Plenty of places to sleep, and completely clean, all conveniences provided—back patio area is really pretty and cool with all the trees. Balcony over the street is awesome. Was perfect for my visit with a bunch of friends.

We were a big group and this space was the perfect size. The host was very communicative and responded immediately to all inquiries -- before, during, and even after we left the property. The location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere in the French Quarter. There was a convenience store on the corner that made it easy to grab last-minute items. There was a nice shady outdoor space for early morning hangouts. I highly recommend this property for a group.

Great place and great host. Mike was great - very easy communication and so nice. I was there with a big group for my bachelor party, and the place exceeded our expectations. Plenty of sleeping space, plenty of bathroom space, and a nice outdoor hang out area in the back. Our favorite spot in the place was the front balcony overlooking the street.
I hadn’t spent much time in New Orleans, so was initially worried the location might not be good, but it was perfect. It felt very safe, and was easily walkable to anywhere we wanted to go.
Would highly recommend for a big group.

This property is an older house with combined first and second floor unit. Was surprised by the rear entry and long stairway to the second floor. Pleased by the renovated bathrooms and second floor kitchen. Some of the beds in the first floor unit were unusable because there was no wall for privacy.

Our stay at this property was phenomenal. I can't say enough positive things about our experience. Our group enjoyed the bountiful sleeping spaces, many full bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, a large dining room, an awesome courtyard, and the great porch overlooking the street. This house is a perfect fit for a large group looking for a prime location in a safe area a few blocks off Bourbon street. Mike, the host, was responsive, extremely accommodating, and incredibly flexible. This is the best host our group (15 people) has had in any short-term rental in any city. I would recommend this house to any large group looking for a place to stay in New Orleans.

Cannot say enough positive things about our stay here. The house was perfect for a bachelor party, with plenty of space to sleep, lots of common area space (including a spacious porch overlooking Rampart and a big dining room), and tons of bathrooms. The location can’t be beat. Just a few blocks off bourbon, but plenty quiet. The host was incredibly flexible and responsive. He arranged an early arrival and late departure, and when we had some unfortunate flight issues on the way out, he was nice enough to extend our stay and work with us on pricing. 10 stars out of 5. I will be recommending this place to anyone going down to NOLA in a big group.

We had 17 girls staying here very comfortably for my bachelorette party and it was AMAZING !! Decorated and took cute pics in the court yard, has enough areas for groups to congregate: the two kitchens was awesome. The host is AMAZING and so responsive to all our questions and requests. Couldn’t recommend more highly!!

We had a lovely stay at this property! All our needs were met and much more. It comfortably slept our party of 11 and we had plenty of space to socialize, eat, relax, and rest. The numerous bathrooms made it easy to quickly round up the crew and hit up the town.

Stayed here with a group of friends for a bachelor party shortly after Hurricane Ida. We were very concerned about coming so soon after the storm, but Mike was the most helpful property manager I've ever dealt with. He worked with us every step of the way and kept us informed on everything going on in the town leading up to our trip, even recommended places to go when we arrived. The house was very clean and well stocked with essential supplies, and fit all of us very comfortably. Most importantly, the location was perfect with the property being only a few blocks from the start of Bourbon St., allowing us to walk everywhere. Mike is your man and this property is the place to stay!

Came here for a bachelor party, absolutely perfect place for it. The location is right off bourbon street, the house was well kept, the court yard is the perfect place to unwind after a night on bourbon street, and the manager Mike was incredibly accommodating. Would highly recommend!

If you’re headed to Nawlins, this is the perfect spot. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the location. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The private courtyard was an added bonus. Mike went out of his way to make our stay special. Will definitely consider this property again in the future.

The property manager is amazing. Great communicator and went above and beyond. We stayed the beginning of October for 2020 and planned out a good Itinerary. Was still able to do a lot on Bourbon street. Did a Swamp Tour. If you are looking for a big group of guys to stay. This is the spot.
