Great accommodation for spending time with family...the host was extremely helpful and quick to respond...so happy to have a heated pool as we found most places did not have heated pools. Definatly will return in the future if in the area.

No hand towels and only one cereal bowl. We bought 2 hand towels and 4 cereal bowls and left them. Couldn't get the same channels on bedroom TV's that we could get on main TV.

The location was away from many tourist things. Located on a busy road, and is noisy at night. Otherwise everything was very good

This property was almost exactly as it appeared in the online photos. It was clean, check in /out were effortless, and centrally located, making it easy to get the things we needed.

We were in town with friends for a concert in Tampa. The location was ideal and the house was exactly as described. We can’t wait to go back!

We so enjoyed our stay. The property was clean. The pool was such a nice feature. The owner was a dream to communicate with. Very responsive. We had a slight issue with the TV and it was resolved very quickly. We were just over an hour to Ana Maria Island, and we were under an hour to Clearwater. The back deck is gated so we weren’t stressed with our toddler granddaughter being outside. I would definitely rent again if staying in the Tampa area.

Good property. A couple bedrooms and several couches. Nice location, not too far from the beach and convenient drive to the airport.

The property was clean, spacious and the location was perfect. The swimming pool was beautiful and many hours were spent playing pool(billiards). Javier was very quick in responding to my questions.

I would definitely stay here again very nice just like the pictures showed.

Clean property, worked out well

My first impression of the house was that it needed an upgrade on all of the decor. The house smelled stale as though it had been closed up for a while and definitely did not give me the impression that it had been cleaned recently. My husband and sons went to buy cleaning supplies and cleaned/sprayed off the deck area, which took quite a while from our time on the first evening there. The couches, chairs, rugs, dishes, and outdoor furniture are all very dated. The pool area looked unkempt and dingy. There seemed to be no yard work or landscaping done. The pool was not cleaned. My husband had to clean it before we could even enjoy it. The master bathroom is VERY dated. It’s sad because the house could really be nice if a little TLC along with a few hundred dollars were invested. I was told there was a brand new coffee maker (no biggie, right? So why lie about that?) the coffee pot was old and rusty. Had to be cleaned before using it. We made the most of it, but we did have to spend time on things that should’ve been taken care of by the owners prior to us arriving. There was also someone who came to “clean” the pool on like day 4 or 5 of our stay - no forewarning, no introduction, nothing. He actually startled my daughter in law and I because we were heading out to go to the pool and saw someone back there. Overall, the house could be a cool vacation home, but for the cost- it definitely needs work! Regardless of the cost, it should smell clean and fresh for guests.

The place was exactly what was presented and a great location with easy access points to main streets. Very clean with all the luxuries of home and all the shopping, restaurants etc. near bye. Javier was always ready to help if something needed attention. Six happy Canadians would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Thanks Javier...

We all enjoyed the inside and outside areas for relaxation. User friendly. Enjoyed playing pool and corn hole. Would definitely recommend this property to my friends.

Enjoyed our stay at the house. Very good TV, cable, and internet. The house is right a very busy street so we had a ton of traffic noise during the evening and overnight. Location was close to airport, grocery, and Starbucks.

Had a great time having my brother's bachelor party here. Between the pool outside and the pool table inside we were always occupied. Anytime I needed an answer about the property I received very quick and polite responses. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a nice little hideaway.

We had a wonderful stay at the Poolhouse. It was a clean, comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool, the pool table and the many amenities. We would love to stay here again. Location was also a plus. It was a really great house with plenty of space and beds for everyone to sleep in. The backyard is nice and private from the neighbors. The house is located close to a grocery store, a few minutes to Tampa and not far from the beach. The owner was responsive and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was a perfect place to relax and get away. Perfect location, we had activities in Tampa, Clearwater and Orlando. The pool area was perfect for the kids, though this time of year it was quite cold, of course that didn't stop them. The house had everything we needed even a washer and dryer and security system. Its very clean and organized. The owner and management we're very easy to work with and available to assist if we needed them. We would definitely stay there again. Wonderful vacation!!

The pool and house are amazing

The house was perfect. Flowed nice and the tile throughout made it child friendly. The pool and pool table were great entertainment for all.

Despite a small incident upon arrival, my family and I had another wonderful stay. Second year in a row staying here and if we visit Florida next year it will make it 3. Love the updates that have been since last year. Had a wonderful experience again thanks for everything.

Well maintained and good house for a family stay

We had a large group of 9 stay at this home. We couldn't believe how convenient the location actually was. It was only a short ride from Tampa International, and walking distance (for a NYer) to a supermarket. We played golf at Rocky Point which was less than a 10 minute drive. The pool table was a huge bonus. We were appreciative of the hospitality and definitely made use of the pool and BBQ. We would definitely consider this house again for our next trip to Tampa.
