Professionell eingerichtete Wohnung. Der nach Süden ausgerichtete Wohnbereich verfügt über vom Boden bis zur Decke reichende Fenster, die den kilometerlangen weißen Sandstrand und die endlose Aussicht auf den Golf zeigen. The rental was nice, it was clean when we arrived. The view from the balcony is a great one. 2 out of the 3 nights that we stayed the air conditioning did not work. After the first night we called and were told the maintenance man had worked on it, so it worked again for one night and then went out again the last day of our stay.

My extended family of 11 stayed here for spring break! The condo was absolutely stunning! The views of the gulf are breath taking. The condo had everything we needed to use! Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our large group. Close to several restaurants and lots of activities for families. Indoor & outdoor pools were both nice.

Our stay in #2308 at Phoenix West II was awesome. We are a group of college friends from 1966-67 get together and have stayed here for 3 or 4 years. The condo is equipped with everything needed and everybody has there own bed. The gulf view is perfect to watch dolphins early in the morning. Even saw a shark this time. The lazy river is so relaxing and always the highlight of our stay. Julia is the greatest with reservation handling.

The size of the condos are great. There was room in the garage, but they still only allowed us 2 parking passes for a 3 bedroom condo. This was inconvenient and unnecessary. The pool had so much chlorine! The first 5 days of our stay, you couldn’t see your legs in the pool. They finally emptied the pool and the water was clear. The kitchen was well equipped with everything anyone could need.

This is our second trip and stay at Phoenix West II. This time unit was very dirty lipstick on glasses and cups food still on silverware counters dirty waste basket was totally disgusting. I know finding competent help is tough in our current world we live in but inspect what you expect.

Our family had a great time at Orange Beach this week. The condo was perfect for us. We found it was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have any issues all week. Since it was a little cool we put the indoor pool and hot tubs to good use. The view of the sunrises and sunsets from the balcony were really beautiful. Can’t wait to come back to this area again.

We took our married children and 4 month old granddaughter on our annual family vacation. The beach in October is wonderful. This condo was everything we wanted and needed. Plenty of room to spread out and have space without being on top of each other, but still be together. Clean, decorated nicely. The master bed was a little too soft for my husband and me, but we still slept very well. Stay here, you’ll love it!

Nice Condo. Had everything we needed. Everything was clean and worked well. One sink in the master bath didn’t drain well and one remote was missing. I was very disappointed with some of the amenities. Most of the hot tubs didn’t work. The lazy river stayed packed, not a bad thing, though. Overall a great experience and fully intend on going back.

This is a Very Beautiful property with great amenities. Lots of space to relax and enjoy😊. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The 🛌 mattress were a little too soft and squeaky. The beach 🏖 was beautiful except for lots and lots of seaweed. We were able to see dolphins and sharks in the water from our balcony. Overall We enjoyed Ourselves😃

The view and location were really great. We were disappointed that the TV did not work despite 3 adults best troubleshooting efforts and following the guide that was provided. The owners would be better off getting a Roku or comparative device than satellite. Also, there is no service in the condo due to the concrete as far as I understood, but I haven’t had this issue in the past and we come annually to other condos in the same area. There was sand on the bathroom floors when we arrived and a blanket wadded up in the closet which hadn’t been washed. There was limited supplies In the condo so make sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, etc. I didn’t knock off a star for this part because it may have been in the listing. I couldn’t remember; but something helpful to know ahead of time. Several of the plastic chairs on the balcony were broken and not able to be used. This is a safety issue with little kids because my daughter almost injured her fingers. The toilet seat in one bathroom was very loose which would have been noticed when it was cleaned. One towel rack kept falling apart in a bathroom so we couldn’t use it because I was afraid it would break and I’d have to pay to fix it. I deducted a star because none of these things are a big deal by themselves, but together it got really annoying every time there was something else, especially with a toddler in the house. Also, with the cost of the condo I had higher expectations on things like this. Overall I would stay again if I had limited options since the location was good and it was pretty clean. The owners should really visit the condo and take a close look at everything. Most stuff is easy and cheap to fix.

This property was AMAZING!! We had two families in our group-8 total people and this spot was perfect! Plenty of space, rooms were perfect sizes, views were incredible!! The building as a whole had a lot to offer! Kids loved the water slide and lazy River! Location was Amazing with so many things to do nearby! Only recommendation would be to have a text alert or something when property is ready. With a later check-in time it’s always an added bonus if you find out you can get in earlier than planned! But overall this was the perfect get away!! Our whole group loved this place and trip!!

The beach is beautiful and always enjoyable....
Pros: beachfront, spectacular views, good variety of amenities for all ages, condo unit was as listed, kitchen was stocked with plenty of helpful appliances.
Cons: property was not well cleaned, elevators were a nightmare to navigate at times, parking pass restrictions were ridiculous for 3-4 bedroom units, property seemed overbooked and wristband requirements were clearly not enforced....the pool area was impossible to enjoy due to complete crowding and beach protocol for personal tent/chair set up wasn't well regulated. Internet/WiFi services were poor. The air conditioner stopped working our last day there and communication with the property manager could not be maintained after 8pm.

Phoenix II West is relatively new and is an excellent beach vacation site. Our only reservation about the property is that it only provides on-site parking for 2 vehicles per 3 or 4 BR units, and charges extra even for these. If your group needs more parking space, as we did, you must park in an off-site parking location miles away and pay extra fees, then have someone shuttle you back and forth to get your car if your need it for transportation to restaurants, shopping, etc. We found this annoying, but otherwise it was a good stay.
