We had a lovely time on OC with family and friends. The house was set up nicely for everyone and local to mini golf, shops and the beach.

Was a very lovely house & it accommodated our family perfectly. It’s an awesome location within walking distance of many great places to eat & shop & it’s only a 2 block walk to the beach which was great. The owners were very responsive to the one issue we had & communication with them from the time we booked until we left was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice area place is spacious, not enough couch or chairs that are comfortable to sit on in big room. TV did not function in big room . The biggest problem is laundry dryer not working properly. Also cooking pans need to be replaced. To much time scrubbing pans.

Perfectly located to the beach, ice cream, mini golf, restaurants, and bars. Owners are extremely responsive and very pleasant to work with. Parking is a breeze. Living room is small, only seats about 4 full sized adults and then the other place to hang out is the dining room table that seats 8. Furniture is on the older side and not very comfortable. Beds are very comfortable. It is a good house for a beach home base. Sleep, shower, have some meals.

Beautiful three story condo. With ages 2-68 all could find a place to rest, chill or socialize . The set up was great with 4 bedrooms. Parking for 3 cars. Very Clean and one needed repair taken care of very quickly . The ice cream store was only a few steps away! A plus for those little ones ( and big ones too). Would recommend to anyone.

Great modern appliances. Close to pizza, ice cream, mini golf, and ice cream . Close to beach. Enough bedrooms for everyone. Close to 2 grocery stores. Ample parking and plenty of space. Pool is clean and comfortable place for all. Many stairs for cardio building.

The townhouse was actually bigger than it appears in the pictures. Very nice and having 3.5 baths was great. Just a walk across the street to the beach and some great shops and restaurants are nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place to vacation!
This property had everything our family of 11 could have asked for. It was a block from the beach, had good access to restaurants & stores. We had a great time and can't wait until next year to do it again!

Good location, but not so clean
Nice townhome located in a great area—a block from the beach, close to food, mini golf, ice cream, Dunkin, etc. Owners were pretty responsive. However, the place was not up to par with cleanliness. There were crumbs all over the kitchen counter, leftover trash, and all the showers were sticky with mildew and had leftover gunk and hair from previous visitors. The owners asked if we wanted cleaners to go back but we had already cleaned the place up. We were simply disappointed to pay such a hefty price for the kind of conditions we got, particularly during COVID. I think it’s only fair to be honest in our experience (a similar review from a few years ago touched on the same issue), but overall we were glad to be so close to the beach. My advice is to simply get real professionals to clean the place up!

Spacious and centrally located OC townhouse
A mul-floor townhouse with plenty of room. The place had a great dining area and balcony with an ocean view. Close to The Dough Roller, ice cream, and mini golf. The owners were responsive. It made a great base for our family’s OC adventures.

Excellent experience
We really had a enjoyable vacation. The location is very convenient— close to beach, restaurant, kayaking place, the community pool. The rooms are comfortable and nice. We did bring our bedding, due to Pandemic. The owner is nice and responsive. We will return for vacation in the future.

Great Location!
We stayed one week and had a great time. Ed was very responsive to emails and to a few items we found upon our arrival. This townhouse is an end unit, so you only have neighbors on one side. It is a short walk to the swimming pool and not too far from the OC beach! Our teenagers loved the location since it's so close to so many things. They walked to the ice cream shop almost every night and they enjoyed walking to Dunkin' almost every morning and going to all the shops near by. Parking was great. If stairs are an issue, you may not want to book this townhouse as there are several levels (ground/garage level, stairs to get to the first floor, stairs to get the main level, and stairs to get to the top level). The only things we would recommend is to get the ice maker repaired in the refrigerator, get a larger pot to boil seafood, and some seafood crackers for crab legs, lobster, etc.. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach house/ Townhouse 3 floors
I love this property because it was very very spacious inside, clean - the outdoor areas are very well groomed too. It is extremely close to every thing; yummy restaurant’s & the beach. Be sure to eat at ropewalk restaurant its 8 minutes away!

Clean and Spacious
The property owners are very friendly and responsive. We loved the location, just a short walk from the beach and many restaurants including an ice cream shop. Plenty of parking for a large group and very spacious inside. There are a lot of stairs so I wouldn’t recommend this rental for those who struggle with stairs however this was not an issue for us.

Spacious Rental Close to the Beach
We had an amazing time staying here for our end of summer getaway. We were very close to the beach, right behind a pancake/pizza/ice cream place and around the corner from mini golf, liquor stores and restaurants. Everything was within walking distance. It did stink that the pool was closed due to Covid but everything else was open and everyone was following the safety guidelines. I definitely recommend this rental to everyone. It was very clean, well stocked with essentials and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. There are a lot of stairs for those who have difficulty with them like my very pregnant self but that's just me :)

From start to finish, stay was awesome. House was as advertised and provided convenience on and off the island for golf and casino trips. Hosts were great and neighborhood was very quiet. Can’t beat it for the price.

OC at Broad Marsh
House is beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone (we were a family of 9). Only thing that would have made it better was if the pool was opened. We did not know it was not until after we booked the house. All in all it was a great stay. Would stay again.

Not very clean
The property and home itself was beautiful and we had plenty of space. We were also able to check in early which was a plus and allowed us an extra day on the beach. However, the rental was not clean ( and we thought would have been spic and span especially during a pandemic) When we checked in it seemed like the only thing they cleaned was the toilets and countertops. The stove still had food on it from previous renters and sand was all over the floor. Not to mention the floor looked like it had not been moped in weeks. We would love to rent again, but hope that the cleaning service does a better job! Other than that, we had no problems and enjoyed our stay.

Loved the layout of the place. Got there 315 PM cleaning people were not done . Found some garbage in the drawers and junk under the bed and one of the bunk bed rails was broken but overall I love this place . One of the best I have stayed in for over the 30 years I have been going , The owners are absolutely wonderful people and communicate regularly . I would definitely stay there again /

Great location, not as clean as we would have hoped
The house is in an amazing location in walking distance to tons of great restaurants, ice cream, mini golf and of course the beach. It was a functional property that accommodated 8 adults without feeling like we were on top of each other. We specifically enjoyed the large tv in the kitchen as well as hanging out on the patio at night. It would have been nice if some chairs or beach accessories were provided but we purchased everything we needed from the Walmart that was only 15 minutes away.
Unfortunately as far as cleanliness we were disappointed overall. The bathroom in the queen bedroom was either not cleaned or quickly skimmed. It was the only toilet in the house that did not have a a “this bathroom was sanitized” label across the toilet, there was toothpaste all over the faucet and the floor was dirty with loose hairs. The floors throughout the home were dirty and we had to buy a pack of baby wipes for every room in order to wipe the black off of the bottom of our feet from walking around before we got into bed. My sister had a chicken wing, water bottle and some other snack remnants under her bunk bed. The stove top in the kitchen was grimy and the table cloth was so dirty that my mom had to wash it and we bought disposable ones from Walmart to use instead. We also had to purchase Clorox wipes to clean several of the surfaces.
Aside from the cleanliness which we took care of on our own and the beds being uncomfortable, we truly had an overall wonderful vacation.

the place is perfect to get enough beds for everyone to have a place to sleep. Also big enough for everyone to relax and hang out in and be able to cook your own meals. Very nice and well kept house and the owners are very responsive and very easy to deal with.

Wonderful!!
It is a lovely townhouse with everything you need; convenient to beach, pool, shopping, ice cream, Ocean Hwy, etc. There were nice little extras like hand soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms, and everything needed in the kitchen, even little Tupperware containers for leftovers, alum foil, just little things that you may forget to bring.(Hopefully future renters will leave them and possible add a few more like we did). There are comfortable beds, and the decor is simple and pretty. Bathrooms are clean and functional; the one with a bathtub drains slowly - maybe a couple of minutes to completely drain after a shower, but I am guessing that's due to sand over time, even though there is a foot shower at the garage entrance.The owners are super nice, and very organized. The beach is wonderful. Not as crowded as our previous locations (near the high rises at 118 Street.) Overall, it's definitely 5 stars!!
