Trampolin mit Basketballkorb im Terrassenhof. Parken im Carport für 2 Autos. Einfacher Zugang zu SF, Schulen, Transport, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

This home was perfect for our families, and the stay could not have been better for our quick trip to the Bay Area. The house was incredible clean and comfortable, and it was well stocked to meet all our needs. The kids especially loved the hot tub and trampoline. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this property for a few days visiting the Bay area. We have lived near here before so were aware of driving to most attractions / sights (it's not super walkable). It took us approx. 30 mins to get into SF.
The house itself is a quiet location, and a nice layout for a family of 4. The yard is pretty and fun for the kids & dog. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable and clean; a little dated and old. The kitchen is a disaster and really needs a deep clean, Cabinets felt sticky and grimy, several pans/trays had to be washed first. Even the toaster oven was gross. The house manual and tv remote were also pretty oily and grim to touch. There's a ton of cobwebs and leaves all over the exterior windows. Owner says she's remodeling in Sept and wasn't concerned by the dirt when I mentioned it. I'd hold off renting until then, unless you're ok cleaning before you cook..

This was our last stay on a 2+ week coastal drive up from LA. We spent a few days in downtown San Francisco before this but wanted to spend the last couple days just relaxing before our long flight back to Australia. It was the perfect choice. House is located in a beautiful hilly area with great scenery. Well equipped as well which allowed us to enjoy a few meals in. And the hot tub was great for a relax. Close to Muir Woods and some coastal walks we did and also not far from Sausalito where we had a great modern Mexican meal on our last night.

The place is very kid friendly. Has a couple packNplays even though we brought our own. Beds are comfortable and clean. Very minimal yet has everything you need for cooking. It rained our entire trip so we did not get to use the amenities (trampoline and jacuzzi) but both looked fun. We did use the fireplace which made it really cozy. The only thing missing was a gate for the stairs. We had a 1 year old but we made it work. Check in/out was seamless and a breeze.

This house is tucked up in the hills, which makes for a gorgeous, remote setting. Our kids loved the hot tub and it was easy to get around Marin County. Host was responsive and flexible. It was well-stocked (high chair, pack n play, toys and games, lots of towels and kitchen stuff) but house seemed like it's seen better days. Overall, though, worked well for our family of four for a wedding weekend.

The house perfectly met our needs! The owner was very easy to work with and nicely accommodated our requests. Beautiful home set in the trees! It was quiet, clean, and had more amenities than we needed. It was the perfect home base for rounding out our wonderful weekend during a beautiful family wedding!!!

The property is on a tree covered hillside. All the trees effectively separate you from the adjoining properties which were very quiet. The entry and main living area are on the second floor so, basically, you're up in the tree canopy with a nice view of the hills to the west.
The house is in very good condition and furnished well to make a comfortable stay. The site is close to a grocery store and vibrant downtown Mill Valley.
The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay at this property again.

The house was clean and up to date. Comfy beds and modern bathrooms. The hot tub and trampoline were a hit with the kids. Great location for exploring SF and surroundings. Very happy with our stay.

My family stayed for a full week and throughly enjoyed ourselves. The home is well appointed and very clean; It made for a cozy, relaxing stay. We were able to travel between Oakland and San Francisco in less than an hour which allowed us to explore so much of both cities. The only trouble is the hill to the drive way. It is intimidating at first.

Perfect vacation
This is a special house, very spacious and inviting. The view is terrific. Our 5 year-old loved the trampoline and the hot tub! I do hope to stay there again.

Two weeks in a tree house- like home in Mill Valley
My husband and I wanted to be near San Francisco to be closer to our adult children who live and work in SF, and we wanted a get away after experiencing a year of the pandemic. This home on Wendy Way in Mill Valley was perfect for us. It has an open and airy feeling, and it was very welcoming for our family, including my children's dogs who came by a visit sometimes. It was a great place to curl up on the couch to read and drink tea. It also was easy to walk around to get groceries, drive a short (or longer!) distance to beautiful hikes...all this and we were only 20 minutes away from our children's neighborhoods in San Francisco. It was a perfect spot. We enjoyed the hot tub every day and/or night! We will be back soon I hope!!

My husband & I and my son & daughter-in-law stayed for 4 days (and their Corgi). A beautiful, clean, well appointed home with beautiful views of the hills & trees. Great deck! Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, nice furnishings. Love the location with close proximity to Sausalito, the city, and Mt Tam trails.

Perfect location for families hoping to see SF.
We loved staying here on our recent trip to SF. The house was extremely clean and felt like a home away from home. Check in was easy. The location could not be better! Minutes from Muir Woods and the Golden Gate Bridge. My kids loved the books, Legos and hot tub! We loved the balcony view and the kitchen that had plenty of pots, pans and dishes so we could avoid eating out. Perfect place to stay as our family travelled during the pandemic!

Perfect getaway for family with kids
Hila's place is spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The place is clean, tastefully decorated and have everything we needed for our stay. The highlight is definitely the trampoline and hot tub. Kids easily spent entire afternoon there and leaving us some quiet time to read. The house is also nearby many beaches and great hiking trails. We explored a few when we managed to drag kids out of the house. :)

Perfect location to get into SF
This was a wonderful roomy house for our group of 6 friends/family travelling together. The house was immaculate inside and very comfortable and conducive to relaxing.
There were 2 bathrooms; one ensuite in the bedroom upstairs and one downstairs to share with the two bedrooms on that level. The bathrooms were modern and updated. Plenty of room in the spacious house for all of us!
The location was ideal as we were just north of the city of San Francisco so it was very easy to get into. There were also some great restaurants in the area and amazing views nearby the Golden Gate Bridge from the north.
This house was a great find, especially as it is so close to the city, but safely tucked away in a lovely residential setting.

Wonderful house for family vacation
We are a three generation family with two kids and grandparents in their 80s and everyone loved the house. Hila did a wonderful job of communicating with us throughout our stay. She even had great kids books that my kids grabbed from the bookcase to read. The kitchen is very large so we ate dinner in every night. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Loved the Tam house!
Beautiful location and wonderful accommodations! We loved our time at the Tam house. Hila was incredibly responsive. The property was beautiful and beautifully maintained and we were very comfortable staying here. We traveled in for a long weekend to visit CA family. This was a great location. Not too far of a drive into the city and fairly close to Stinson Beach and Muir woods. There was enough to do at the house as well if you would rather just relax, enjoy the view and the outdoors. I would highly recommend the Tam house!
