Le must pour un long séjour en famille,plus de 10 jours. L’accueil,la disponibilité et le sourire de tous les personnels: -Hicham et Radouane, grooms et voituriers -Hamza,Karim,Mohamed et Abdelatif, à l’accueil. -Rizlaine et Nezha, petit-déjeuner et cuisine. -L’équipe des femmes d’entretien (Fatiha,Hassania,…et leur agent-cheffe) Un énorme merci à Rachid Sebti,le chef d’orchestre de toute cette équipe.Equipe qui a fait de notre séjour un moment exceptionnel à Casablanca. On vous invite vivement à passer les voir,vous serez agréablement surpris.👍🏾

De locatie is fantastisch en parkeren voor de deur is een luxe. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. In de avond is er een bar open. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid genoeg maar niet overdadig en in de directe omgeving zijn winkeltjes, barretjes en eenvoudige terrassen voor een kop thee of iets anders.

Het hotel is wel sleets en heeft onderhoud nodig.

Business Hotel a due passi dal cuore di Casablanca, camere suites ampie e spaziose, letto comodo e bagno veramente bello, personale abbastanza gentile. Rapporto qualità prezzo un po’ alto ma nel complesso consigliato

La pulizia non era eccezionale e la colazione, seppur abbondante e variegata, non era di qualità eccellente.

La struttura è bella ed è molto comodo raggiungere le principali attrazioni turistiche, ci sono ristoranti molto buoni nei dintorni. La camera suite è davvero grande e la doccia immensa! Il parcheggio super comodo di fronte all’hotel.

Non è attiva la spa (e non ci avevano avvisato durante la prenotazione) e anche il ristorante era chiuso.

Staff and location were good.

Its an old building and the washrooms were not good. Standing shower area had no door, so all the water would spill outside. Furniture had stains both in rooms and dining area.

The reception staff (Hamza) and door staff were fantastic, could not do enough for us from arranging dinner in Rick's, walking us to the local Chinese when two were sick. People like Hamza make the hotel a home away from home. I couldn't praise him enough for his help with everything.

Breakfast staff didn't care, even when things ran out or used. We brought it to their attention but they went back to their phones. They really let the place down. It would have been a better review except for them. Kitchens could do with a few more utensils and a towel per person Would also say that the bar can be loud but 3rd floor or higher is better
