We booked this home for our family trip to disney with our 4 kids. We figured it would be the perfect house for our off days. Boy was i right! This house was way more enjoyable for our kids than disneyland! It was spectacular in every way. Our kids were worn out each day and particularly enjoyed the EPIC game room! We will definitely stay here again!

This is our second time at the house. Everyone loves it. The location is great for Disney or Knotts. The pool is always a hit and the layout is perfect for families. The hosts are amazing and the house is well stocked (e.g., high chair, plenty of towels, pool toys). This is our go to house for this area.

I’ve been using VRBOs for over 15 years all over the world and I have never been to one that had the theme and details that this house has - if you can rent this home you will not be disappointed. From the themed rooms, to the tricked out garage with games and pool table, the splash park for young children, and a pool and hot tub second to none. I just can’t say enough about this home. The attention to the details and labeling of the many features, lighting and equipment was amazing. I only wish I would’ve booked more days for this trip. I would recommend planning time to spend at the home taking advantage of its many amenities. If you’re going to Disney and plan to close the park out, you may miss out on taking advantage of the pool and spa that closes at 10 pm - so I would recommend blocking time to spend in the home, maybe add some days to your trip. I snuck back to the home and left the teen kids at the park and enjoyed watching the fireworks from the hot tub. This homes location only a few minutes from Disneyland and the quiet peaceful neighborhood was just perfect. If I could rate this home, a 12 out of 10 I would, being in property management, I really appreciated the professionalism of the management for this property. This home is flat out amazing! The ratings reflect it. You better book it before somebody else does.

This house was absolutely incredible. We’ve stayed at many houses but this one tops them all. Alan went above and beyond with any request or questions we had leading up to & during our stay. He always responded within 5 min. And was so accommodating in every way.
I was nervous about the open pool as we were staying with our little 2-year old. I wanted to bring poles to lay in the door jams of all the sliding doors (there are 3) leading in to the back yard. Alan sent me measurements before our trip so I could precut those. Once we arrived, I realized that the alarm system they have in place for all the outside doors was plenty adequate enough and the poles weren’t necessary. I was notified anytime a door opened to the back and could check to make sure it wasn’t my 2-year old sneaking out alone.
I highly recommend this stay, it added so much magic to our trip. These guys have seriously thought of everything. Plenty of life jackets for all kid ages in the back, the game room is all you’d imagine, so fun. I asked if they had a double stroller since we were going to Disneyland and we have a 4-year old as well. Alan said they had a single stroller but could get a double stroller free of charge for us and he had it waiting at the house when we arrived. That saved so much room in our vehicle for travel and made our trip to the park so nice. It was the perfect stroller. The nice crib worked great for our 2-yr old who’s been out of a crib for a yr now. Everything was perfect!

Surpassed all expectations. Swee t, quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located to anything one might desire. The pool was warm, the splash park, the play set, & the game room were enjoyed by kids & adults alike. We all want to come back.

The house is great. You will not regret booking. Hosts provided perfect amount of communication. Everything needed, and more, was included. I use STRs regularly and some things that stood out were having plenty of towels, including washcloths, a reasonable amount of things like toilet paper and trash bags, and no ridiculous chores to do at the end. I always pick up before I leave a rental, but despise being threatened with fees if I leave a coffee cup in the sink. We didn’t need it, but there was so much baby/toddler stuff too. I know how hard it is to travel with younger children and not having to pack things like a small stroller or crib is amazing. The hosts have definitely thought about their guests when setting up this rental. We’re already talking about when we can go back. The kids LOVED the pool/water features and game room. Us moms were happy to not hear the “b” (bored) word for a few days.

This place was so fun. The water park and game room was perfect for our family trip. We spent the whole weekend here and had a blast. If there’s one thing I would change it would be for a later checkout but other than that amazing place. I would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay in Nov. with my family. We were a large group and the house fit us all perfectly. We walked to Disneyland which was about 1.5 miles away, expect a 30-40 minute walk if you’re taking that route. The house was well stocked with all the basics: dishes, pans, utensils etc. rooms were very clean and the kids loved the themes. Literally the only downside was that we didn’t stay longer. We only had 1 day to enjoy the pool and it wasn’t enough. Next vacation we plan to book again and leave an extra day to enjoy the house !

Communication with Alan from the beginning was amazing. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the home was truly refreshing. I’m pretty sure the kids loved the home more than Disneyland. Great location, you can see the fireworks from the backyard. Great stay overall & would recommend to anyone looking for a space in Anaheim!

We came in October and the backyard was amazing for our two 10 year olds and one 2 year old. They played outside all day. Definitely worth springing for the heated pool/spa. The house was comfy and fun—spent hours in the arcade. All around a wonderful experience and would come back! Host was very kind and even let us drop off our luggage early so that we could fit our family in the car better until checkin.

The property is perfect for families who want a one-spot-checks-all-the-boxes vacation home! Over the years, we have stayed in many homes in the Anaheim area, but this one really stands out for being pretty much immaculate in terms of cleanliness, convenience, and just overall wow-factor.
Aside from the amazing experiences you see in the pictures (splash pad, pool with water slide, hot tub, mini golf, playground, fire pit, game arcade, etc.), Alan’s property had so many thoughtful features throughout: clean and modern furnishings and appliances (I actually felt very comfortable having my baby sleep in the crib), all the tools and utensils you could possibly need for cooking, grilling, etc., extra clean blankets kept in sealed tubs, and plenty of pool and bath towels for everyone. Tech was also impressive. For example, the house has clearly labeled control panels for all the water and light effects of the backyard so you could pinpoint which features you wanted on or off on a timer; the arcade machine in the attached air-conditioned garage had 750 games in one with 2-player capability so it was fun for all ages; and televisions were all simple to use and connected to YouTube tv. On top of that, Alan was great at communicating with me about everything and was a very gracious host! Everyone had such a memorable experience at this home- looking forward to staying here again!

This house had everything you could possibly ever want or need to have a Totally Out of this world and relaxing family vacation. The Volcano pool, slide, spashpad, golf course, grill, fire pit , nightly fireworks, and all of the comforts of home were very well thought out and enjoyed by all 8 of us throughout our vacation. To put in into the excited words of our 7 year old Granddaughter when she first arrived with us…. I LOVE

We stayed 5 nights, and loved this house the pool area is amazing. The family almost didn’t want that area to go to Disney and Universal Studios. Highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to the area. And bonus you see Disney fireworks in the backyard every night.

This home is fantastic for families. We had an amazing time and made the best memories for our kids during our stay. The home was clean and so was the pool. The home owners were great hosts and responded quickly to my emails. Everything we needed to know was easily accessible. 10/10 would stay again and recommend this home to anyone.

My 8 year old said he had the time of his life and would have rather we canceled our disney reservations and stayed at the house all week to enjoy the pool, game room and put put course. Our host was super responsive and available for all of our needs...my advice, if you are booking this home while going to disney...make sure and book at least 3 more days just to enjoy the property itself.

We do a family trip to Disneyland every year and this house was by far the best we have stayed at. We had 5 children and young adults with us ranging from 9 to 19. Everyone loved it! The pictures probably speak for themselves but the pool is incredible. We moved our schedule around so the kids could spend 1/2 a day just swimming and playing in the backyard. All of the amenities, lights, jets, and other house features were labeled and worked very well.
It is a little bit far to walk to the park if you have younger kids but we did it one of the days and it was not too bad. We absolutely loved it!

The house was clean and very nicely remodeled. The layout was awesome. Appreciated all the alarms on doors as we had smaller children and could be notified if they slipped outside. Great Family Staycation!
This property is beautiful! It's clean, in a great location and has the key amenities to host a family with kids. The kids loved the game room, pool and playground. Watching the Disney fireworks from the backyard was a perfect way to end our night. Alan was also quick to respond via text before and after our trip. Would definitely recommend this home to families with little ones!

Family getaway house
Our family stayed here in June 2020. We used it as a safe family getaway during covid pandemic. For that purpose, it was perfect. The house is very clean and spacious. Our kids had a blast in the pool, the gameroom and the backyard. The kid-themed bunk bed rooms were fun too.
We appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with appliances, that there were extra toys/floats for the pool, and board games for the house.
The gameroom is in the garage and stays very hot during the day - a couple of fans in there would be helpful.
Really the only complaint we had was that in the master bedroom, there's a skylight. We were up every day by 6:45am because the room was so bright. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying.
The owners were easy to communicate with and overall we're glad we got the chance to stay here!

Perfect family stay-cation!
We had a lovely time here at this property. Very clean, spacious, and so much for the kids to do. We swam in pool and roasted s’mores by the fire at night, it was truly heavenly. Thank you!

Great house !
Our family of 6 had a great time at this property! It was exactly as described and immaculate! The interior decor was beautiful as well as the outdoor fire pit and pool. The kids had a great time Swimming in the pool as soon as we arrived and had a blast with the many indoor games in the game room , when it was raining.
The adult beds were extremely comfortable and spacious. The kids rooms were well thought out with bunk beds and toys included. Alan’s communication with us from before booking the reservation till our trip was over was excellent! He was available to answer any of our concerns immediately . He took extra special care to have the house cleaned well before our stay as it was during the covid-19 pandemic. We appreciated his thoughtfulness in leaving extra sanitizing products upon our arrival. One of the games broke during our stay and he came over same day and fixed it !

Great property extremely close to Disneyland
This is a wonderful home with plenty of beds. Beautifully updated; like brand new. Very, very clean. Pool and deck is beautiful. We loved the gas firepit. Everyone was comfortable. And it is 5 minutes via Uber or Lyft to Disneyland. That was maybe best of all. Owner was super-responsive. Highly recommend!!

Great house in a nice neighborhood
This house was perfect for our needs. It fit multiple adults, very clean, had a great garage full of games, and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It's a bit of a long walk to the convention center and Disneyland so we opted for the short drive each day, but overall we had an excellent stay.
