This is the perfect place for a large group. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating. Huge balcony with amazing views since there is not a high rise Would definitely stay again!

There were eleven in our group ages 5 months to 89 years. The pools and lazy river were amazing. Access to the beach was easy. We would definitely recommend.

We had a large group with us at this property. Seven adults and six children. The condo was spacious and fairly well equipped. However, we found the condition of the furniture to be substandard for the price that we were paying per night. As an example, the large couch was cracked and peeling. I would also suggest as we were cooking quite a bit to invest in some good nonstick cookware. While we used our own paper plates and cups, we would’ve had a problem with the number of plates and bowls provided for a four bedroom unit. I would also have the dryer checked as it took up to 2 1/2 hours to dry a load of towels. Overall the condo was spacious and clean and an excellent location. We had a good time, but we would not return to that particular unit.

We went to the beach for a church youth retreat and the condo was perfect. All the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The elevators took us quickly to our floor and parking was no problem.

Unit could have been cleaner. Living room sofa needs to be replaced. Blender smelt like it was about to catch fire, so only used once. Chairs around bartop table had parts missing at bottom and considered unsafe. Amenities were great and security was what you would expect.

This is our second year staying at one of the Brett-Robinson properties in Orange Beach for Hangout Festival. The views, cleanliness, and overall experience are worth every penny. It's very close to downtown and has private beach access with little cubbies to leave your shoes if you choose to walk on the sand. Definitely bang for your buck with a lot of space for having a big group.

We loved the balcony! The views were outstanding. The large open living area was perfect for our three-generation vacation. The master jetted tub was just what we needed to round out the experience. Beautiful beach, wonderful area, perfect location! Plenty of dishes for our group of eight. Perfect amount of bathrooms. Loved that we had access to many closets and a huge pantry! Don't forget your keurig pods and/or regular coffee. You have options. We all loved having plenty of ice! Plenty of SECURE parking. Never waited for an available elevator. Front desk friendly. Plenty of available carts to transport your belongings. I look forward to coming back to this condo again. If you love being able to see forever out over the ocean, you will not be disappointed!

We absolutely loved this condo. There should have been a run through by the cleaning team before we arrived, one of the bathrooms was not up to speed, but we handled it. There also were no coffee filters and we didn't realize that or we would have brought some instead of having to go out and buy some. Overall this view is incredible and the amenities were perfect for our crew.

We rented the condo as a celebration of my completion of chemo and radiation for breast cancer. It did not disappoint! Unit is amazing and just as advertised. Clean spacious beautiful. Property is also great. Clean. Beautiful. Clean beach. Great amenities whether traveling with family and kids or adults only. Highly recommend!

Our new vacation spot. Our condo was big and roomy space for everyone. Adults and k8ds all loved it. A little for everyone. Beautiful large deck to sit and enjoy the view. Only complaint is smoking areas are way off. So depending 8f you are a smoker or not if this is a plus or a minus. Also must pay for parking passes on top of condo rental. So plan for that. 35.00 a vehicle and only allowed two per a condo. We rented a large condo sleeping 14 could not put 14 in two vehicles so we had to rent a second smaller condo, public parking is quiet a ways away and 25.00 a day. But it is a beautiful place at the Phoenix West 2. We really did not want to leave.

We loved the location of this facility as it was not in the line of other condo buildings. The unit itself had breathtaking views and was well insulated. We did not hear others and we hope they did not hear us. We had four excited kids with us. We were there week of Aug 7th which appeared to be less congested. We did not have long lines for elevators as mentioned by others. The unit itself had a few small flaws. No dressers for clothes in three of the bedrooms which is really inconvenient when staying for a week. The washer and dryer were noisy and did not have a door to drown out the sounds. The skillets were not non stick and quite challenging to cook with. The unit could have been a little cleaner but overall good. We would return again if we get the opportunity. Did I mention the breathtaking views!!! And we did see dolphins two different times. Also if you haven’t been to the city of orange beach very impressed with the area. Ocean was good but there was seaweed. The amenities at the facility were all good just a bummer that they shut down the indoor swimming pool when storms were in the area. Overall we loved it!

We had an amazing time and enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony. My only negative was parking, we had 3 vehicles and were told we could get a third pass, this changed only a few weeks before our arrival. Property was spectacular outside of that!

We loved staying here at this beautiful property, the views were incredible! The kids has so much fun at the pools and hot tubs on the property. Access to the beach was the best! Walk right out the back, which means minimal sand in your car! I would definitely stay there again

Great beach condo
Property was just as described! Great room was huge. Every bedroom had a view of the ocean and we had eastern sun and shade in the afternoon. Ice maker was a big help. Kitchen needs more cooking utensils and pans. As far as the condo amenities, the work out room was awesome! Loved the lazy River and the waterslide. Downside was the parking and the elevators. Long waits daily on the elevator banks. Everything else was perfect!

The kitchen was fully stocked (but if you plan on cooking, check to see if there is a non-stick pan or bring your own. I put the request in for the next guests. If you're not used to cooking on stainless steel fry pans, it's a bit challenging). The ice maker was an added bonus! We had one maintenance issue with the dryer which was fixed the next day. Very much appreciated on the timeliness. The beds were very comfortable. It was nicely cleaned before our stay. The linens have been updated since the photos were taken which was a pleasant surprise. There was plenty of closet space for everyone's things and a nice sized pantry. The fridge was a little less desirable... there were a few broken shelves which made filling it a little challenging. But I feel like that was pretty minor in grand scheme. The condo itself is a big complex, sometimes you have to wait for elevators. But if you go in understanding that, it's no big deal. The kids loved the pools and the lazy river. They were also big fans of the Italian Ice. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Orange Beach.

The property was very spacious and exceeded our expectations! My only complaint is that the bedrooms were significantly warmer than the living room, kitchen, and hall.

Fun vacation
Condo met all our expectations. Only issues: garbage disposal not working, but maintenance responded same day with replacement. The change in allotted parking spaces did cause a problem, but one of our family members did not come which alleviated the issue. Otherwise, we would not have been happy with the situation as that was a concern before we even booked.
