2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Vacation Rental!!!
Die Wohnung ist 2 Schlafzimmer (2 Queen-Betten und ein Doppelbett) und 2 Badezimmer. Das Gerät befindet sich auf der Meerseite, sodass Sie keine Straßen überqueren müssen, um zum Strand zu gelangen. Sie sind buchstäblich 50 Meter vom Sand entfernt. Der gesamte Boden der Einheit besteht aus Hartholz, Fliesen oder Marmor. Die Küche wurde komplett renoviert, einschließlich neuer Eichenschränke und Fliesen mit allen notwendigen Geräten (Geräte wurden nicht aktualisiert, aber immer noch modern). Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit. Sie werden die Aussicht vom privaten Balkon vor dem Haus sehen und das Wohnzimmer ist wirklich atemberaubend, unabhängig von der Tageszeit. Es gibt einen garantierten Parkplatz mit der Einheit sowie kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße direkt vor der Einheit. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, persönliche Kissen und alle Papierprodukte müssen vom Mieter zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Kosten sind eine glockenförmige Kurve, die im Juli und August ihren Höhepunkt erreicht. Ich akzeptiere wöchentliche oder monatliche Anmietungen nur während der Hauptsaison. Außerhalb von Juli oder August können wir auf Wunsch die Kosten pro Übernachtung besprechen. Rabatte gelten für mehrere Wochen gemietet. Ich arrangiere einen Reinigungsservice. Es tut uns leid, dass keine High School- oder College-Senioren akzeptiert wurden.

Das Anwesen erhielt viel Lob für seine Sauberkeit, Geräumigkeit, die großartige Lage in der Nähe des Strandes und den aufmerksamen Besitzer mit schneller Kommunikation. Die Gäste waren begeistert von den Meerblick, der einfachen Zugänglichkeit zu Restaurants und Attraktionen und den komfortablen Annehmlichkeiten.

Kevin was amazing to work with, always answered any questions we had whether it pertained to the condo or just things to do around ocean city. The check in process was very smooth and the rooms were very cozy. It’s convenient it’s basically right on the beach too!

We were absolutely so impressed with the condo.. highly recommend this place for anyone coming down to OCMD! Location, parking, the availability of kitchen equipment… everything was just perfect, even very affordable. We will definitely be back!

Location location location!!!! Perfect for our family not far from the Boardwalk but close enough for a quick ride!!! The unit was very clean and Kevin was just a phone call away if any problems occurred!! None did!!! The AC unit is a little loud in the one bedroom but it throws tons of cool air throughout the condo! Our family will definitely stay again when we return to OCMD!! Also, the Bellybuster restaurant at the corner of 45th and Coastal highway is highly recommended!!! The staff is amazing the food outstanding!!!! Great summer vacation 2024!!!!

Beautiful condo with an oceanview. Everything was clean and comfortable. Able to see the sunrise on the balcony to your right and the sunset on the balcony to your left. Steps from the beach. Very quiet. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend ❤️

Overall this property was a great place to stay. It is in a good location to a lot of fun places that my family likes to go to. Close to the beach so very convenient to go back and forth. The only thing that was inconvenient was we were told we could not check in till 4, so we did not arrive till around 4:15pm and the cleaning people had not been there yet. They arrived at 4:25 and we had to wait in the parking lot for over an hour while it was being cleaned.

The condo is perfectly located within walking distance of many activities like the broadwalk, several restaurants, mini-golf locations, and Dumster's ice cream. The beach is just steps away, and the ocean can be seen from the condo balcony. To add, the condo parking is extremely assessable and reserved during your entire stay. The condo was very clean when we moved in and the property owner had excellent communication as he provided clear directions for both arrival and departure. The furniture was also very comfortable and the second bathroom was a great feature for a group of 7 adults. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo for your next beach vacation!

The property worked well for my family of 4 adults plus two kids and an 11 month old. It was nice having two bathrooms and a TV in each room. The dining table was big enough for all of us to sit together. It was close to the beach but also well located for trips around town or to the mainland for excursions. There are a lot of family-oriented things to do in OC. If I return to OC in the future, I would not hesitate to stay here again. The owner was responsive to questions and prepared me for what to expect.

We came in town for a family get together. Place was great location to the beach ,restaurants, board walk. Neighborhood perfect. Well lit parking and steps. Will highly recommend this condo. Clean and well maintained.

We've stayed at several private units in the past, Kevin's lodging has no competition! Very clean, updated, uncluttered, tastefully decorated and you can see the ocean from balcony. Kevin is spot on in communicating with renter. We will definitely be staying with Kevin again.

The place was very clean and the check in/out process was seamless. It’s less than a half block to the beach which is so nice! The owner was very quick to respond with any questions and is easy to work with. I’ve already stayed here twice. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was right next to the beach. We were able to fit four adults and four kids with plenty of space. The balcony area was nice and big and provided a nice space to relax and see the ocean. We will definitely be back again!

My family & I enjoyed our week in Kevin's Ocean City property. We found the unit to be clean & comfortable and the location was great. My wife counted 100 steps to the beach. There are restaurants within easy walking distance & the boardwalk is a short drive away. Parking is a little bit of a problem if you have more than one car but we always managed to find a spot on the street. We would stay here again if and when we go back to Ocean City Maryland.

Great spot for a great vacation!
This unit was great. Easy beach access. View for of the ocean and bay from the balcony. Everything we could want in the kitchen and nice sofa and beds. A second bathroom was great! The host was great with perfect communication and very friendly.

Everything was as advertised or nicer. Could probably throw a baseball to the beach. The street parking was plenty. Walking distance to a lot of attractions. Attentive owner. Was cool first time in Ocean City. Seacrets is wild.

It's a place to sleep
No disappointment, pretty much what I expected. No problem with my stay, the location is fine and it is convenient to the beach. Owner is a little exacting regarding rules about how you maintain and leave the apartment, seemingly obsessive about avoiding maintenance expenses, but nothing onerous. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep, reasonably priced, and fairly well located, this is a good choice for a rental. This was what I was seeking for my short stay. If you are looking for something that offers even a modicum of lavishness and opulence you'll need to find another place, but the price point should have told you that already. In short, a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay while you enjoy what Ocean City has to offer.

Condo was very clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the off-season and it was perfect! Right by the beach, not a lot of people, close to everything we needed for our stay.
