At the airport perfect location when flying onto another destination.

I like the location and the coziness and approacgeable staff

but they dont provide slippers, no robe inside, bidet should be a must. Ive been to an airport hotel in manila. It was way more cheaper but food was unlimited such as soup, sandwiches and etc. The tv was no used at all

How spacious and well lit the building was. Excellent interior design. The hotel smells very clean without those annoying hotel perfumes that irritates us whose hypersensitive due to our asthma. The staff are always greeting us and very attentive . Very approachable . I like the vibe and excellent value for money

Just the parking space but nevertheless the security guard save us space and assisted my dad. The gym is not 24 hours

Got in at 3am after customs and they were wide awake. Got in quickly. Made me coffee! Room was quaint and quiet. A/c was cool and quiet. Bed was super. Really enjoyed my stay!

Was awoke at 8am after something like a lizard walked across my face. Looked around and couldn’t see anything. There was a scratching sound in the walls and roof. When manager came in a birdie was fling around. Maintenance came in with a stick and I requested don’t kill it. Left door open and just as it tried to fly out manager passed the door. Turned around and crashed into the wall. Manager caught it and released it. I liked what manager did but greatly disliked maintenance trying to hit it with a stick when it was just trying to get out. Kudos to the manager.

Comfy bed, clean and modern

Tv didn’t work, shower pressure weak, no food on site, air conditioning constantly blowing which made it very loud and no access to turn it down/off

It's in the airport. You wake up and you're literally already at the airport. You just walk over to which ever terminal you need to get to. Depending on which kind of flight (domestic or international) your walk will be around 2 to 10 minutes.
