This house has everything! We like being on the lake because it was much warmer and the kids had fun with the paddle boat. The beach is a short drive away. There are TONS of indoor and outdoor toys for kids of all ages and a nice little office if you need to get some work done. The movie theater was also a BIG hit. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We loved how private the house was. The lake view was stunning, the house was fantastic- kids LOVED the theatre room, so much space to spread out or to be together. Game room was a hit, and the kitchen was well stocked for my chef husband and his best friend to cook for us. Also loved that is was dog friendly. The property managers were very easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. We will definitely be back.

We loved the place. Plenty of room for the extended family to stay. We enjoyed the amenities provided, including the hot tub, game room, theatre room, and lake activities. Our toddlers enjoyed the sand box out back while we had a horseshoe tournament for the adults :). Our two labs also enjoyed the lake! This was perfect for our group, and close proximity to the beach and tourist activities.

We had a great family stay. The property is as advertised. There was so much room for everyone to spread out or be all together. There was plenty of outside yard space for games we brought as well as the horses shoe game provided. Everyone enjoyed the boats and some of the kids even swam in the lake. The property was in a great location, private but also a close drive into town or the beach for the activities our large group wanted to do. We had a great time and hope to book this property again in the future.

Had a fantastic stay here! Management was incredibly quick to respond and patiently answered all questions! No issues during stay and had a small (15 people) wedding reception in the gorgeous backyard. Everything was so clean and well stocked, would highly recommend to everyone! I'd be comfortable staying at any of their properties in the future!

After issues with a different local property and manager resulted in needing to find a new place for a multi-generational family event, the Lake House with Bloomer Estates was better than we’ve ever experienced. The property was perfect with opportunities for everyone, and Bloomer Estates communicated with us in the days leading up to the rental, during our stay, and even afterward. We will be back!

We had 3 generations of family together. The house allowed us many opportunities to be together, but there were also many places to have quiet time. We played together in the yard, hot tub, theatre room & game room. And we ate together at the huge dining room table. But we also had snuggled up with a cozy blanket.reading time & baths with a glass of wine in the huge bathtubs. We never got in each other’s way even in the spacious kitchen.

Sept. 30th, Bloomer Estates allowed me to host my wedding reception in the back yard of the Lake House. It was surreal! Plenty of space to host 60 people. Natural beauty of the backyard gave us the perfect backdrop to enjoy. The house was clean and spacious so that we could do prep inside, host the bridesmaids and their spouses, entertain the kids, and have relaxing evenings all together over the weekend.

Spacious family reunion spot
The house was more spacious, and the property more welcoming than expected. The only hiccup was that I booked on VRBO with one explanation of cancellation and change policy, and after booking got emails from the property management company with different details on policy. This was still when spikes in Covid were looming, so when I called to figure out what the actual policy was it was not a pleasant conversation. She insisted that I had to abide by their policy, while I'm pretty sure if it would have come down to it VRBO would have held them to the Policy on the VRBO page where I originally booked. We didn't end up cancelling, but did have to change the dates, and they were actually very accommodating when that happened.
When we finally did get to stay at the property, we were very pleased. The house was such a comfortable place for our small family reunion. Everyone had places to escape to for games, movies, outdoor relaxing and we found everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. Plus the location near the beach and town we're great as well.

Eagles, Heron & Snow Geese, oh my!
Perfect size & layout for our family of 9. We had places to be together & places of solitude. We played games, pool & watched movies together. Unfortunately the hot tub was not part of the fun. No matter how many packets of chemicals we put in, it still looked like sludge & smelled like an old locker room. The house seemed very clean upon entering, but then we noticed areas that you don’t clean often, but still need to be cleaned occasionally like the ceiling fan blades, vent covers & under the kitchen cabinets. Also the fake greenery, plants & flower arrangements were covered in dust. However the microwave was very clean & there were plenty of appliances.

Lake House holiday celebration
Wonderful experience for all. We had our annual "Thanksmas" celebration for the family, 13 stayed at the house, 7 stayed at a nearby RV park with cabins. There was plenty of room for our huge dinner and celebration, and we're already looking at staying here again this summer. Beautiful setting, everything we needed for a fantastic trip!

The large house compliments the amazing location! A covered patio with a fireplace overlooks a huge back yard on the lake that is home to swans, otters, ducks and deer. Lots of parking is a bonus. The great room includes a huge well-appointed kitchen with a dining table that seats 12 and more seating at the bar, and plenty of living room seating for a large group.

House is perfect for a large mixed family group. Location is private and wonderful, backyard is right on the lake. Short drive to downtown Longbeach. House was clean with fully stocked kitchen. Kids loved the media room and play room. House was clean and well stocked.

We had a wonderful five day EcoHeat company retreat at the Lake House. The home was well appointed and comfortable for ten guests. There was plenty to do in the home including a great movie collection, pool table, and simply sitting around visiting. Outside we enjoyed paddling around the lake, improved our horseshoe game, and relaxed by soaking in the hot tub. We will definitely be back.

The Lake House was a great house for our family get together. Great location, clean, fun on lake with paddle boat, canoe and kayaks and close to beach. House was spacious. Grandkids especially loved the play room. A couple of things - 1) It would be great to have a broom with more than a 24" handle, we would have swept the place more so the cleaning people would have less work (2) One night the smoke detector went off in one bedroom 4 times and the whole house once - at 3:00 a.m. Called rental agency, they called owner, couldn't figure it out. Brought out new batteries which we put in all detectors except the one in the laundry room. Two had problems with the new battery, but disconnected them for 5-10 minutes from electrical source and that seemed to take care of the problem. No more alarms. Would definitely recommend this place and, if staying in the area, would rent again.

Great place for a multi-generational stay
Our family of ten stayed here for four nights and had the best time. The house is incredibly well-stocked with essentials (coffee makers, towels, etc) and there were entertainment options galore (hot tub, pool table, movie room, X-box). The owners were lovely and very helpful. We highly recommend a stay here.

Family Oasis
This place has it all plus the layout of the house is perfect, offering open kitchen, dining, living area but enough private rooms, playroom, well-appointed office, and the MOVIE THEATER that everyone really enjoyed themselves! The location is really great too, very private and on a large property, (we never heard the neighbors, just the birds and trees), lake is gorgeous, with enough kayaks and canoes to fit 6-8 people at a time. hottub was a treat too. We have tried 4 or 5 vacation homes over the past few years and this is our favorite by far, will book again!

Fantastic House
My family of 5 stayed here with my sister’s family and our parents. The house was large, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. I was happy to find a high chair and packnplay for my baby and my kids and their cousins were thrilled with the game room, movie room, and sand pit. Everyone had a comfortable room and the baby even had a room sleeping in the giant closet. We loved our stay and hope to come back next year!
