Everything was wonderful with the exception of wifi signal. Guido our rep met us off the boat he was great and he made sure that everything was to our liking. Five stars!!!

Clean apartment, air conditioned, good size washer and dryer, 2 toilets, nice size kitchen, and Guy met us at the pier where we got off the boat. He is so nice to meet us and walk us over to the apartment. We could have had trouble finding the place otherwise. The location is amazing and within short distance of walk to everything! We loved Venice.

location perfect, just metres away from Rialto bridge. Immaculately clean, spacious, everything you need. Guido the flat steward was really helpful and kept in touch with us via WhatsApp, prior to arrival and met us at a convenient location and walked us to the apartment.

dryer was not same as in USA. kept stopping after 2 minutes. Mayne because we didn’t know how to use it.

The location is great - right next to Rialto Bridge so basically the center of Venice. Very touristy but I'm a tourist. A lot of restaurants and shops. Walking distance and a water bus ride away from everything. Actual normal speed wifi: I think it was either 100/300 MBPS when I tested. This was only in the living area. Wifi in the bedrooms we're about 5MBPS, I think. The host Giulia met us at the Rialto water bus station and walked us to the apartment. The apartment itself is clean, with all the named amenities present. I would recommend this place for a good few days to explore the highlights of Venice.

Only snag is the apartment is quite dark and cold.

Partying tourists can be noisy outside

From the front door you can throw a rock and hit the Rialto Bridge. Great space for our family of six. One queen/king bed in a bedroom, two singles in another, and a fold out couch. Full kitchen, two toilets, one shower, one clothes washer. Had everything we needed. The staff met us on arrival, showed us around, etc. Worked great.

Small rooms, but still bigger than a hotel room, and probably good size for Venice!

The flat is absoultely centrally located but quiet in the night (besides some noise from deliverys or street cleaners). It is spacious, newly renovated and has all comfort you need. Beds were comfortable with very good mattresses. - And we got 2 sets of keys for individual use!

To meet the flat assistant was not so easy although I had informed him some days earlier about our arrival time and once again the same day some hours in advance with SMS to both the owner and the assistent. But we had to wait for him for about one hour! He came finally after an additional call. - After a long journey that wasn't a good start at all!

The appartment is very well equipped and spacious, in a super location close to the Rialto. The owners were extremely helpful with all our questions, and very kind and friendly. Top recommendation.
