Everything overall was great but the elevators got crowded and in our unit the oven had only one rack which slowed down cooking time

Was a beautiful location and very nice condo with a great view of the beach. The lazy river was very nice to have onsite. Parking was pretty easy and we were able to find a spot on the bottom level nearly the whole trip. The condo was missing a few essentials you may want to bring, like ordinary seasonings if you cook anything and regular dish soap.

The condo was very nice, and clean! It was just as described! We even got a text saying we could check in a few hours early! The facilities were well kept and we felt secure the entire time we were there. The lazy river was a hit for the kids. We used to grills on site to cook supper one night! Saturday must be a popular check out day because we had to wait about 20 minutes to get on the elevator but every other day it wasn’t a problem. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely rent from Phoenix West again.

while the condo seems nice, it's clear it has been neglected for awhile. both couches need new cushions as they are hard to even sit on. The master mattress is hard as a rock and the ceiling fan needs to be replaced as it sounds like it's going to fall out of the ceiling. The view is wonderful and the building is very nice.

This was our 2nd stay at Phoenix West and our 2nd time using this rental company. We love Phoenix West. A safe, clean property with friendly staff. My feedback for this unit would be that it was overall not clean. The linens were not clean with stains and hair present. The floors were not clean. There was sand and hair in all the bathrooms. One of the bathrooms had mold. The dining chairs had sand on the seats. It did not smell clean when we walked in. The trundle bed underneath the day bed was detached from the bed. The extra blankets didn’t smell clean. We just equate this with very poor execution by the cleaning company. It was definitely enough to make us not choose this unit again. However, Charlotte was who we dealt with with our booking and she was amazing! We had left something very valuable on accident in the unit after checking out and she went out of her way to be sure we were able to get it back. You really cannot put a price on honesty and that’s rare to find those types of people in this world today. So, thank you, Charlotte for your hospitality and taking good care of us!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Easy to find and a great location. We had a group of 12 with kids ages 5-17 and everyone had a great time. Any issues I had previously read about in the reviews have been fixed so that was a very pleasant surprise.
**here are our only cons to the condo(although none of these would keep us from returning!)
*There are only 4 elevators to service all 29 floors which resulted in quite a long wait during certain times of the day.
*Very few tubes for the lazy river. We counted 20 total, so I’d highly suggest bringing your own to float with.
*The parking garage is pretty dang tight so keep that in mind if you’re planning on bringing a big vehicle.
*There are a couple of pots and pans supplied, however, they aren’t the very best so bring your favorites with you if you are going to need something specific.
*Maybe THIS is just because of my OCD, but I would have loved to have a broom supplied in the condo to help clean up sand and dirt that we tracked inside.
Other than that, it was awesome. We will 100% be back!

This place was amazing! It fit all of us perfectly. The building is right on the sand. The pool, lazy River, and slide were a huge hit for the kids in our party! The only complaint I would have is for the building itself - there are 26 floors and only 4 elevators. On the weekends it was very challenging to get up/down to/from our room. Especially when checking in/out with all of our stuff. I did appreciate that they had multiple carts and typical hotel caddies to help move stuff - there just wasn’t a ton of room in the elevators to fit with all the people. Other then that it was a dream to stay at. Thank you!

The over all appearance was nice, we had issues with the internet the whole time. The front desk couldn’t help. It was very frustrating as two of us needed to remote work. The floors weren’t clean, we bought a mop and mop the condo. The beds were very uncomfortable in the rooms not the master. We had a wonderful trip, loved the pool and the lazy river. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The condo was very spacious and that was nice, as we have a handicapped grandson. I would definitely go back but would request a different room.

Our first time in Orange Beach did not disappoint! Having never been there before we didn’t know what to expect with lodging and going through VRBO for properties available to rent. Our condo was amazing. Clean..spacious and comfortable. We will be back!

Furniture not very nice, for example, counter height stools at bar height counter. Had to use internet from neighboring condo though it was included. Master in middle of condo, strange layout. All that said, location was great, people on property VERY nice, we had a great time!

Great views and the condo was big enough for everyone staying here. Easy access to the beach, and walking distance to 3 restaurants. The kitchen is stocked with enough dishes, glasses, pots, pans everything needed for cooking meals.
Furniture (couches and chairs) are old and well used, very uncomfortable. The washing machine makes a horrendous noise when used. Overall we have enjoyed our stay.

The place is large, with a beautiful view, however the shear filth really made this experience poor. Especially for the expense. The pillows had white stain like substances on them and and balls of hair. There were trash and several chips beside one of the beds where it looked like a kid had been eating.. The showers were all dirty and all had miscellaneous hair all over the shower walls. Asking for them to reclean it seemed like a moot point since this is their practice to begin with. Not sure who the owners use to clean but they need to find someone else. I'm guessing the owners don't even know it is filthy.Moreover, The place needs a major upgrade. The refrigerator is broken...broken multiple shelves and there is a rag stuffed in the freezer because the ice machines been taken out. The washing machine would not fill with water once we finally got it working the clothes never dried in the dryer. If the owner sees this and would like photographs I have them. There was no way to get ahold of the owner of the property which is the only way I see this issue being fixed. Complaining to the management company would do nothing because they are the problem. We paid way too much for this unit for what we encountered during our stay. Again the view was beautiful but that only goes so far.

My family stayed a week in this very large condo. Our 2 grown children and their families stayed in each large bedroom. The condo is located on the beach and also very close to restraunts. We hope to to stay again soon!!

Beautiful condo and just as advertised. We had an issue with one TV not working, but Charlotte was quick to start taking care of the problem and saw it through until it was corrected. We had 14 members of our family on this trip aging from 10 - 80 and many great memories were made during this stay. My son (who works out regularly) was impressed with the variety of the weight equipment in the gym. Most all of us utilized the pools and hot tub. And my all time favorite, the lazy river is always a hit! Another wonderful trip in the books!

Overall Mediocre stay. Good things first - beautiful gulf front view, and large balcony. The master bed linens were stained or dirty , the slider curtains were very dirty , some dishes in the cupboard were dirty, an electrical outlet in the living room did not have a cover. The hot tub wall was also very dirty.

Very relaxing getaway
First year we were getting away from the cold northwoods, never been to Orange beach, and we both loved the condo, and the area. Only booked for 3 weeks but next year it will be 2 months. So much to do in this area, short convenient drive to shopping, restaurants, groceries and so close to Gulf State Park. We had a 3 bedroom condo which was very large for us, hope next year our family would come and visit they would have so much fun. Definitely would book with them again!

When we arrived to our room, we were very disappointed to see crumbs/sand on the floor, sand on top of dressers, hairs/debris in the beds, used hand towels in the kitchen, hairs on the floors and in the sinks, and stains everywhere. All the curtains have stains, the floorboards have clearly not been deep cleaned in a long time. There were dirty utensils in the kitchen drawers. The patio table on the balcony was unusable due to the glass top being missing (there was a hand written note left in the room stating the glass for the table was on order). And also one of the dressers in the double bed room is missing a drawer. So our first night was spent going to the store, buying cleaning supplies and a mop (the mop left in the room was disgusting). We called the management of Phoenix Rentals, and they refunded our cleaning fee and brought new sheets and towels the next day. After getting everything clean ourselves, we did have a wonderful rest of the week. Please, Phoenix Rentals, deep clean this unit. Update the curtains and comforters on the beds, replace the broken furniture. This is a very nice room, it’s just been left in a poor state.

We were so happy with our stay here! The layout of the condo is great and felt more spacious than I expected. The balcony is so nice and fit all 11 of us (6 adults, 5 kids). Everything was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. The ice machine was nice and we never ran out of ice. Showers were great. We did a Walmart Grocery Pickup order and had it ready when we arrived so we didn’t have to go shopping after a long drive.
The beds were all great and comfortable. The pull out sofas weren’t very comfortable but I don’t think any are!

We had three cars (coming from three states) but the front desk would only let us buy parking passes for two cars so we had to park on a few miles away at a church that does overflow parking.

Great location-poor cleanliness
The location was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool. The actual property was dirty. The sheets were dirty on arrival. Not enough linens for the extra beds. Extra pillows were so nasty we wouldn’t even use them. We had to go buy a coffee pot bc the one there was disgusting. I’m very disappointed overall. However I would recommend another condo at this location due to location in town and to the beach and ammenities
