Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Personnel parfait, attentif, discret et très serviable. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet (avec des jus de fruit frais délicieux) accessible dès 6h30. Localisation pratique pour les taxis.

Le sol de la chambre était sale.

العزل في باب البلكونة يحتاج الى اصلاح

الاستقبال و الخدمة ممتازة فشكراً من الأعماق لجميع طاقم العمل بالفندق على راحبة الصدر و حس التعامل و السرعة في تقديم الخدمات. الافطار ممتاز و متنوع و الطاقم محترم و متعاون. الموقع نظراً لقصر مدة الاقامة ( يوم واحد فقط) يصعب عليّ الحكم عليه بدقة لكن يظهر لي أنه مناسب . الغرفة اطلالة على البحر ( بس من مسافة بعيدة 😂) وجود المغسلة بجانب السرير لم تعجبني و ضعّف الاضاءة كذلك لكن لا يعتبر عيب فقد تناسب غيري. أخيراً كل الشكر للفندق و ادارته و العاملين فيه على التعاون و تقدير الضيف.

اتاحة الحجز لغرفة مطلة على البحر لكن فعلياً البحر بعيد جداً .

Hotel staff was very helpful and timely responsive to requests and the cleanliness of the facilities were very good.

Breakfast was very average for a 5 star hotel. Wellness facilities was very poor. Worst thing was that they charged me more than double price (700) for airport transfer vs taxi market rate (300). Finally it felt they had a secret arrangement with taxi drivers to charge hotel residents more as my trip back to the hotel always costed significantly less. For the same distance taxi rates I was charged varied from 20-100 MAD and a taxi driver showed a different price list for Barcelo Anfa residents!

Very clean, friendly

Good centrally located with many amenities. Walkable to Hassan V mosque. Has nice cafe and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Lots of taxi are parked outside the hotel so if you want to take taxi very convenient.

Nothing-we did not try any other facilities so not sure the standard of food ,spa etc

There was very little not to like. The rooms looked bigger in the photos but were still comfy and spacious enough

The room was great as was the food in the restaurant.

The hotel had arranged transportation to the train station in the morning when we left. Transportation showed up, but was not able to take us due to taxi drivers blocking him. The hotel did nothing to want to help. We had to go in and find a manager to try to get some help. They arranged for the driver, they could've had him meet us in the underground parking area if they knew there was going to be a problem with the taxi drivers. But they did not want to get involved at all. I guess there was a conflict between taxi drivers and private companies providing driving services to the hotels. Their lack of help caused us to miss our train to Marrakesh, which then of course messed up our schedule for the rest of our trip. We refused to ride with the taxi drivers that were causing the problem, so they called and three other taxis. It really put a damper, on our trip later, we looked to see that there were videos online of this happening in front of your hotel in the past, so it's nothing that you weren't aware of. Horrible customer service. In the end after asking, they reimbursed, not only our ride to the airport, but for our train tickets which we missed due to their not being able to take care of the problem.

1. Location was superb. Easy access to offices (if you are there for business) and to a lot of nearby restaurants. Arab league park is around 900m away (where I went for my daily morning runs), and the Hassan II corniche is about 1.5km away as well. 2. Breakfast spread was good (although it was almost the same every day during our 6 days of stay) 3. Check in process was smooth and the person at the reception was quick to give us a room, even though we checked in 1 hour earlier 4. Gym was ok, with a couple of treadmills, 2 ellipticals and a few other equipment and weights, although early morning, I often found there was no towel available often.

1. Room was weirdly designed. Open shallow wash basin right next to bed, it felt weird. 2. Also quite less space to really do anything in the room. 3. Do not take a pool view room. That's pricier and yet worthless. We were disturbed by the loud music on almost all days from the pool. They have live bands and otherwise loudspeaker music playing in the evening till late night, making it impossible to sleep. 4. They also called us several times to book a hamam, even after we repeatedly refused it. Got quite annoying.

Staff at front desk were very nice and helpful. location is very good; comfort and cleanliness were very good.

The shower is exposed with glass doors to the room (not inside an individual bathroom), so for my wife and I it was ok, but for my kid's bedroom it was NOT ok, as my boy had to leave the room in order for his sister to take shower, and the same for his sister. also, the sink is inside the bedroom with no individual bathroom! toilet seat has its own small room with door and privacy. The breakfast room had many varieties of food, but staffing was short and not efficient. For example, a basket with croissant got empty and I had to tell a staff and wait a while before the basket is filled. the same with many other shortages. finally we had to make our own coffees for the breakfast and at some point, the machine was down, or the coffee capsules were consumed and I had to wait for someone to bring more after waiting a while.

It was nice to have the option of a pool.

The fee was $160 when I booked it on booking.com and the hotel is charging my card over $300? The service was terrible, the chairs in room had cum stains on them. The cleaning products were so strong that it seemed like they were covering up some bad smells. The shower was lukewarm. Was completely disappointing for our one night hotel experience in Casablanca. The rest of our stay in Riads were far better experiences around Morocco.
