We had a great stay at Dana's condo. It's super cute, stocked with everything you need and has a perfect location. We loved being able to park the car on arrival and walk everywhere after that. Communication with Dana was very easy and quick. I was there to get some work done on a project, and the dining table-- surrounded by light, trees, and even a glimpse of the ocean--was the best spot!

We booked this stay because my husband was running in one of the coastal Delaware running fest races. We have stayed at a hotel in past years but wanted to bring our dogs this year. This house was the perfect size and location for our family (3 adults, 2 kids & 3 dogs). The amenities were great, and the house was very clean. The extremely short walk to the boardwalk and beach were the highlight for our kids.

This is a great property, literally steps from the boardwalk/ocean and a couple of minutes from all the shops and restaurants on Rehoboth Ave. Two off street parking spots are great and the kitchen is amazingly well stocked. Small touches like nightlights throughout are much appreciated and though we didn't use it there is a great washer dryer for folks staying longer. Pet friendly is an extra bonus for us as are the two bathrooms. It really doesn't get any better than this, Folks!!!

Everything about this condo was perfect for our needs. The location is walking distance to everything in Rehoboth, the unit was clean and well-maintained, and Dana was quick to respond to our questions. Looking forward to staying here again next year.

We loved the size and location of the unit. It is decorated really cute and beachy. Negatives: the unit was not very clean. Sand on floors, crumbs on countertops, table cloth was dirty and sticky, wet rug was left in the washer. Steps to gain access to unit were a challenge for us unloading and loading car at arrival and departure.

We have lost count of how many years we have been returning to this property. This is a wonderful property in a fantastic location! You are maybe a quarter block from the boardwalk and the ocean. And it's only two short blocks to all of the shops and restaurants on Rehoboth Ave. We park the car on the first day and have no need to move it until we head home. The condo is just wonderful. Decorated with just enough beach vibe, but not over the top. The owners have supplied a number of great board games for the family on those rare days when the rain keeps you from the beach. Each year we've visited we have noticed something that the owners have updated. This year, it was the mattresses in the two smaller bedrooms and possibly the couch as well. Our family is looking forward to visiting this property again and again!

For the most part, this condo was nice but not luxurious or modern. My husband and I traveled with our children, ages 10 and 13. We go to Rehoboth every year, and this year we decided to splurge and stay in the beach block -- something we've never done before! But we likely won't stay here again. The money paid for location wasn't worth it to us considering the rest of the condo. Positives: location! -- just steps to the boardwalk, parking in town, laundry in-unit (though a very small washer), full kitchen, comfortable primary bedroom bed, 2 full baths (though the primary bedroom shower was TINY), 3 bedrooms (so each child got their own room); no smells or hair (even though it's dog friendly) Negatives: general cleanliness and condition of the condo -- really needs a refresh! For example, stained hallway carpet; rusty, dirty fridge and old stove; uncomfortable secondary bedroom beds and living room furniture; crumbs/sand (?) on the table upon arrival; tiny primary shower (if you're a slightly bigger person); etc. None of these are huge deals on their own, but taken together, it gives an impression that the condo just isn't maintained that well. It needs a good deep clean and a general refresh. Overall: If you are looking for prime parking and location, this place can't be beat! And 3 beds/2 baths was great for the kids. But my family spends a lot of time in the condo on vacation, and for us, it just wasn't worth the tradeoffs or money to get the prime location.

It is one of the best places in Rehoboth to stay. The convenience of it all. Love this place. Didn’t have to drive all week.

We enjoyed our stay; location was perfect. Unfortunately, it rained a couple of days. The condo was very nice! I appreciated the communication with owner as this was the first time we rented using vrbo.

Steps away from the beach, which was wonderful with our toddlers. The condo was on the 2nd floor, it was clean, and comfortable for our week stay. Nice big couch in the Family area. The bedrooms were all down a long hallway. A/C worked well.

This is our fourth year staying at this lovely condo and we love the location. Just a few steps from the beach, great restaurants, parks and shops. No need to drive anywhere! The condo is comfortable and allows pets. We love staying here and look forward to our stay in 2024!

This condo was the perfect spot for our mini birthday vacation! The location was excellent as it was only steps from the beach, and a short walk to all the shops! It was clean and enough room for all if us! If the weather was a little warmer, that would have been even better!! Highly recommend this condo!!

This is our fifth stay at this property. It’s very close to the beach and the boardwalk. We find it ideal to stay with our little dog and another couple. Every time we stay we notice more upgrades making the space more comfortable and the place is always so clean. Dana is a wonderful host—very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions.

Dana was a perfect host and the location couldn't have been better. The house was clean, had everything you could want and is seconds from the beach. I am going to save this place and hopefully will stay there again.

Great location- less than a block to the beach, and only a couple streets from the main boardwalk/shops and a park in the other direction. Also plenty of room for a family of five plus a dog.

Despite the fact that beach access was restricted during our stay due to storm damage, this is still a perfect location. The property is roomy and comfortable. We had a great time.
