The breakfast was delicious and in a very nice location.

Rooms were very spacious. Pool area was beautifully decorated which made it vert tropic.

Shower malfunctioned all the time switching from cold to hot randomly, almost burning me the first time. Rooms are a little dated and should be remodeled for a more modern feel. Breakfast was made to belief to be included, but I got presented with a 60 euro bill for breakfast for two.

the welcome of the staff, quick check-in, It was very clean. The room was spacious and light, and the bed was BIG and comfortable! :) nice food espcially at the breakfast. The swimming pool area was beautiful

The hotel is beautiful, like an 80's decoration but very well taken care off. Really love it, and the view from the room was amazing. Could see the city and the mosque in front.

its strange that the gates are all closed, so the entry is not so elegant as it should be. the surrounding areas are not very nice.

The location was good and the food was at a good standard. Most of the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

On Wednesday 12th April I went to Cafe M (the French Restaurant) and when I asked for the menu the waiter approached me and stated that they cannot host me and offer me food because "I am an Arab" and they don't offer food to Arabs during Ramadan as per the hotel's policy and that if I want to eat, I can only order through room service. It sounded extremely inhuman, discriminatory and disrespectful especially that although I am an Arab but I am not a Muslim hence I don't practice Ramadan. When I insisted that I am a Christian and they cannot discriminate me like this, then the waiter brought the menu and accepted my order. I have traveled around 30 countries around the world and this is by far the worst experience I have ever faced as a human, hence my decision to boycott the Hyatt Regency Chain.
