Extremely good

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The place was beautiful and spotless, with lots of small convenient details and personal touches throughout. The host is SUPER-responsive! There is a little restaurant/bar on the beach downstairs that came in very handy during the day. A playroom for kids one floor below saved us from numerous meltdowns. Of course theres a nice pool and jacuzzi outside, but honestly we were always on the beach. Most things you will need are within walking distance which was super nice! All in all, it was like a home away from home for us

We recently stayed at Sherine's condo in Sunny Isles Miami and had a great time! We found her place to be beautifully decorated as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need or want. The bathrooms had fresh towels and the comfy beds had fresh sheets. The two balconies both had great views of the ocean and provided a nice private outside area to relax, have breakfast or read a book away from the beach/pool area. There were lounge chairs, towels and beach umbrellas to use while on the beach, as well as towels and lounge chairs in the pool area. The condo is well maintained and is located within walking distance to everything you may need for your stay including restaurants, drug stores and a full grocery store so you really don’t need a car unless you want to go exploring. It is located right beside the Newport Pier and the restaurant on the pier was a great place to have something to eat while outside. Sherine was the perfect host, she was easy to talk with and a pleasure to deal with! From the time we booked to the day we left to come home she was in touch with us both by text or phone whenever needed. Any issues that we encountered she immediately tried her very best to get resolved without it impacting our stay. I was really impressed with her sincerity and genuine efforts to ensure we were happy the entire time we were there. Sherine - we had a great time staying at your beautiful condo! Thank you for all of your efforts and for making our stay so easy, stress free and enjoyable! We look forward to returning…wish we were there right now!!! :-)

This is a beautiful apartment with equally beautiful blue ocean views. The white marble floors and the entire light color apartment with hints of oceananic blue touches really gives this apartment a relaxing, and luxury feel of being on the ocean. It's an uplifting tone as soon as you wake up in the morning and both balconies are great for morning coffee/tea with a awesome beach & ocean views, it's simply very relaxing any time of the day. I was just as pleased with the amenities, the apartment literally had everything we needed, towels for shower, beach or pool, plates, cups silverware, 3 different coffee machines, a kettle which also had the various coffee and teas ready to enjoy and the list goes on. Super convenient for all my needs. Thank you Sherine for being such a gracious host and my I add you have impeccable taste. This was an unforgettable experience throughout.

This is a great apartment with gorgeous ocean views from every room. Sherine was a great hostess who was available via text anytime. This is a very high-tech apartment (perhaps a little too high-tech for us, being retirees! LOL This was our first visit to Sunny Isles. We were here for six weeks and fell in love with the beach. Recommend highly.

Dr. Sherine was a gracious host, she communicated promptly with us throughout our stay. My husband had an unexpected medical issue and she quickly called to check on us and follow up throughout. Thank you, for your help and advice it was a comfort to our family and greatly appreciated! The condo is in a very safe and family-friendly area. It features beautiful views of the ocean, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make wonderful home-cooked meals, and create lasting memories. Our family had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back.

This is a great apartment in an awesome location in Sunny Isles Beach. The property is nicely furnished and has amazing ocean views from the living room, kitchen and both bedrooms. Restaurants, parks and grocery shops are within walking distance. Sherine is extremely kind and always available to answer questions and take care of any unforeseen issues that may arise. We are definitely coming back. 5 star location without a doubt!

Our family of four had a wonderful time during our weeklong stay. Beautiful property, breathtaking views and the entire rental process was seamless- the pictures don’t do it justice! Five stars and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to visit Sunny Isles Beach.

The view, location and owner were all outstanding. The condo was well equipped with all the amenities, clean and the master bed was amazingly comfortable. We WILL rent this place again in the future!

The place was great. It was very well equipped and totally clean. It had wonderful views from every room. I spent hours out on the various balconies just reading and looking at the ocean. The nighttime views of the city which required only a turn of your head were pretty cool, too. We did not have a car and never used an Uber or a taxi, everything you might desire were a short walk away. The Pier Restaurant located a few feet away on the beach was a favorite, but there are lots of other restaurants nearby, a few of which we sampled. We ordered from the Milam Grocery (and also walked over and picked up a few items). The staff at La Perla were very friendly and helpful. Sherine, the owner, was extremely and quickly reachable and answered any questions or requests in a cheerful manner. What can I say, I would recommend this as a place to stay without hesitation.

We loved everything about this place, you can just name it! Everything is perfect! Amazing shower in Master Bedroom, the size of all rooms is big, you have more than you may need in the kitchen while on vacation, its very clean. All the amenities are high end, you even open and close the door from your phone. Very easy to communicate with the host, she is always responding right away. We shall return!

My family and I just returned from spending 2 weeks in Florida. Sherine’s condo is beautiful; just as shown in the pictures. My husband, 15 year old, 10 year old, and I felt very safe. It’s is perfect for families. Sherine was very responsive and helpful. This was one of my family’s favorite vacations ever. My family and I can’t wait to return. Thank you Sherine!

Wow - seems like a good word to start with when describing this property as it is truly amazing for the whole family or just a romantic getaway. For starters it is located near everything you will need for a perfect trip without the congestion of the normal overpopulated spring break areas. Just a few steps outside the building and your at the private pool or on the ocean front beach lounging in the complimentary chairs with our without an umbrella. While at the beach your only a few steps away from 2 restaurants, a fishing pier and jet ski rentals. Condo is within walking distance to shopping and all the restaurants you will need but you are also a close drive to Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, the Everglades - etc if you are looking for more activities. The condo itself is luxurious and the views are amazing; especially the couple nights with the full moon over the ocean. Thanks for everything Sherine...we had a great spring break.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo in Sunny Isles Beach. The building is situated right on the beach, leaving you only steps from the ocean. We spent many hours on the beautiful beach, swimming in the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean, and hanging out in the very comfortable heated pool. The setting could not be more beautiful or relaxing. The condo itself is beautifully appointed and has all of the comforts of home. The unit has two balconies, both with beautiful views of the ocean and the Miami skyline. We took advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and stayed in for meals when it fit our mood. The bedrooms are very cozy and we very much enjoyed our time in the comfortable living room. The building itself is spectacularly located right on the beach on iconic Collins Avenue. Lots of great shopping and restaurants are located close by within walking distance and beautiful Aventura Mall is about a ten minute car ride away. There are several grocery stores and drug stores located very close by. We also enjoyed jet skiing offered at a location next door to the building. All-in-all, we can't say enough nice things about our stay at this beautiful beachfront condo. Five stars does not do it justice!

We spent the week of 3/25/16 - 4/1/16 at this property. It was our first time using HomeAway for a rental, so I was a little nervous, but there was absolutely no need to be - everything absolutely exceeded our expectations. Booking and payment transactions went smoothly. The condo is gorgeous, the photos don't do it justice. We are a family of 5 (three kids ages 15, 13 and 7) and there was enough space for everyone. It is a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay, and the descriptions in the listing are accurate. It was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen is very well equipped - we cooked and ate in several times. The building itself is stunning and is maintained impeccably. The included amenities are great (beach towels/chairs/umbrellas) - we used these every day, and went back and forth between the beach and pool. Our kids also occasionally used the pool at the hotel next door, as there were more kids near their ages over there. There is a full gym in the building that is also meticulously maintained, and you just can't beat the views of the ocean while exercising. The building staff are friendly and helpful. The condo is in a great area -there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We often ate lunch at the outdoor bar at the hotel next door, and after a few days learned there is a 20% discount there if you show your building ID - very nice. The food there is good and fairly reasonable. My son and husband also enjoyed the fishing pier. We very much enjoyed the seafood restaurant on the pier. While you don't need to drive, within short driving distance there are countless more shopping and eating options. While there are a couple of grocery stores within walking distance, we went to the Winn-Dixie right across the causeway. There is also an amazing movie theater there! Sherine (the owner) was very helpful and responsive - particularly at check in as there was a new rule whereby you have to show a copy of the rental agreement. We didn't have any other issues where I needed to contact her, but I had confidence that she would have quickly assisted if there were. I would highly recommend renting this condo - it is a very beautiful, family-friendly and relaxing place and we were sad to leave. We were very satisfied with our stay and hope to return again someday.

This condo is situated on Sunny Isles Beach and is gorgeous. The location is fantastic within walking distance to grocery stores and other amenities. The owner is very nice and very responsive. She was a gracious host who took the time to answer questions and ensure that we had a great stay. The beach is lovely and the chair and towel service is great. The condo was everything we we could have hoped for and more. Condo was exactly as advertised. Incredible views of the beach, great location, spacious and clean. Loved spending time on the beach and the towel service, chairs and umbrellas was a great perk. Owner was quick to responsed to any questions and was wonderful during to booking processes as it was a very short notice booking. We had a great vacation with our two teenagers. We would absolutely stay here again if we are in the Miami area!
