We all had a wonderful time and property was truly amazing!

Our entire family of 22 had a wonderful five days at a truly amazing villa , with great food from Chef Bishop and a fantastic location in St. Thomas. So thankful for this opportunity and their whole team was magnificent. Even with a difficult medical issue to deal with on the island , we had a wonderful time and are so thankful for the team especially Camille assisting with medical service and housing afterwards. 5 star service all the way ! Can't wait to return thank you

We loved out stay at One Perfect Day, the views, the variety of spaces and activities were everything we could've asked for. We ventured off-property once or twice only to realize that we had everything we needed at home. Would definitely recommend and return.

We spent a magical week at One Perfect Day Villa, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal ceremony, on the private beach in front of the house. It was the perfect spot for our children and close friends to stay, as everyone had privacy and the views from every room was spectacular! We booked Chef Marshall for the week and he was incredible. Highly recommend him. Ricardo the caretaker on site was attentive when needed and really went the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of.

Great property with all the elements for a large group. Plenty of personal space/privacy and good gathering space for the group. Having the pool and the private beach was ideal. The proximity allowed us to run down to Magen's Bay casually vs. having too since we had the beach access at our local. Highly recommend overall.

Might be the best house on the island. Gorgeous views. Very relaxing location. Perfect for a large group. Areas where you can be together but also places you can go to have alone time. We had a Chef for two of the meals - highly recommend. Ricardo was very helpful with any of our needs throughout our stay. The pools were great. The beach was all ours. Perfect vacation place.

Everything was perfect. The only issue was that the pictures don’t really do this place justice. Literally, the trip of a lifetime that we want to repeat every year!!!

A big property that works really well for a large group. Lots of separate spaces to spread out, or come together.

Property was gorgeous. Takes a lot of maintenance that large of a property around salt water. Minor things like furniture in the balconies off the rooms needs replaced but that is happening. Large gorgeous functional.

The rental process was easy and all questions were answered promptly.

Beautiful location. Good sandy beach with great snorkeling. The main house is terrific with a great pool - that has a low end for children and a deep end for adults. Beautiful terraces. Each villa is very well equipped. Magnificent views from every angle. The house is well supplied. Very efficient housekeeping crew and caretaker. One Perfect Day is more beautiful than the pictures depict. Loved our time there!

We chose One Perfect Day as our family destination to celebrate life during these difficult Pandemic days, bringing together family members that had not seen each other in more than a year in a safe location. Best decision ever! The property, pool, and private beach is amazing… we had our own slice of paradise to enjoy. And we did! The space was exceptional for gathering, but allowed plenty of opportunity for private time as needed. The onsite caretaker, Ricardo, was warm, friendly, and had the house and amenities ready to go on arrival. Marta, our housekeeper, kept us organized with clean towels and linens while being kind and friendly to all of us. We coordinated our trip and excursions with Edie, our concierge, and each one surpassed our expectations. The entire trip could not have gone more smoothly for a multigenerational group of 18 from various areas of the US. From airport pickup to drop-off, our needs were met and then some. Thank you Warren, our transportation expert, for being so reliable and taking us wherever we wanted to go by car! We especially loved working with Edie, who knows everything about the Island and was a wealth of information. We hired Chef Marshall Bishop, who treated us to world-class, delicious food that was perfectly served and presented. A shout out to Ocean Surfari and Tiki-Man tours for fantastic experiences on a beautiful island. Last but not least, Cody at timesavers did a fantastic job bringing food and beverages to us pre-trip and as we ran short. I highly recommend this to all who’d like to experience life at its finest. Thank you Justin, Edie and all who kindly provided us a dream vacation that quite possibly will never be topped!

While the property was impressive in size the rest of the stay was far from impressive. The concierge manager that came with the property rental was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We booked this place for the premiere service and ease of use and instead we were left with booking all of our own excursions, dinner and activities. Once we made it to the property we entered through a mud pit driveway and dropped our bags at the front door where we were advised that our bags would be delivered to our rooms. That did not happen. We then went on a tour with the property manager. When we went to view the first room not part of the main dwelling you could quickly smell sewer from the patio and into the bedroom. The smell was so awful that no-one was able to stay in the room. The smell was quickly discoverable in the two guest rooms in the main dwelling as well. From the pool and pool decking all you could smell was sewer. In addition the pool patio feature was ripped and falling apart. A few days into the stay the master bedroom in the main dwelling started to smell of sewer as well. When calling the property manager to let him know there was a growing issue he advised it was from changing a babies diaper in the bedroom and not taken care of right away. One this never happened and two this is offensive. The house was advertised as a private beach in the title of the listing. When we were on the beach a random man was laying on the beach float and many people were utilizing the beach. We justified the price for the services offered and the private beach for our children. Other than size this house did not deliver on any other features. It smelled, people were rude and the experience was completely disappointing and underwhelming.

The property is even nicer than the pictures if that's possible. Aleesha was very responsive to all of our questions and requests and helped coordinate a chef, paddleboards and boat excursions. We had a large group and it was a last trip for my Dad who has dementia so it was wonderful way for him to spend time with the family. We had a mix of Adults, college and early 20's and high schoolers and they all had a blast - best trip ever is what they all said! The private beach is really the hidden gem here - there's really not many places with a beach like this and we made the most of it everyday. Alesha arranged for our boat charters to pick us up at the house which was great. We hope to be back very soon!

We had a fabulous week at the One Perfect Day villa. The property was stunning! The photos are accurate but may not even do it justice. The service was impeccable — starting before our stay all the way through until we left Justin was incredibly responsive and always helpful. Our concierge Alesha was so helpful in making arrangements for us for our stay. Chef service, boat excursion and delivery of wave runners help make our week a dream. We were a group of 15, including adults and teenagers and every one of us loved this trip. Plenty of living space, bedrooms super comfortable, house very clean, views to die for. The game room and gym were really nice to have. Our only complaint was that we could only stay for one week. We hope to come back!

Justin and team were fantastic, and attended to our every need. He was kind, considerate, and extraordinarily helpful. The villa was beautiful and absolutely fantastic for our large group. We can't wait to come back again!

Alesha, Justin, and the entire team made our stay so great. They assisted with with everything needed from chef services, chair rental and snorkel gear, a boat charter, etc. We highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again in the future. Loved every minute.

Our family totally enjoyed our stay. The management was very responsive to all calls and fixed everything promptly. Having Chef Josh was a blessing and absolutely delicious. Magens Bay is beautiful beyond words! We will be back!

A wonderful time was had by all, we had 15 family members in the villa and never felt cramp or crowded. The house layout was perfect to share time together in the main area, game room or around the pool. For privacy the 9 bedrooms all with balcony’s, all large and with sitting areas and individual climate control. With 8 kings, 1 queen and 8 bunks, assigning sleeping areas was no issue. Plenty of space to enjoy your solitude, to relax or read a good book. The outdoor amenities are fantastic, you can swim in the pool, take the stairs to the beach or sit around a large table at the outdoor kitchen on the lower deck and enjoy playing some games. The “Baby Beach” of Magens Bay is located at the bottom of the steps off the deck, a great place to lounge and pick up shells. Kayaks are provided, swimming is great, and snorkeling is ok with the occasional turtle and school of fish. If you get tired of swimming at the beach (although you probably won’t) you can hang out at the edge of the infinity pool and enjoy the fabulous views and watch the pelicans float by at eye level and dive for a meal. The Kitchen is large and well stocked with all the utensils needed to prepare and serve a meal at the large round table that comfortably sat all 15 of us. With two refrigerator/freezers store runs are kept to a minimum and the double oven/microwaves were always in use when preparing dinner. The property manager Justin was responsive, patient and honest, answering all of the questions that can be posed 15 guests, he made all of us comfortable selecting the property. Ricardo the onsite care taker was responsive to our requests on how to use appliances and operation of other equipment. Justin and his team were pleasant, engaging and a great resource to make our trip the best it could be.
