De kamers en ontbijt

Ik had een prive taxi gereserveerd, maar bleek een shuttle bus te zijn. En wordt er 350 dirham voor gerekend. Veel te duur!!!! Bij het aanmelden probeerde de jongeman van de receptie mij financiëel op te lichten met het afrekenen van de booking. Hij wilde afrekenen in dirham ipv. euro. Ik moest nog 1 euro betalen en rekende 55 dirham belachelijk dus let op !!!!!

El colchón de la cama doble se hundía un poco.

Lo staff è stato molto accogliente, in particolare Jean-Michelle del ricevimento e Zaccaria alla colazione. Siamo stati lì una settimana ed erano tutti sempre disponibili e cordiali. Forse poco preparati dal punto di vista dell’organizzazione di escursioni e tour per chi viaggia per piacere. Alla struttura non manca nulla: palestra, spazio all’aperto per servire la colazione e appartamenti molto comodi ed ampi abbastanza per soggiornare. Se dovessi trovarmi nuovamente a Casablanca tornerei qui!

Very functional apart hotel, has all the basics

The indoor parking is only for very small cars, not sedans / breaks. As a result, you have to leave your car outside where it gets regularly scratched and also soiled by birds. They should definitely be more forthcoming about this. One chair in the piece was broken and badly put together. The sofa bed did not look really in shape neither. The worst: stayed 3 days and had to pay 40 DH for 2 coffee capsules as they only give you 2 when you arrive and even if we did not take the included breakfast for 2 days. This was really petty.
