Location a well kept and stocked apartment

My family and I liked every thing about our stay! The apartment is spacious, perfect for 3 people and has excellent AC/aircon- this was such a relief after exploring in the hot Venice sun! The apartment was easy to find and get into. Our host was very responsive and made us feel welcome. The location is perfect with excellent restaurants near it- the host provided great tips which we followed! We also really enjoyed that the apartment was an easy walk to everything you want to see in Venice but also wasn’t directly in the heart of all the business. It was very peaceful to return there each night. Additionally the laundry machine worked very well. I would happily stay here again and would gladly recommend to others!
Just be aware there are a couple flights of stairs to the apartment- worth it for us but would be hard with any mobility challenges.

This is a fantastic place to stay to explore Venice. It is an easy walk to the Rialto & San Marco & next to La Fenice Theatre. Checking in was easy & the apartment has everything you need & is roomy and comfortable. We had a great stay!

Very comfortable apartment, had everything we needed. Situated just 5 minutes walk from San Angelo waterbus/vaparetto stop and a 10 minute walk to St Marks Square.

Fantastic location on a lovely square in San Marco, right next door to La Fenice opera house with views over the square. The bar/restaurant downstairs had a great selection of pastries for breakfast and was a lively place for an afternoon drink. Very handy to all of the San Marco attractions.

The apartment was in an excellent location in between the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. It was very spacious and comfortable and in a lovely little square next to La Fenice theatre. Host always available to help.

Perfect location: very central and at the same quiet, on a nice old square, close to the main attractions, vapporetto stop, a supermarket. The apartment was perfectly clean, warm and very well equipped, with strong wifi signal. Client support was prompt and efficient.

Set in a little square right next to the opera house, 10 mins from Piazza S. Marco and 15 from the Rialto Bridge. Perfetto.

Flat was opened by calling the owner as they could open it remotely.
Flat was good size and clean.
Overall good to stay.
Location was far from the stations so if you have heavy bags difficult to reach.
Flat was on 2nd floor again not recommended with heavy bags.

Slight communication issue over meeting the "maid" to let us into the apartment. We were waiting outside for 40 minutes in 30 degree heat. Once inside though...everything was fine. Excellent apartment.

Apartment is in a really beautiful location. It is on relatively quiet square but in the centre of the city with close distance to San Marco, Ponte di Rialto etc. The host was really friendly, meeting with us after arrival, helping with some advices regarding the shopping etc. We really loved the view from the living room and master bedroom and apartment was stylish and well equipped. We were more than happy with the apartment and it really enabled us to enjoy our stay in Venice and make most of our trip.
I wish the master bedroom mattress was standard one - either one big or split into 1/2.
The mattress was split on 1/3, leaving not much comfortable gap exactly in the place where the person on the right side is sleeping.

lovely spacious apartment, equipped with everything you could need. We loved the location, and chiara gave us a warm welcome and lots of useful information.

Well situated with a nice little place to eat breakfast right beside the apartment. Behind the building was a nice ristorante also. All main sites were within walking distance.
Was not anything we didn’t like but it was difficult to find at night with Google maps if you don’t understand Italian addresses. It is best to map to the Fenice theatre and the apartment is right there.

The apartment was in good location, next to the Fenice Theater and two lovely restaurants.
The neighbor down stairs came to ask for a loan and said that he could not enter his apartment. It seemed like a scam.
The windows can´t be opened because of many mosquitoes.

Excellent location, door to door with Teatro La Fenice and view on the plaza. Posh streets and several boat stops. Tasteful decoration. Very well equipped flat (except for the toaster), good isolating windows.
40 minutes at the door because owner, though knowing of our arrival, had put on the answering machine! At last we went in but met no one. The property is not responsible for a very unpleasant and rude neighbour.
Near San Marco, big garbage problem: either you carry the bag to a boat before 8:30 AM, or you wait till someone ring the bell (8:30 to 12). Forbidden to throw the bag into a public trash can (hum...) We went by boat to the Rialto market where you can find big cans. So bring with you a big, innocent-looking plastic bag :-))

We had an excellent stay in this lovely apartment. Had everything we needed. Ideal for lovers of La Fenice, quiet square with atmosphere and very good restaurants.
Very helpful easy going host, giving us lots of tips also about the garbage collecting, which is very well organized in this city whiteout roads.
