Our family of 3 was so happy with our stay at Xaman Ha Condominiums! 7101 was hands down the best situated condo in the entire complex. View was just as beautiful as the pictures shown. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and kitchen was well equipped. Stocked with plenty of drinking water. Staff were attentive and they are always on site consistently taking care of the grounds, beach and the pool area. We particularly liked that this was not a “party condo”. Just nice, relaxing, respectful guests of all ages having fun. Easy 5 minute walk almost anywhere you want to go; into Playa proper, down the beach to the Ferry and Senior Frogs. We even watched skydivers land right on the beach close to our condo each day. The location and quality of this condo cannot be beat. We will definitely be back!

Condo was everything we could ask for. Great location and great people around the property.

The property was just as it was advertised! We had great communication with the owners and they provided valuable information that really helped us navigate the ins and outs of traveling to Mexico. They also kept us up to date on changes due to covid. We would definitely stay there again in the future. It was a great experience for my family.

The condo is very pretty, and the beds are comfortable. The condo had the best location and beautiful clean beach and great view from the balcony. It was a very relaxing week!

The property was as advertised and even better. The view is fantastic. Any minor issues we had were quickly resolved by Oscar the representative from the management company. Tom was great to work with and was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, and how to handle the peso vs dollar issues. We wil for sure be back.

The photos don't do this property justice. The views are impeccable, you can listen to the sound of the ocean all day and night if you choose; the facility is excellent for adults and kids alike (if you visit this place, tell Robin the McGees said hello- he's the amazing pool bar and grill representative and is a load of fun); and the location was perfect- you can walk to everything you need. Everything was just great. Tom and Terry were the perfect hosts.

Neighborhood was quiet, yet in the middle of shopping, restaurants, beach (although couldn't enjoy due to the seaweed). Easy and safe to walk and enjoy nightlife. Condo pool was clean, and bartender was awesome...Great Vacation!

Enjoyed a great vacation at Xaman-Ha. Review on each of the important areas as follows: The unit: The unit is ocean front and the condo amenities are 5 star. It was recently remodeled and they did a fantastic job with the decor. Kitchen,bathroom and bedrooms were very nice and well appointed. Can’t beat watching the sunrise in the morning from the porch. The condo complex: I would give this a 5 star as well. Small and quaint condo complex with very nice grounds and pool with a swim up bar. Food and drinks were very good and reasonably price. Staff was very friendly. Community: perfect setting in the gated and guarded private community of playacar phase 1. Walking distance to 5th avenue and great outdoor mall. 5 minute walk to Starbucks every morning. Very safe. Always at ease. Jogging or walking through the playacar phase 1 community was very nice. Beautiful homes and grounds throughout. The beach: 3 star. They have had a lot of seaweed issues. The first 3 or 4 days it was fine but the last day a ton of seaweed was in the water and washed on shore. They have had issues controlling it and do there best to take it up into piles. The ocean water and swimming was excellent when the seaweed was not coming on shore. In summary: a great place and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation.

7101 Xaman Ha was just perfect! We stayed January 5-12 2019. The condo is tastefully decorated with plenty of room. The kitchen is beautiful with modern stainless appliances. Granite counter tops in kitchen and all 3 bathrooms. When we arrived it was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. (decent quality towels, not paper thin and cheap) Shampoo and soaps in all the bathrooms are a nice touch. Housekeeping comes and takes garbage daily. Sheets and towels are changed out during your 1 week stay. 7101 is by far the best location within the Xaman Ha complex. Could not be any closer to the water, and the unobstructed views morning and evening could not be beat. The complex is well taken care of. The pool area was clean and staff very friendly. Plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. Additionally the complex is secured. Another bonus is the location. Literally a 5 minute walk into town with access to taxi's, shops, pharmacies, and restaurants galore. The owners are friendly and very accommodating. I feel like I have a new friend in Terry. We stayed in Playa del Carmen last winter in a condo within the Fisherman's complex further from town. Although a nice complex, the condo paled in comparison to this condo. I highly recommend this condo. We would stay again without hesitation.

We loved loved our stay at Tom & Terry’s condo!! The pictures online don’t do it justice. It is so large, modern, well equipped, and Very clean! The decor is so tasteful and serene. The bedding is so comfortable and plush. The location is perfect. It’s a huge corner unit. Quiet and peaceful. Parking was right by the stairs to the second floor. Easy access. Waking up to breathtaking views of the water every day was reguvinating. Falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean and the breeze were so relaxing. We spent 10 days here and were sad to leave. The grounds were impeccable. Pools and swim up bar were fun. Cleaning service was very good. They did a great job and always with a smile. I’d highly recommend this condo. It’s a gem!! We’ll definitely return.

So close to town but located within the quiet gated community of Playacar. Loved the condo. Very updated and comfortable with an amazing view

This condo is the best location of all Xaman-Ha condos. Steps away from the beach and pool. It's nice to wake up and see the ocean from the master bedroom. I enjoy a cup of coffee out on the deck while listening to the waves hit the beach. The unit is a very comfortable, clean, relaxing, and peaceful place to stay whether you are inside or out on the deck. It's nice to know you can feel comforable just hangin' out in the condo if you can't be outside the whole time you are here. Now that I have tried another unit in the building, I will only go back if I can stay in #7101. They really take care of their place.
