House is in a great location and we felt safe. Host had the minimum supplies. Only a few coffee pods, 1 roll paper towels only a few rolls of TP. Be prepared to make a grocery run the 1st day.
House has almost no carpets and no window treatments so it sounds like your in the livingroom no matter where you are in the house.

Was exactly what we needed for the 4 days. Quiet location away from midtown and downtown but an easy Uber ride everywhere. Clean and a place to lay our heads and gather in the common areas. It’s a great bunk house arrangement which suited most of us well. Better for a bunch of singles versus couples. I’d stay again.

Came to town for the Vanderbilt game. House was clean, in safe area, can walk to campus (25 min walk) and had everything needed. If you’re wondering what the flex/loft room is, it’s a separate bedroom, connected to another bedroom upstairs via a Jack and Jill type bathroom. There is no window in that room, maybe that’s why it’s referred to as flex or loft. Property worked well for 4 couples, probably ideal for large group of friends or multiple family members - lots of beds

Nice house with good use of space for a larger family stay. Location was not to far & not to close from attractions, which was perfect for our stay.

The house was just like shown on the website . It’s in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Every room was nice and clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. TV’s in the bedroom would have been a nice extra touch but everything else was wonderful. Thank you for making our vacation special.

Great house for our family to have some hangout space during a quick wedding weekend. Nice kitchen, living areas, could use a couple chairs, as well as some additions to kitchen (cutting board?). Kitchen knives are terrible- struggled to cut up fruit and other basics. Otherwise great, & not a big deal as we ate at the house very little.
Bed situation is good. Bathroom situation was odd in that main king bedroom (smallest room) shares with triple queen room, but we made it work. Plenty of towels available, nice to have full size washer/dryer although we didn't use.
Can see how this house would be ideal for bachelorette gatherings. Very central location, too.

We loved our stay in Nashville. Great house for girls getaway. Overall very clean. Nice white sheets and towels. The most comfortable beds and pillows of anywhere we have ever stayed!!! Easy access with key pad lock. Driveway parking was ideal. Easily able to get uber to dining/activities. Outdoor space comfy for sitting. Only "complaints" would be base boards need a good scrub, dust build up. Downstairs bathroom towel rack half hanging out of wall, was worried it would break. Overall really happy with our stay. Definitely will stay again.

This property was perfect for our group! We had 10 women and the property was more than accommodating. It is spacious, has a full kitchen for cooking and beautiful decor. It is also in a great location to downtown. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great stay for a bachelorette party. House was great for it. We tried to cook a few meals at home to save on costs but home wasn’t fully equipped with simple items like a cutting board or a can opener but I imagine most people visit Nashville aren’t staying home and cooking. Beds were very comfortable and appreciated the extra toilet paper, paper towels and k cups provided. I also appreciated the extra seasonings and fridge items such as syrup, ketchup etc. Ad stated shampoo and conditioner would be provided, but wasn't. Owners were harder to get a hold of but after a few follow ups I already received a response. Otherwise, had a great stay and would stay there again if visiting with a large group.

Property was in a good location for all of our activities. Common area was spacious and easily able to accommodate our group. Beds were comfy with nice comforters and linens.

The house was beautiful BUT Trey did not respond to messages or calls. And still hasn’t responded at all! Very disappointing. Ice maker did not work and several door knobs falling off. Cob webs all over back patio and windows.

Overall, the house was good. Plenty of beds and space. The AC stopped working and Trey was quick to send over someone to fix it, as well as fans. We had a great time
