If I could give this property a 100/10 I would! The space is the PERFECT layout for a large group. Large common areas, plenty of washrooms, and SUPER comfy beds. Lauren went above and beyond to make sure the place was perfect upon arrival, and was very accomodating with a late checkout and was always quick to answer questions. The place was in a great area, a quick walk to Starbucks and a less than 10 minute Uber to broadway. Would 1000% recommend if you are debating booking this property.

We were so excited about our stay at this beautiful property and it didn’t disappoint! It was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for everyone! The gathering area of the kitchen and family room were great for hanging out and playing games too! We also enjoyed coffee on the porch! Just a short easy Uber ride to Broadway & the airport. Ubers were very easy to get too! Thank you for a great trip- would definitely stay again in the future!!!

We had an amazing stay and couldn't have been happier with the house and the communication with owner. The house was perfect for the four couples and so close to downtown. I will definitley stay again and highly recommend.

The house was just as advertised. Very clean, decorated beautifully , many nice touches. Snacks and drinks were so appreciated. We loved staying here. So close to Centennial Park and Vanderbilt area.

The property is beautiful… The pictures are representative of what you get!! The owner is very accommodating and will to assist with any request. The property is very convenient to Nashville downtown and the foodie scene. The property is very clean and comfortable…. This is the second time we have stayed in one of their properties and they exceed expectations…. Can’t wait to our return to Nashville in the summer of 2023 and we know where we will be staying…. Great time in Nashville….

Our first time to Nashville could not have been better! This property was adorable, clean and so perfect for celebrating a bachelorette weekend. Unlike many properties, we had access to the garage, plenty of outside parking and everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable (even a steamer to press travel wrinkles out of clothing). Highly recommend this property and owner for your Nashville visit!

The property, the location, and especially the manager Lauren were nothing short of perfect. Lauren made the check in and check out process seamless. The condo is beautiful with so much space for our entire family to fit comfortably. She has thought of everything you could need during your stay and it’s all readily available for you. We rented this property for 8 girls to celebrate a bachelorette weekend. It was perfect! Had plenty of room, comfortable (amazing beds and super soft blankets), all the kitchen supplies we needed, and in a good area! It was perfect for our group and we will definitely book this property again!

Excellent Service and Stay!
The property is exactly as advertised! Ample space for 12 guests and the 3 bathrooms really helped. The owner communicates extremely quickly and the property is well-maintained and has a lot of nice amenities included. It's a very quick Uber to anywhere you want to go and felt like a safe neighborhood. The best part was the check out process - you don't have to do anything! They just ask you to make sure the door is locked, but we could have left all dirty dishes and decorations up if we wanted to and that would be fine. It's absolutely no hassle and you don't have to stress that you'll be charged an extra cleaning fee for forgetting to strip the beds or something. Only a few minor things I would recommend the property adds - full length mirror in every bedroom, plenty of towel hooks in the bathroom, and maybe more clocks (like in the bathroom when you're getting ready and need to be on time for dinner!). But very minor and would just add to the wonderful-ness of this place. Thanks for letting us stay Lauren! We'd definitely return!

Five Star Stay
We really enjoyed staying at this property. We are a bunch of friends who have been going on “girls’ trips” for literally decades, and never have we rented a place so well stocked and with a host so accommodating! Lauren was wonderful; I can’t say enough good things about her. The condo was close to Centennial Park, the neighborhood felt safe, and Instacart and Uber were always available. I highly recommend this host and property!

Girls Birthday Weekend
From the start the owner was very reliable and easy to communicate with. I loved how she gave us a full list of things to do based off our weekend plans. The house was beautiful! We had a chef for the first night which I highly recommend and he had the perfect amount of space to cook and plate. The home was very accommodating to all needs. Prefect location for shopping at the big name stores....Uncommon James etc. and then to broadway for a great evening.

Let’s start at the time of booking. The host answered all my questions and concerns. She gave our group helpful information to make our 50th all girls trip the absolute best. I looked/compared/reviewed and everything else before booking this place. So no need to do that with this place. It’s beautiful, clean, safe and most of all we all felt at home. She thought of everything to include just locking up with no stress check out. She even allowed us early and late check in and check out. (One of our guests had a late afternoon flight). Plenty of parking for our group of 9. The beds were super comfortable and the linens were regal. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything. Since I was the one that booked this place everyone in my group kept saying how much they loved this place ♥️ I rent lots of VRBO’s as well as the “other” brand and this place hands down exceeded all expectations for the perfect girls get away weekend to celebrate a very dear friend. We ate at Fables (very close by and we were able to walk there) a speakeasy type of restaurant with a groovy ambiance and then got to listen to some local talent next door at the bar The Local. Thank you very much for hosting us and being so accommodating and super timely in answering any questions I had. We will def be returning.

13 adults spent a long weekend in this home and we couldn’t be more impressed. Plenty of space, Lyfts were always right around the corner, very convenient to all the good restaurants and bars. Lauren is a top notch host and the house is fantastic. We will stay here again!

Best. Stay. Ever.
I cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Doll House. Any time I come back to Nashville I will definitely stay here. The place was extremely clean with PLENTY of room for all of our guests. The house looks even better than the pictures do, which is hard to believe. All of the beds were very comfortable, I would have preferred the one I slept in over my one at home!! Lauren quickly responded to any request I had and was very accommodating with early check in and late check out. The location was great and easy for Ubers to access. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

We had a family group of 12 adults (6 couples) and had a wonderful stay here! The rooms are well spaced and the beds were comfortable. The home is exactly as pictured - it was very clean and there were no surprises. Lauren, the host, was very friendly, hospitable and a great communicator - she was able to get us checked in early which was awesome. She goes above and beyond what hosts typically do to ensure the stay is perfect! The location was great and close to several places we visited - we felt very safe in the neighborhood. I loved the warmth and charm of the home and I’d love to return with a group of girlfriends and rebook here!

We had a group of 12 friends/family & this house was excellent! The spacious rooms & comfy beds were perfect for all of us! We loved that there were 2 sets of washer/dryers & the owner goes way above and beyond by providing many unexpected amenities and items to make the stay here a true vacation! We would definitely rebook in the future as our stay was fantastic... not all properties come with an amazing, responsive & thoughtful host, but that's the cherry on top of this beautiful home.

We stayed at the house for a bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect! We loved all the rooms, bathroom space, and vanity area!! The house was decorated perfectly and seems like it was made for bachelorette parties! We would recommend to anyone! I can’t say enough great things about this property! First of all, it’s absolutely beautiful and so clean. Lauren was an absolute pleasure. She was attentive to every need and she is so kind and knowledgeable with Nashville fun. There was so much space and we had plenty of room for our bachelorette party of 9. This property was beautiful and had plenty of space for my family to get ready. There are two washers and dryers which was excellent because I have a five year old and an eight month old grandchildren. Lauren quickly responded to a question about the router. We would rent again from her properties if in the area.

Perfect for a large group!
We loved this spot! We had a total of 11 people including a few couples and this place was perfect! Clean, convenient and the host was so welcoming and responsive. Honestly the best part may have been the minimal cleanup needed to check out - just to lock the doors! Highly recommend this spot and hostess.
