The location was perfect. Excellent water pressure. Plenty of space.

The lock system. It was difficult to unlock the door/get in. So expect several trials before finally being able to get in. Also, the mattresses were a bit soft. Otherwise, it has everything you need.

The description of the property at the time of our booking (they might have updated it) was misleading as it mentioned there was two sofa beds and a queen bed in one room (upstairs) and a queen bed in another room. In the upstairs bed room was a queen and a chairbed - just enough to sleep one, not quite what is normally understood as a sofa bed. There was no other sofa bed we could find. In the downstairs room is a comfortable queen bed. We are not sure where the other sofa bed was and our fourth guest slept on the downstairs sofa (that we could not open). Not at all what we expected. The place was clean, the location is good. The photos show a bright space, this is not the case. Because of the layout, the downstairs living room is dark, the sofa is also now dark blue and unless you use artificial light, it will stay dark even in broad day light.

We really loved this rental. Myself, my partner, her mother, and her mothers boyfriend. We also had my small 8-lb schnauzer. This rental is great - it didn’t charge a pet fee - just asked the renters to be respectful of the home and keep their dogs off the furniture and locked up when you aren’t there. The beds were very soft and comfortable - we love soft beds. All amenities needed were provided (ie linens, towels, detergent). Very easy to get into - you will receive a door code to unlock and also information to get the actual key if you are locked out - we never needed that - just the door code. In close proximity to downtown Savannah. We plan to come back to Savannah and hope to stay here again. Great place!

Just be aware, there are some stairs in front and stairs to get upstairs to a bedroom if you are traveling with elderly parents. The back entrance doesn’t have stairs and there is a bedroom on the first floor. Plan accordingly. :)

Lovely house. Very comfortable, in a nice quiet street in the historic part of town. Shops and Forsyth Park were walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds.

Some sort of ventilation was activated every 15 minutes that ran past both bedrooms. We could not find the source, but it did wake you from time to time. The towels smelled odd and the shower downstairs needs some TLC.

Lovely cottage in a convenient location

the cleaning lady was extremely rude. we arrived 15 min before check in at 3:45. After asking her if we could check in if she finished early, she simply said No, closed the door and waited in the house until exactly 4:00. Not exactly welcoming to Savannah
