Unser Haus befindet sich in Pebble Beach, innerhalb des Country Club Gate, im wunderschönen Wald von Del Monte, nur 1,3 km von Spanish Bay und nur einen Block von 27 km entfernt. Die Fahrt zum Monterey Bay Aquarium, zur Cannery Row und zum Fisherman's Wharf dauert ungefähr 10 Minuten. Our four night stay along with my son and his family was absolutely perfect. We loved the home and everything you could want is available. Serene, peaceful environment, well equiped kitchen, very nicely furnished, comfortable bedding, great deck and backyard and extremely well equipped kitchen. We would definitely return without hesitation. Owners were welcoming and easy to contact, if needed. Close to all of the Monterey activities, events, shopping, etc. Thank you to Jan and Jon for opening their beautiful home to my family.

We had lots of family in town for the holiday and needed a home nearby for folks to stay that we couldn't accommodate. Jan & Jon's place was perfect for my family guests. There were so many lovely touches from the flowers and treats on arrival to the lovely bottle of wine from their own winery. We would absolutely rent from them again.

We came here for a long weekend and the house was exactly what we needed. Jan was very thorough in communications and made us feel very welcome. She's quick to text if you need anything (just needed WiFi password) and very responsive. My boys loved all the toys and games they provided and the house has more than everything you will need. The kitchen is VERY stocked! The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The only thing to note - is the house does get hot in unseasonably warm weather (which we happen to have) but that's not really an owner issue, just something to note! Thank you Jan. We loved our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Brosseau’s lovely home. Three generations, including a 2 and 5 year old, found everything we needed to make our time together perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture comfortable. The toys engaging for all ages. The best thing was hearing the ocean from the master bedroom which was just a short walk away. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This home was clean, spacious, lovely, and had all the amenities we needed. It's close to everything, but also far enough away that the quietness of the area was appreciated. Jan was a great host and made sure we enjoyed our getaway. Our family is already talking about when we can return.

My family and I rented this house over the Thanksgiving break and everyone was impressed with the location, quality and cooking amenities available in the kitchen!
The front parking is ample and the backyard is a great place to drink, both coffee and wine!

Lovely, lovely property. Pictures do not do the house and grounds justice. It was much bigger in person. Kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen...and I am a cook/baker as a hobby. The coffee options were great (both drip/Keurig available). The very thoughtful owners left us wine, coffee, juice and milk. Awesome start to our stay. The location is prime for Pebble Beach, Carmel, Monterey attractions. The directions for arrival and check were detailed and great as arriving at night can be its own challenge in Pebble Beach. The house was larger than we expected, and we enjoyed having room to spread out, both inside and out. Bathroom amenities were great with plenty of soap, shampoo, tissue paper etc. We could not think of one thing we needed.
Check out was easy, with clear directions again.
Beds were extremely comfortable and Wi-Fi speedy.
We hope to make it back and would definitely stay at the property again. Thanks Jan!

We found the house spacious, clean, and well appointed. Location was perfect for the activities we had planned. Walking distance to the beach. Close to grocery stores. Short drives to golf, hiking, kayaking, and our new activity,
e-bikes. And even a church for Sunday mass.
The kitchen is huge and well stocked with small appliances. And the neighborhood is very quiet.
So what are you waiting for? Book a stay and have some fun or enjoy reading a book on their large backyard deck.

The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need, there was lots of room for our family, the beds were very comfortable, it was really nicely decorated and the garden was lovely. Jan and Jon were great hosts and were available for any questions we had. They were kind and generous and we were grateful for the opportunity to stay in their home!

Terrific Vacation Spot for Family
We had a wonderful time relaxing, playing on the beach, hiking, and just enjoying being together. The house was furnished with excellent quality furniture, linens, towels, and everything you could ever want in the kitchen. The hosts were very friendly and communicated well.

Wonderful Stay in Pebble Beach
We had a wonderful stay at Jan's home in Pebble Beach. Loved the proximity to Spanish Bay (easy walk to beach), and how well equipped and well stocked the home was. Jan had everything you need for a short or longer stay. As others have indicated, it was a property that had multiple spaces for relaxation, and we enjoyed it immensely. Highly recommend.

Destination Wedding Retreat
I LOVED this home!! If I could give it 6 stars I would. We were in town for 5 nights for a wedding hosted at Spanish Bay and this home could not have been better suited for our accommodation needs and location to Spanish Bay, the beach, Carmel and retail shopping. The floor plan was so spacious and the natural light was wonderful. There were lots of windows that looked on to a stunningly beautiful backyard. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with an abundance of flatware, dishware and cookware. We hosted a breakfast for several wedding guests with easy. The beds, pillows and linens were also very comfortable and the house was extremely clean. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay and the hosts were extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend this home for your stay.

This was perfect for us (two senior couples and a disabled senior). The kitchen was well stocked, beds extremely comfortable and the area was quiet. Home tastefully decorated with no clutter. Lovely backyard, quick/easy walk to beach and just a very comfortable home! Plus we love their wines!!!

Do not Hesitate
My sister and our husbands have done a lot of traveling together, and this house is by far the cleanest and best stocked house we have ever rented, here or abroad. Jan had us supplied with milk and orange juice in the refrigerator, as well as breakfast eats and a bottle of wine, so no need for us to rush to the market the day of arrival. The linens are all high quality, the beds very comfortable and Jan's beautiful touches can be seen in every room of the house. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood very close to 17 Mile Drive. My sister and I, both in our 70's, took a walk down to the ocean and got there in about 10 minutes. It's also easy walking to the Inn at Spanish Bay. Perfectly located for easy access to Monterey and all it has to offer. We are looking forward to our next visit, and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Perfect in every way!

A little bit of paradise...
The facilities were charming and the location, suberb. Evenings on the patio or in the lovely back yard a treat! Wonderful Spanish Bay just a short walk and Pacific Ocean a show stopper. And all just a little bit private. The reason its a little bit of paradise is we were only there a little bit of time. 1 week!

Clean house, great location
We loved staying at Jan and Jon’s. The house was clean and the hosts were so thoughtful, they provided lots of amenities and the home truly has everything you could want and more. We loved playing board games by the gas fireplace at night with the kids. The beds and pillows were so cozy too! It’s in a great location, walkable to the beach and the Spanish Inn. When we come back to Pebble Beach, this will be our go-to place, highly recommend!

Wonderful and very spacious home in an excellent location!
We spent three days at this fantastic and very clean home! Bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining area and backyard are all very spacious and well furnished. There is plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes needed. The perfect location allowed for walks to the beach, a short drive to the store and a short distance to world class golfing, dining and gorgeous scenery! The owners communicated well and were incredibly kind and welcoming! Highly recommend this home!

Wonderful Pebble Beach home
We had a great time during Car Week at Jan and Jon's home in Pebble Beach. The house is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The location works well for any destination on the Peninsula and the added bonus of having the 17 Mile Drive just a few blocks away let us explore and enjoy all Pebble Beach has to offer. We look forward to our next stay and Jan and Jon are the finest and most conscientious hosts you could possibly hope for.
