Large French Chateau in Pebble Beach with handicap access
Dieses abgelegene Coastal Estate befindet sich auf einem fast 1 Hektar großen Grundstück, umgeben vom Wald von Del Monte und grenzt an einen grünen Naturgürtel. Dieses ruhige Anwesen verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer, 4. Badezimmer und 4.600 Quadratmeter luxuriöser Wohnraum. (Vor-Ort-Manager wohnt in separaten Räumen.) Nur wenige Blocks vom berühmten Spanish Bay Resort und nur wenige Kilometer vom Herzen der Innenstadt von Pacific Grove entfernt. Die Küche verfügt über einen großen Schrank- und Schubladenbereich, der mit Geschirr, Besteck, Glaswaren, Küchenwäsche, professionellem Kochgeschirr und allen notwendigen Utensilien bestückt ist. Das Haus verfügt über brandneue Möbel, die eine unvergessliche und entspannte Atmosphäre schaffen. Offenlegung: Aufgrund der Verordnung von Monterey County können wir das Haus nur alle 30 Tage mieten. Dieses große Anwesen verfügt auch über ein 2-Zimmer-Apartment mit Küchenzeile und Bad, das sich oberhalb der Garage befindet und je nach Bedarf gemietet werden kann. Es hat einen eigenen separaten Eingang. Auf dem Grundstück sind keine Feuer, Hochzeiten, Empfänge oder Proben erlaubt. Dies ist eine ruhige Wohngegend.

Comfortable, roomy place to relax and enjoy being with family and close to tourist attractions. Paul, the host, checked in regularly and was available if needed and gifted sand dollar and shell treasures from the beach!

Our family of three generations recently stayed for the week. We were completely comfortable as the lay-out of the home was ideal for my two senior parents (87 and 88); my mom uses a walker and a wheelchair. We appreciated the flow of the house, with the main floor accommodating them very comfortably. The shower chair in one of the master suites was highly appreciated. The location of the home was beyond amazing as it's literally a stone's throw from the 17-mi drive. We loved being within the Del Monte Forest, spotting wildlife everyday--deer, raccoons, a bobcat.. My husband and I looked forward to our walks every evening at dusk in the Rip Van Winkle Open Space, just a few blocks from the property...magical place. Thank you to the property manager, Paul, who was readily available for any questions we had.

We were here for a family event being celebrated in the area. I broke my ankle one week prior, but this house had two first-floor bedrooms and grab bars in the master bathroom which was perfect for impaired mobility. Large kitchen, very comfortable beds, and located in a beautiful area a short drive from amazing ocean views. Highly recommend.

I rented this property with a group of friends for a golf weekend- unfortunately, the weather was not on our side for golf, but we had an excellent time regardless! The property was exactly as pictured, and the house was spacious and perfect for our group of nine adults. Paul was extremely communicative and kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The location of the property was close to all of the things you want to do in Monterey and Carmel. We would definitely rent this property again in the future!

Eight friends and family stayed 4 nights in this lovely community. We gathered for a 65th birthday, golf, and touring around Monterey and Carmel. The location was a few minutes from many of the famous local courses and is between Carmel and Monterey. It is in a very quiet residential area that is forested. There was tons of room in the house and we never felt crowded. The kitchen is large and contains all of the accessories you would need. The place was clean and the showers were good; the beds were comfortable with good linens. We cooked breakfast in the house and light lunches. We had a Chef's dinner (Chef Jesse McClelland) and the kitchen and tables worked perfectly. For our group, this VRBO was great value in an excellent location. Communication was almost immediate and the check-in and access were easy. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay with the exception of the two power outages in which I had to rent a room for the night (I use a CPAP).The host (Allen) was very accommodating and agreed to reimburse me for the hotel stays.Paul Jackson was the best caretaker I ‘be ever experienced in renting through VRBO….incredibly attentive and great communicator.

Our family gathered from all over the country and were all very comfortable in the house and apartment. We had a lot of together-time in the living room, around the dining room table and cooking Thanksgiving dinner together in the spacious kitchen. Next time we’ll bring sharp knives, vegetable peelers, and cookware for the microwave.). We also had time to go off in different directions for age-appropriate explorations of the beautiful area.

This is a wonderful home on a quiet street, just off one of north south main roads through Del Monte Forest. Very close to all three of the Pebble Beach Resorts golf venues.

It was a group of 10 of us ranging from 24 yrs old to 74 yrs old and we all loved the house and location! It was very comfortable and so large that we all had plenty of room to spread out - we could all cook in the kitchen together and had fun playing games at the kitchen table and the other big dining room table. We saw some deer right outside the kitchen window too! Beds were very comfortable - we all slept great. Paul the manager was on top of everything and very nice! The house is perfectly located between Cannery Row and Carmel - everywhere we wanted to be was just a few minutes away. Our group all wants to stay here again in the future! Thanks Paul!! 😊

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is pretty. It’s close to the sea, golf course, the aquarium , coastal tours, and boat tours. The beds were all very comfortable and there was room for my family birthday celebration. He left nice coffee out for us .The inside could use some renovations. There were some broken items: outside chair, indoor chair, peeling couch & chair, broken handle on the tub and lots of ants.

This is a nice house in a really ideal location. Being close to the Pacific Grove exit of Pebble Beach makes it very convenient (easy access to Monterey, and if there is traffic on the main roads you can get to Carmel by staying within Pebble, plus you can get to a Rite Aid in about 2 minutes). Foosball table was lots of fun, and the beds were comfortable. Property manager is a great guy too.

Spacious, comfortable home for three families. Large kitchen and dining spaces for feeding our group of nine. The house was built in the late 1980s and its interior, although well-kept, reflects the age.
The manager Paul is very friendly, responsive and helpful. He even went out and bought a new coffee maker when I mentioned that the existing one wasn’t adequate.

Perfectly suited for any golf trip. By adding the apartment, we managed to fit eight of us comfortably. Nice location near golf and eating establishments. Peaceful. Relaxing. Quiet. Trip was three years in planning, then delayed by pandemic. The house -- with Paul available to assist with anything -- was certainly worth the wait. Great trip. Great accommodations. Book it.
