We had a nice stay but we had a view Problem the Master Shower didn't have a mat in the shower Had a Problem getting in the bed. You need a new Couch that was Old. The TV needed a Dish and a sports Channel. Up in the Living Room, The Kitchen was very Nice, and the downstairs really nice. The Rooms were nice. the Game Room was very Nice.

Love this house plenty of room sand right outside the door, can watch and listen to the ocean always a great stay.

The home has the perfect location if you're hoping for some privacy. It is in a gated community and the last house on a culdesac. The lower slider opens directly onto the dunes above the beach and has an outdoor shower to rinse the sand before you enter. The house is immaculate with a very well-stocked kitchen including a full spice drawer! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Do be aware that there is no bathroom downstairs. The living area of the house is a wall of windows looking over the ocean. The view is incredible. The room gets warm in the afternoon since the windows have no blinds. That said, we just opened the windows and turned the thermostat fan to "circulate" and the temperature was manageable. The other thing to note, if you have mobility issues, is that Pacific City sits on a high dune (I guess you would call it). There isn't an easy walk down to the beach anywhere (at least that we could find). The dune is at least 15' tall and has soft sand. It is quite a workout getting back up to the top.

My friends, sister, mom, and I all loved staying at Tialen’s house! Like some other reviews mention, the views of the ocean are even better than the pictures! The home was huge, beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked! We comfortably were able to sleep 14 people (the max number of people) with just one person sleeping on an air mattress in one of the master bedroom. The outdoor shower with warm water was really nice to use after playing in the ocean. Tialen was great at communicating throughout the booking and check-in process, and she quickly responded to any questions we had about the house during our stay! The location was great—it was nice to have only one house nextdoor as the house is at the end of the street. We only needed to bring a few extra camping chairs, firewood, ice, and smores sticks! Everyone agreed that two nights was way too short, we would love to come back for at least a week next time :) Thank you so much, Tialen!

Fantastic property! Would highly recommend. The view from the back upper deck is phenomenal. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets all week. Loved the gated community and quiet location. House had everything we needed and was quite spacious. Lots of room for our family. Kids and adults boogie boarded for hours! Downstairs pool and ping pong tables put to use each evening for family games - great way to wind down and relax after enjoying the beach, tide pools, horseback riding, and sunshine. We will be back!

The house is a great ocean front view. It worked out good for our family and friends. The place was well stocked. We didn’t have a lighter for the bbq grill though. We would definitely stay there again.

I really wanted to find a beautiful home on the beach to surprise my parents for their 50th wedding anniversary. This home did not disappoint! I was able to take my family of 4, along with my parents, and still have plenty of space for relaxing and hanging out. The home is literally on the beach with beautiful views, which was a request from my parents on how they wanted to spend their anniversary weekend. The game room was a big hit. We look forward to coming back!!

Absolutely loved this home! Impressive views! Literally walk onto the beach from the back door. Kids enjoyed playing in the sand and climbing the dunes right next to us. Quiet location at the end of the street. Well appointed kitchen, even includes a Keurig and Instant pot. We didn’t feel like anything was missing. Comfortable beds, lots of space for everyone! The kids and adults loved the game room, and the bunk room was pretty cool! Only improvement I would make us maybe a little more comfortable sofas for movie watching. Something where you can put your feet up and relax a little. Even a couple of ottomans would allow for more seating and or reclining in front of that beautiful ocean view. Truly loved this home! We would love to come back!

PERFECT GETAWAY, BEAUTIFUL HOME. ONE THING COULD BE IMPROVED, THE BBQ NEEDS TO BE REPLACED OR BURNERS REPAIRED. CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS PLACED.

We stayed at this house for my dad's 95th birthday. I would highly recommend it. It was close to the beach and we could watch the ocean from the living room which was so nice.

Perfect for our group. Children of all ages can play on the beach and the older teens went surfing. Great access to everything. Definitely recommend bringing food to prepare at the house. Pelican Brewery is great food but always busy.

We had a wonderful time!! The property was just as we were shown in the photos. My beforehand emailed extra questions to Tialen were answered promptly by him. The house is roomy and well furnished with everything, and more, than we needed. All 7 of us say: 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Perfect in every way - will be back every year

The property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful location with an amazing view. The spacious house was set up perfectly for a large group and we made good use of the full kitchen.

Let me just say, we will be staying here every year. The location, the home, the privacy.. this home was perfect for us. The gated community made for quiet a less crowded beach. Being the last house on the road was a huge plus too. We loved the game room downstairs and had many long fun nights playing pool. A bathroom downstairs would be nice however, a beach home with 3 bathrooms is hard to find and that was a huge plus for how many people we had. We used the sound system when cooking dinners. We usually stay at the Oregon coast every year and we all agree, this will be the only place we stay! I think the ONLY negative we had was the heat/ac system. It seemed odd how warm it was for the end of September, but the house got very warm. We opened all windows and it was still uncomfortable inside. We could turn heat on but AC any lower than 70 wasn't aloud. Could of been operator error? But a few of us tried and couldn't get it any cooler. Luckily, the week cooled off a bit and with the windows still open it ended up cooling off. Very impressed with this place to say the least!

The location of the house is amazing. One of a kind. Beautiful views, your own little private beach on the foredune, very spacious interior, and well-stocked kitchen. Definitely coming back :)

3 bathrooms not 4, cleaning people had dog running around the inside of house, we have a couple people allergic to dogs, also ran a little late in turning over the house, there is no griddle and no mixing bowls, had most everything else, microwave wasn’t working, told the owner and they responded back right away, but we were without the use a microwave our entire stay. There is no bathroom down stairs, makes it tough for people sleeping down there. Dryer wouldn’t dry, looked for the vent outside couldn’t find it, after 2 days a contractor came by and dug it out of the sand, said he was suppose to have been there 2 days earlier. I thought the contractor should have dug more sand away from the vent.
