Only 1 staff at checkin was helpful. The parking lot is unkept. The vending machines don't work.

The front desk girl at check in was very pleasant and friendly. Again when I checked out, staff was very friendly. This kind of thing matters to me. I’m Canadian 🇨🇦

I left halfway through my stay due to feeling unsafe at this location.

Mattress sagged, sink had large crack in it and cold water didn't flow from faucet. I felt so unsafe that I had to flee a week early.

Clean room and quite my stay was very good. The manager was very understanding and helpful. We have birds and the limit on pets is 2. The manager gave a chance but the birds was just to noisy and they got three complaints so it just didn't work out. I am not from indonisa don't know where that came from i am from here in Tacoma, WA.

Just the fact that we couldn't have our birds but i understood why. It had nothing to do with staff or management. .

The room was clean but the bed could have been a little more comfortable. It was flat like it had been used too many times. The lady at the front desk was awesome she's a keeper!!

The customer service was poor. When arriving, it was very busy with a line to check in. When it was my turn, the customer service reps demeanor changed and I was told then told the rules and the consequences of not following them. This was not told to the prior guests in line and I addressed the rep with asking why and she stated, “I will give you a refund and you can stay some where else if you don’t like it” she was very hostile and I did not stay. I did not receive my refund for the stay either and booking.com couldn not assist me either.

Drunks are everywhere but had a guy bust out glass and get fire extinguisher and spray it all over rooms across the court way from us and screaming as he did it and then he ran away Not their fault but kids did witness this

The staff here are very friendly and professional. They run a tight ship. I've stayed here a few times and the rooms are always clean. When I've had a concern, they took care of it immediately. When my fridge wasn't cooling, they sent their maintenance man out in a few minutes, he checked it out and brought me a brand new fridge. Another time it was chilly when I took my dog out so I put my hoody up. A few seconds after I came in, the manager banged loudly on the door and said she'd seen on her camera someone with a hood on enter my room, was I okay? I really appreciate that level of care. For groceries, there is a WinCo nearby and a Fred Meyer about a mile away. There are several restaurants close by. Wapato Park is nearby with a nice dog park that has a separate area for small dogs. It also has a beautiful lake you can walk around and a playground for the kids.

The west side of the motel faces the freeway. If you get a room on the east side you won't be able to hear it.

I got vandalized in the parking lot of Motel 6. My suitcase full of clothes, a duffle bag, and my microwave was stolen. Motel 6 did not compensate me for my loss.

The women Tracee that worked the frontdesk/check-in was helpful & very nice,she went out of her way to help us find a safe place to park my boyfriends truck. She was great to talk with.

That there was no parking next to our room,we had to drive to the other side & park. They don't have enough parking on the side of the motel we were on.

I didn't like the fact that they are not able to take change (coins) so they had me leave and go to store to get exact money for the room and my deposit.
