Location, all basic essentials were there, great for a short family stay.

A shower gel/shampoo dispenser in the bath would be a good addition. Despite some renovation, the apartment could do with a bit more freshening up. For example, the beds were not very comfortable. Important to note there is no lift, which will be limiting for some.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! It truly felt like a cozy home for us. The best part was its amazing location near the beach, which made our beach outings super convenient and fun. Parking was a breeze with plenty of spaces available at the nearby Co-op, allowing us to leave our car overnight without any worries. And can I just say, they provided us with everything we could have possibly needed! From a variety of utensils to cookware, it was like having our own little kitchen. Plus, the thoughtful touch of tea and coffee bags made our mornings extra special. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and we already miss the homely vibes of this place. I can't recommend it enough to anyone looking for a perfect getaway that feels just like home! 😊

We faced an issue with the hot water supply. Despite contacting the agents who manage the property during our weekend stay, the problem persisted. They suggested turning the valve, but it proved ineffective, leaving us with freezing cold water throughout our stay. This lack of hot water greatly disappointed us and detracted from our overall experience at the property.

Excellent location and was a home from home

if there’s was one minor thing , I would change shower to a larger head.

Flat was really warm, comfortable and well equipped. Cooking there was easy. We even played 'Who wants to be a Millionnaire?' (challenging as from 2003..!). Thank you.

*The key to the flat which was difficult to withdraw and got really stuck one time - it opened the flat door ok but was then almost impossible to remove. * I would have liked a recycling bin in the kitchen. (We recycled into a bag). * Personal preference is not to have air fresheners. (We came to Ventnor for natural fresh air!). So we just took the batteries out - no problem.

Possibly a washing machine would be a good addition. Litter collection needs to be improved, for the money I shouldn't worry how to dispose it.

Lots of extras in the room such as DVD's and the WII that allowed for a cheap night in aswell as being spacious and comfortable.

Not having a solid solution for rubbish. From our experience it is unusual to be asked to remove all rubbish from the site ahead of leaving. As long as all rubbish fits within the bin in the kitchen that should be enough.
