Wir laden Sie ein, sich in unserem neu renovierten, schönen Haus im Ranch-Stil mit einem Pool zu versammeln. Zentral gelegen, ist es bereit für Eckerd College Familien! Minuten entfernt von Stränden, Golf, Wanderwegen, der Innenstadt von St. Pete & Tampa mit einfachem Zugang von der I-275. Wir sind sehr stolz darauf, das ganze Jahr über sauber, organisiert und liebevoll gepflegt zu werden. Unser Haus bietet wunderschöne 3BR, 2 BA, in Boden Pool und hat schöne, qualitativ hochwertige Upgrades.
** Bed & Badezimmer: Der Master hat ein Kingsize-Bett mit großem Bad und riesigen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist wunderschön "Florida" und bietet ein Queensize-Bett. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist ein perfektes Zimmer für Kinder, komplett mit zwei Zwillingen, von denen eines ein Rollbett und Spielzimmer ist. Das zweite Badezimmer befindet sich zwischen diesen beiden Schlafzimmern und ist für Ihre Gäste leicht zugänglich. Bade- und Strandtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine Doppelrolle wird im Master gespeichert. Eine Queen-Size-Luftmatratze ist auf Anfrage erhältlich. Das Haus schläft 9-10.

Everything about this home was warm welcoming and accommodating for our family. From the decor to the amenities, it catered to our every need for a comfortable short stay near the beach. In addition, the pool was actually a great perk for swimming at any time during the day. We totally embraced this location as a summer home. Great choice! Grateful for living up to everything we read about the property prior to arriving. It was worth every cent invested! Thank You for the hospitality!

We came down for a family vacation while moving our youngest into Eckerd College for his first year! Beautiful, well-stocked, clean house with everything you could need while away from home! Just an hour south are some of the best sharktoothing beaches...we found so many! We went to St Pete Beach and loved heading to the Pier in the evenings. Teak and Cassis were amazing restaurants! Nan is excellent at anticipating any questions you may have and there is a very informative binder with all needed information. We will definitely be back again over the next 4 years!

The house was beautiful! Anything you can think of, they had. My children and granddaughter loved the pool! We relaxed, ate to much, drank to much, and enjoyed every moment of our time there. We ate at Crabby’s On the Pass, it’s one of our favorites. Right on the water, beautiful sunsets and dolphins jumping in the water. We were 💯 more than happy with our stay. Nan was great at communicating. Thank you for a wonderful first family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids were in the pool whenever possible. The house was clean and had everything we could want or need. The traffic was alittle too loud but otherwise our stay there was terrific.

Close to Publix and about a mile or two from our son’s wedding venue. Pet friendly too. Also, close by is Fort Desoto and many restaurants.

We absolutely loved staying in this VRBO home! From the moment we moved in, we felt comfortable and at ease. The house was sparkling clean and very well-organized, which made unpacking a breeze. It was also stocked with all the essentials you could need to get settled in right away - things like paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap - which was a lifesaver during those first few busy days.
One of the highlights for sure was the heated pool! It was such a treat to be able to take a dip and relax. The owner even provided pool floats and toys, which was a nice touch.
Speaking of the owner, communication throughout our stay was fantastic. They were always prompt and responsive to any questions we had, and they were very accommodating. They also left a comprehensive welcome binder with clear instructions for all the appliances and house rules, which was really helpful.
Overall, this rental home was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay.

Perfect house with so many extras. The owners have thought of everything. We enjoyed many hours out beside the screened in pool. The house is well stocked and so very comfortable. We loved the location - close to the beach and the museums. Biggest plus are the owners. Nan was great at communicating and answered all my questions. It felt more like we had stayed at a friend's house.

The house is conveniently located to a variety of options (eg. shopping and beach) with a brief drive. Screened pool was a big draw for our group. Cute decorations throughout the house. Air conditioning was a problem, but owners addressed it. Ultimately, they replaced the A/C unit and provided us a partial refund as most of our late-June stay was with under performing HVAC system. I would stay here again, just not when the temps are so high the AC can’t keep up. It is a cute house and they do provide numerous extras in the garage (eg. beach toys and cooler).

Had a great stay! Came in town for a wedding and could not have been more pleased with house. Home was fully stocked with everything you could need. We had a baby with us and they even had everything we needed for the little one. Location made it easy to get to everything. The host was easy to communicate with and answered all questions almost immediately! Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Very clean and well stocked house. Lots of towels , beach chairs, bikes and little extras all over. Pool was very nice and beds very comfy. Worried it might be loud by road, and though you could hear cars a little really was pretty quite. Also great communication with host. Would recommend.

This place has everything you need!
We rented this lovely home for Eckerd College graduation. Communication the owner was friendly and easy. She helped us work out some details in advance of arrival and was very accommodating on check in and check out. She went above and beyond to help us. The house is very well equipped for fun! The pool is so nice! The beds were very comfortable. They also kept food staples in the food and pantry so we didn’t have to buy things that we just needed a little of.. Best run and stocked rental I have ever experienced.

AMAZING LOCATION!
This beautiful home is just minutes away from the beach and all of the nearby attractions. We were even able to walk to the grocery store and Tiki Restaurant a couple of blocks away. Everything you need for your vacation is included in the house: from beach towels to kitchen items - you can pack light! Our family absolutely loved the heated pool and spent hours in it each day of our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy beautiful St. Pete Beach and the surrounding areas.

Wonderful stay!
The hosts were very accommodating and responded to our messages very quickly! The house was clean and had everything we needed! The location was unbeatable as well. There were grocery stores down the street and it was just a few miles from the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Husband's 40th Birthday Trip
My husband and I, along with some friends, stayed here for the weekend for his birthday and what a great trip it was! The location was great, close to downtown, gulfport and the beach. The neighborhood is lovely. Our best friends actually live walking distance, in the same neighborhood. The house itself was perfect. Beautiful kitchen and dining room, plenty of space for all of us to enjoy a great dinner together. The pool was great and the outdoor area was spacious. Again plenty of seating and space for everyone. And the hosts had so many nice touches, it really felt like a home away from home. They were so quick to contact and keep in touch us with us. We had zero issues but it was nice knowing they were readily available. We will definitely be staying here again for another friend trip. Thank you so much for a great weekend!

Beautiful home for family vacations
Loved absolutely everything about this home. Location was minutes away from the beach and parks for fishing. We found the accommodations to be extremely comfortable. It truly was a home away from home. The home has everything you need for a fun vacation and so many extra touches. Perfect house for family vacation
The house and pool were perfect for what we needed. We appreciated having the pool when mom and dad wanted a break but the kids didn't. There are so many random thoughtful things in the house if you forget something, chances are they will have it there. Being able to fly in and not buy our own beach toys was really nice too. There was no shortage on beach towels and the decor was lovely. We would love to stay again in the future.

Excellent rental for Eckerd Visitors
With the College across the street, this house was perfect for our group of 4 visiting for our son's graduation. We loved the pool and the screened in porch area. The comfortable house is well stocked with everything for a fun beach vacation. Downtown St Pete, Gulfport restaurants, and the beaches are all a short drive away. Nan and Stu were awesome hosts; very responsive, helpful and friendly

Nice Family Friendly Home
Place was as advertised, except that there were even more "toys" for the beach, pool, etc. Grandsons loved the scooters, and the pool of course. TV/DVD system took a few stabs to figure out.
The only somewhat negative thing I can point out is that the house is next to the highway, so if you sleep in the master bedroom, you should plan on an early awakening. Would gladly stay here again! Thanks Nan

Florida Dream Vacation cut short
We loved the house & pool. Location was in St. Pete’s Beach area we visit annually. Due to Covid-19, our vacation was cut short by 4 weeks. The owners were very generous in rescheduling our lost weeks to future dates. We appreciated their generous offer & flexibility. Would recommend the property to others.

Such a great property! Nanette was the best property manager I have ever dealt with. Everything is just as listed, close to just about everything, nice neighborhood, and a beautiful home! Do yourself a favor and stay here.....you will not regret it!

Fantastic home away from home
Our extended family stayed for Thanksgiving Week and had a fabulous time. It took all of five minutes for my 9-year-old to jump into the amazing pool upon arrival. The hosts are thoughtful, kind, and responsive and have taken care of every detail! The house layout was perfect for us with plenty of space and privacy for both couples, as well as a perfect bedroom for my son. We prepared and served Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed in the well-appointed kitchen - right down to the roasting pan and turkey baster!
There are plenty of linens, towels, supplies, and equipment and you can tell that a lot of care has gone in to preparing this home for families to enjoy.
We hope to stay here again in the future!

The perfect house for us
We couldn't have asked for a better house to stay at. We have family a few houses down so it was the perfect location. Close to them and the beach. Everything you could need for your stay and the beach right in the house and garage.
We came right when hurricane Dorian was heading this way and Nan was so helpful with all the what ifs the few days before. Thankfully the storm turned but she kept checking in on us to make sure we were ok.
We typically stay in Myrtle Beach every year but I think we've been converted to Florida vacationers with this house!

Beautiful home and so close to beaches
Loved this home. Was so homey, had everything we needed for our large family stay.
Beaches only a few minutes away.
Friendly neighbors and great area.
The pool was a hit with the kids.
We loved being able to Bbq on the grill as well. Kids enjoyed being able to ride bikes and have so many pool toys and beach toys.
We will for sure come back for a future visit again. Worth the 3 1/2 drive to see the sunset as to being on east coast and only seeing sun rise.
We loved every beautiful moment with our 6 girls.

Best Vacation Spot in St Petes
Nanette’s home was perfect. We loved the pool and the spacious layout. Everything we needed was right there and well organized. It’s the perfect location 6 minutes from the beach and 12 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg. We will be back!

Perfect St. Pete Beach House!
The home was amazing and provided everything one could possibly need on a summer vacation. Checking in and out was a breeze. The pool was a major plus for the kids. It was hard to get them out of it. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is a 5 minute drive away. The property had an abundance of items readily available like board games, bicycles, beach chairs, floats, water shoes and the list goes on. Overall it was a great house to spend our summer vacation at. We look forward to visiting again.
