Notre Dame Ave. Dream Home Built in 2018 -1.5 Miles from Campus
Brandneues, nach Maß gebautes Haus. Century Builders hatte dieses Haus im Frühjahr 2018 Showcase. 5 Schlafzimmer, 3. 5 Badezimmer, offener Grundriss im Erdgeschoss mit Büro, 2. Stock hat 4 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer und Balkon Joe River, der untere Hebel hat einen Barbereich sowie zwei TV-Bereiche, ein Bad und ein Schlafzimmer. sowie eine schöne Vorder- und Rückseite Wir haben einen großen Keller fertig. Das Haus ist 4 km² groß. In einer neu entwickelten Gemeinde, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt, Restaurants, Bauernmarkt und Notre Dame entfernt. Lime Bikes und Roller sind ebenfalls erhältlich. Wird bald LL Badezimmer und Bar-Bereich aktualisieren.

Cynthia was very nice and helpful. House was very clean and nicely decorated. Our family felt very comfortable there. We will stay again next time we are in town for Notre Dame game.

We highly recommend staying at this home!. We were in South Bend for a graduation and were thrilled to have found this beautiful house just a short 10 min. drive to UND. The home has absolutely everything you need, is beautifully decorated and is very large and comfortable. (It even gave us decorating and renovation ideas for our own homes!) This house made our downtime feel like we were at our own home! The owners also gave us ideas for great local restaurants to try. We are so glad we picked this rental and would pick it again if we're in the area in the future.

5 stars plus, plus, plus--Far exceeded expectations
Property was beautiful and the perfect location to enjoy south bend and a Notre Dame football game. Beautiful kitchen, and incredibly spacious home with multiple sitting and entertainment areas. House was immaculate upon arrival...We will definitely be back for an annual trip. Highly recommend this as the only property to book for ND games...You won't be disappointed. And the property manager is incredible and highly communicative.

We couldn’t be more pleased
We had a great experience, beginning with our initial inquiries on the property before we rented it all the way through to check out. Floor plan is conducive to larger groups. Kitchen well equipped for cooking in, and the gas grill made the decision to do so very easy. ~20 minute walk to ND campus. Extremely clean. If we ever return to South Bend, we will definitely try to stay here again. Excellent overall experience.

Wonderful property and owners
We had a terrific time with nine family members in this lovely five bedroom home, beautifully decorated and beds supper comfy. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome and the home is spectacular. Right by the river for nice run or walk

This house was perfect! The photos are very accurate on the house's cleanliness and beauty. The owner was extremely nice to work with and accommodating with any request I had. This house is perfect for a large group. I plan on renting again if needed.

This is a fantastic house, very new, clean and close to campus. The owner did a great job of preparing the house for us and she was very responsive.

Great football weekend in South Bend
We had a great stay for the ND / BC football weekend earlier this year. House is beautiful with plenty of common space and bedrooms for a large group / family. Good communication from the owner throughout from before check-in through our departure. We hope to be back again in the future.
