We had a great time at our stay. We did have a hiccup when we arrived with the AC unit not working. However, we were able to get the situation worked out quickly and the owner was very responsive and helped from the get go. Great spot for a little family vacation with having several pools for the little one and a splash pad. We were within 10 minutes of all the popular go to restaurants. Definitely would recommend this place to friends and family. Owners took good care of us with the initial hiccup. Would 100% comeback and stay

The room was great looks just like the pictures. We had a change in guest number last minute the host was very accommodating. Penny was very helpful in making sure we had everything completed for our stay and quick to answer any questions that we had. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo we hope to be back soon.

Everything was as advertised, the view was awesome, and there were so many added amenities (pools, game rooms, tennis courts, etc) that just made it that much more enjoyable! The Pheonix was amazing. Everyone we encountered was so kind and very accomodating, even security. Security patrolled all day, checking vehicles and vacationers. Having access to 4 buildings accomadations was a huge plus! The condo itself was beautiful!! Very clean, stocked well and comfortable!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. Perfect for 2-3 guest. Checking in and out was convenient and the property was as advertised. Clean and neat. A bit cluttered with trinkets and closets were full of owners things, but those were minor aesthetics. We love the balcony view and would definitely returned for another visit.

Booked last second for New Years week. Great location on the beach with tons of stuff to do. The owners responded to every text within minutes. The only drawback is no guest bathroom, but if it's just family all is good. We loved our stay and look forward to getting back to Orange beach soon!

Beautiful Condo. Condo photos are accurate. Everything we needed & more was supplied. Beautiful view from the deck. The white sand beach is beautiful & the sand is cool to the feet even on sunny days. Communication with Penny was excellent. Only Surprise I had is there is an additional $57 fee for parking if you choose to drive.
