Fabulous location. Amazing views.
Excellent facilities and all we needed was provided.
Access to the road was a little tight but that is mainly the issue of the town layout.

Lovely sea view. Welcome card, bottle of wine and milk was a nice touch. Had everything we needed. Right above the beach and short walk to town. Clean.

Located very near to the beach and amenities on the Esplanade. Others shops and restaurants were a 5 minute walk away. Property itself was excellent, spotlessly clean, fully equipped, warm and cosy.
Even though it was January the stay was very pleasant. Would like to stay again during the summer months. A perfect base to have while touring the rest of the island.

The location of this flat is wonderful! You wake up to the sound of the sea every morning, and you can breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful view. A handy set of stone steps opposite the flat takes you down to the beach. The flat is light and airy - very pleasant. Although we didn't use them, there are plenty of books and games provided, and also a TV (possibly with a DVD player) to use if the weather is inclement.
Contrary to other reviews, the flat was not clean. The bathroom and kitchen were dirty. The fridge hadn't been cleaned in ages; the ice box was frozen up and packed with partial bags of old food. The dishwasher was smelly and mouldy, and the glasses and plates had visible food and fruit particles stuck to them. The shower area in the bathroom had not been cleaned properly for a while either. The soap tray was covered in scum; the walls had spots of black mould and yellow stains over them; the shower head and part of the hose were grimy, and the shower door was just nasty. One of the towels was stained.
We contacted the manager who apologized and said that he would investigate.
It was a real shame as the flat was lovely, but you don't go on holiday and expect to have to deep clean!

Fabulous location, sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. Beautifully furnished, comfy bed, rainforest shower. Even arrived to a bottle of Chardonnay. Parking is a real plus. So close to the beach, and Met Bar and Spy Glass Inn

The sea view was great particularly with the full moon.

The apartment was immaculate, with everything we needed for our short stay. Good, quiet location and private parking directly outside was a bonus.
The welcome pack including a bottle of wine and general tips for our stay in Ventnor was a nice touch. Check-in was simple and straight forward with good communication from the owner.
Would highly recommend!

the view was absolutely amazing. and the facilities provided were great. parking was convenient. and it’s so close to the seafront and some great restaurants. it’s well located to visit the rest of the island for day trips.
the flat does get quite warm. although that’s not really a complaint, just an observation. the only
thing that would change if we’d known we’d have packed different pyjamas. but it’s not put us off talking about booking again in the future already.

The position was great for the beach and town, lovely balcony. Fresh and modern interior.

The location was excellent with fantastic views over Ventnor Beach Front from the apartment balcony. Parking was good right outside the apartment with allocated space. Within a short walk there are numerous places to eat and drink with good quality food. An excellent base to explore the whole of the Isle of Wight.

The Kaia flat in Ventnor is a beautiful little place. We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and it was so warm, even though we never felt the radiators come on! We loved the sea view and sat on the balcony loads to enjoy it, day and night. We were welcomed with a beautiful card and a bottle of wine, plus milk in the fridge. We have no complaints - a fantastic stay on the Isle of Wight. We highly recommend this holiday accommodation.
(Please note that there is no washing machine BUT there IS a Tassimo coffee machine!)
There was nothing we didn't like about the accommodation.
Ventnor is a very hilly place so it wouldn't suit people with walking difficulties. It was clearly still out of season; the mainland children had broken up for Easter Holidays but the IOW children were still at school. So for the IOW it wasn't yet the Easter Holiday season meaning that many restaurants and Ice Cream Parlours and some attractions still hadn't opened up, or were closed well before 4pm. But it didn't put us off! We had a great time and enjoyed it being quieter than it could have been.

The owners had left the facility in a good, clean condition and on top of that left a bottle of wine as a gift, which was a very classy gesture and very welcoming.

Great location for the beach . Apartment is down a private road so nice and quiet, albeit March and not peak season. Great views of the beach and out to sea . Good Furniture provided to relax on verandah. Good facilities throughout. Easy access to beach . Either a steep walk into town via the road or use the steps behind the apartment

Excellent view, the sound of the sea rolling in was so relaxing! the balcony is perfect! Overall very tidy and well equipped, me and my partner loved our stay!
