Günstig gelegen auf halber Strecke zwischen dem kleinen Bootshafen von Seward und der historischen Innenstadt von Seward. Beide sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entlang eines Küstenpfads, der nur einen Block von der Haustür entfernt ist. Der Trail ist Teil des ursprünglichen Iditarod Trail. Sehr sauber und privat mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, WLAN, DirectTV / DVD, Waschmaschine und Trockner und einem Grill. Angrenzend an unsere andere Ferienwohnung (VRBO Eintrag # 971600). Dies ist ideal für jemanden, der eine Vermietung für 8 bis 10 Personen haben möchte, da die beiden Einheiten nebeneinander stehen. Im Besitz und betrieben von einer 4. Generation Seward, Alaska.

We stayed in the property for a couple of days. Location is great, close to everything, short walk to the beach. Check in was seamless, received our code just before check in time. The view around the property is spectacular, wish the property had some outdoor chairs so that you could sit and enjoy the view. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our brief one night stay here with our 2 kids (12 and 13). Property manager was very responsive and helpful! Place was very clean and cozy. Washer/dryer was a huge bonus. Thank you so much!

This was just an overnight stay for us on our journey. It was conveniently located and was clean looking for the most part, but I kept getting a smell of cat urine (not super strong but there). It had everything we needed and the washer and dryer were a plus as this was mid way through our trip. The unit was basic and cozy.

This space is conveniently located very near downtown and the water. It had everything we needed for the one night that we stayed there and it was nicely decorated and clean. Communication with the host was easy and helpful.
The only negative was that when we walked in I noticed a pet smell. Throughout the time we stayed there it smelled like dog urine, from walking in the front door to the bedroom that I was in. Two of the people in our group have no sense of smell so it obviously didn't bother them, but it was noticeable to me and unpleasant. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

We stayed for two nights and this was perfect. Plenty of room for a family of 4 with 2 teen boys. Enough space for everyone, able to do some laundry, very comfortable beds and a great location. Kind of brought in the middle of the old Main Street by the sea life center and the marina. Easy to take a walk with gorgeous Resurrection Bay views to either of those areas. Highly recommend this location for a stay in Seward. .

After hiking and kayaking in Homer and Seward, it was great to spend the night here. The neighborhood is quiet, the kitchen has everything we needed, the shower was nice and hot and the beds were cozy and comfortable. Just what we needed before the long flight home the next day!

The property is exactly as shown online. Small and basic, but it has everything you need. You can walk to the water and a decent stroll to town. The kitchen and bathroom had all the necessities (including toiletries). The black out curtains were appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom cottage. We stayed here the night before our cruise and wished we had more time here. We enjoyed the room to spread out in.The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with spices, tea and coffee. Would definitely stay here again. Communication was easy and smooth.

Worked well for two couples, good value compared to hotels in Seward, convenient location for activities out of Seward Marina. We really appreciated the washer and dryer after a long day of fishing in the rain.

Tim was so easy to contact and this was our first VRBO experience so we appreciated that! Loved the quaint little 2 bed/1 Bath home and LOVED having access to do our laundry! Great location within a few steps to a beautiful shoreline trail. Seward is absolutely beautiful and we are so grateful for Tim’s “Sweet Stone Cottage!”

Its a decent house... had all amenities and good utensils in kitchen. Loved the location... its literally a block away from the beach side and beautiful view...and very close to the harbor for cruises. We enjoyed our stay and convenience from this location.

This was the perfect spot to warm up after a chilly boat tour! The location was ideal for walking to the Mermaid festival, dinner at The Flamingo Lounge, and an evening stroll along the coast with sea lion visitors. Everything was as advertised, beds were comfortable and we would definitely book again.
