The lobby and bar area are attractive. I arrived in the evening and was greeted by the front desk staff in a friendly manner. My room was on the first floor and, perhaps a Wednesday/Thursday stay in early December is downtime, but I didn’t hear a single neighbor or anyone in the hallway outside my door. Checking out was quick and easy.

Let me say this: I am comfortable in about 1 hotel bed for every 10 where I stay. The bed here was painful for me but was a slight step up from the usual hard boards in most hotels. If I could sleep in a mattress filled with pudding, I would. I cannot imagine how other people enjoy hard mattresses, but I guess they must—or maybe they’re in every hotel because they are cheaper or last longer. For me, though, I wind up crossing hotels from my list of potential stays. One other complaint is that, arriving late at night, I needed a bottle of water. I glanced over to the pantry by the front desk and its shelves were bare. I saw two cans there and nothing else. I expected to find a free water bottle in my room, but there was none.

So the place had about 10 parking places that were no charge, everyone else had to pay 30 dollars to park in the parking garage. Total BS!

30 dollar parking fee, dead bolt wasn't working and no soap in dispenser.

We reserved a room with a king bed and received a room with a double bed. When asked, they said they were sold out and didn't compensate us.
