My son and I stayed at this lovely home for 4 nights. We absolutely loved the property! The house was well stocked and the Guest Viewer made it simple to find not only information about the property but local attractions. The fenced in backyard was a peaceful place to relax. There were a couple cats that came to visit but they didn’t seem to be bothered by us. The house had ample space for the two of us, plenty of TV’s and I especially liked the little office area. We did find one board game but it would have been nice if the house had a few more. My only complaint was the landscape company showed up early one morning to plant flowers/shrubs and put down new mulch. I would have preferred the work done before/after our stay but I know this isn’t always possible to schedule. The host was very accommodating and charged us a prorated rate instead of an additional day as our flight home was a later evening flight. This allowed us extra time in the Lakeland area. Overall, I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again.

I brought 2 fur babies with me in my trip. The back yard was astounding. They loved it and didn’t want to come inside. Everything in the home was remodeled and very moderate. It was a beautiful home. Small. Quaint. Accommodating. Peaceful.

Our third time here. Perfect for moving our FSC student in and out.

It was a great stay for 3 adults. Not a very lively city but there’s some good smaller stores to check out. The city and location itself is fantastic

I would rent it again

Was exactly what expected for cleanliness and quality. A few minor glitches and will DEFINITELY recommend or return: no frying pans - but LOVED having a variety of handy spices. May want to actually mop vs just sweep floors - wiped up spilled water in kitchen with a paper towel and it was dark grey with dirt. Never found any hardcopy instructions, and so had to use our own “assumption” for checkout. No trash bags or instructions for washer/dryer - or whether we should strip/make up beds before departure. This is a pet-friendly home, so may want to replace the area rugs more frequently. With 4 remotes, never did figure out how to function all the smart apps. There were old profiles of users on each different tv, so the tv’s aren’t synced to bookmark what you’re watching. Might want to add instrux to check out for deleting app profiles.

We enjoyed this home away even more the second time. Wonderful place and well equipped for eating in. Love the back patio too. Thank you for your excellent hospitality!

A quiet neighborhood that was near several beautiful lakes, a natural wildlife reserve, and spring training.

This was our first experience with a vacation rental and we couldn’t have asked for more. Home was well cared for, clean, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive to every question. Already booked with same host next year!

Wonderful, small, exceptionally clean house in a charming neighborhood. The entire backyard is fenced in which was plenty room for our dog. The home was in tip top shape when we arrived, especially its cleanliness.The owner has done a great job inside the house with appliances, thermostat and t.v's being the latest. The owner is very responsive when contacted. The location is excellent for visiting the sites around town and especially close to the gorgeous Lake "down the street." Would highly recommend this wonderful VRBO for you and of course your dog....she also had a great time and would also have written a rave review hadn't she been taking her fifth nap of the day!

This house was perfect & exactly as described. We were here for my niece’s graduation from FSC and we simply walked down the street to the ceremony. The neighborhood was quiet & the house had everything we needed. It was spotless and everything is new. Would definitely stay again!

This beautiful home is probably the best Vrbo I have ever stayed in, and I travel a lot! The house is spacious and beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen is excellent! The office area that looks out onto the back yard made a lovely workspace for me and the house is big enough to have good separation from my partner who was also working in another room. The back yard has a lovely seating area, a fire pit and an outside tv! It feels very private. The neighborhood is super quiet and lovely. It's also in a perfect location. I didn't have a car part of the time but was easily able to walk to the lakes, to the art museum, the downtown shopping areas and all other local attractions! What a beautiful city Lakeland is! I cannot recommend this house highly enough; I'd love to go back there anytime!

We had a nice time in this pretty cottage in Lakeland.The home is clean and nicely decorated.Very comfortable.We have family nearby and they came and visited a couple times.They liked the home and area.The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the backyard set up is very comfortable.We enjoyed ourselves very much.
