shower perfect. Provision of UK 13 amp, 3 pin electric socket and USB charge sockets. Luxurious dressing gowns and towels. Location is perfect - good restaurants nearby, close to Rialto and Markets. Vaporetto stop very close by. Perfect roof-top bar overlooking Grand Canal.

A/C difficult to control. Two settings - off or cold. Not enough hooks in bathroom. Wash dispensers too high above whb. Bidet impractical - who designed/chose it? Unusable. No kettle to make tea. Nespresso good, but only espresso-sized cups.

Excellent location on the grand canal close to major attractions and plenty of restaurants.

the water taxi stop is on the opposite side of the canal to the hotel, you need cross over two bridges to reach which is not easy if you have heavy luggage

We had a superior double room, with a side view of the canal. The room was of a reasonable size, the bed and pillows were comfortable and had good quality bedding. It lacked a bit in a dedicated space to open suitcases and the wardrobe was a bit tight for two people but we asked for extra hangers and made it work. The bathroom has single basin with a counter top, a big mirror and a separate little mirror with decent light for makeup, walk-in shower, toilet and (half) a bidet - a bit awkward, never seen one like this before. There’s a great rooftop bar with amazing views of the canal. The location is perfect, about 200 metres away from Rialto bridge, which makes it very easy to walk everywhere (which we really did and enjoyed). All the staff were very professional, friendly, polite and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and can absolutely recommend it. Grazie mille for the most wonderful 5 days!

It has the potential to be a 5 star hotel but still needs a little more attention to detail. For example, the glass used for toothbrushes were never cleaned or swapped (even though I packed the toothbrushes away every morning before we left). But as I said, it’s only attention to details.

great location and view!

The check-in was the best we have experienced from a hotel point of view. Two glasses of prosecco handed to us, and a 10 minute go through of the city map going through recommendations etc. Staff were all really friendly.

beautiful location, welcoming staff, room was amazing. celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and had chocolates, Prosecco in the room.- also had slippers, dressing gown, toiletries, coffee, water and more! our room overlooked the canal and was amazing. the breakfast was lovely and all staff were so efficient and made us very welcome. cocktails were great in the roof top bar!

Liked almost everything! maybe a breakfast card to explain what extras you can have ie type of eggs- also found it hard some nights to get a seat in roof top bar - maybe advise guest to reserve. such a beautiful location I think a lot of non hotel residents come to admire the view and sunset!
