Our apartment had one of the biggest terrace that we would see. The view to the see was breathtaking. The fact that in front of the room were a lot of restaurants worried us in terms of noise, but it was fairly decent and with the windows closed you could sleep with no problem. By 12 AM it was silence. The food in the restaurant in front of the hotel (where breakfast is served) is very good, value for money. And you can eat literally next to the sea, which is a plus. The bedroom and the living room are separated through a hallway, so sleeping in the living room provided privacy, as the bathroom was accessible from the hallway

Despite the fact that the rooms are big, nice, and the view is out of this world, the cleanliness left to be desired. Sheets appeared to be clean, bathroom as well, but once I took my shoes off, I had sand all over them. For sure not vacuumed properly. During our stay (4 nights) absolutely nobody came into the room to even change the towels. We were fully on our own. The expandable bed was very very uncomfortable - so bad that I rather had my two young kids take the bedroom and sleep comfortable and we the parents shared the sofa. Smoking smell everywhere. It hit us in the face when we first entered the apartment. Even at breakfast, the personnel of the hotel / restaurant is smoking everywhere, you have no place to run away from it. Another thing which could improve the experience is to put some comfortable furniture on that big and amanzing balcony. Despite its huge size and lovely view, we had two small uncomfortable plastic chairs and a small plastic table. It is such a waste Parking - while they are transparent in saying that the free available parking lots are very few, and they have a paid parking nearby (managed by the hotel), IMO, they should offer the parking freely or even added to the pricing of the room. It seems cheep and it takes away a bit from the experience as a tourist. We really loved the place and location, but it really feels like a rented apartment and nothing more. It looks like a hotel, but it is not, and there are no hotel services available other than the breakfast. The beach in front of the hotel is very nice, but small, and you need to pay a good amount of money for sunbeds - which are all full around 08:00 - 08:30 A.M. I went one morning to "reserve" two at 07:30 and it was already half full. If you miss your window, good luck finding a beach nearby (of course, not the hotel's fault).

The receptionist did not let us to park near the hotel and I had to go to a parking which was not very close. She motivated that the very spot I asked to park in was meant for her boss!

Parking is challenging. No Wi-Fi. The elevators don’t go all the way down to the ground floor. No toiletries.

Awesome as always (we have been here in 2020year). Beautyful inside, clean, quiet and ....well smelling! Certainly it is not the last stay here. see you soon.

We enjoyed our stay here and we liked the waterfront location of the property. We had incredible views from our apartment, the Balcik Botanical Gardens were so close (10min walk), the restaurant and the coffee bar were just across. We had a quiet and relaxing weekend.

It was my second stay in this complex and I surely come back next time I visit Balcic. The complex is elegant, the rooms are very spacious and the location and the view are excellent! The staff is friendly and helpful.

The bathroom door had a problem and it didn't close properly, but apart from that, everything was great.
