Der komfortable Wohnbereich verfügt über raumhohe Fenster mit einem beispiellosen Blick auf den Golf - perfekt, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen! Die modernisierte Küche ist mit Granitoberflächen und Schränken ausgestattet, die mit allem ausgestattet sind, was Sie zum Kochen und Servieren eines köstlichen Familienessens benötigen. Der Kühlschrank wurde aufgerüstet, um Ihrer Familie ausreichend Platz für die Aufbewahrung von Lebensmitteln und Getränken zu bieten. Die angrenzende Wet Bar ist mit einer Vielzahl von Gläsern sowie einer eingebauten Eismaschine bestückt. Der Essbereich verfügt über einen Tisch für acht Personen und das geräumige Wohnzimmer ist so ausgestattet, dass Sie bequem einen Besuch abstatten oder fernsehen können. Der große, private Balkon (ca. 700 m²) verfügt über mehrere Sitzbereiche und ist unser Lieblingsplatz zum Entspannen und Genießen der unbezahlbaren Aussicht.

Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über raumhohe Fenster und schmale Speckböden mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Golf. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das angrenzende Bad über einen Doppelwaschtisch, einen Whirlpool und eine Dusche. Das zweite und dritte Schlafzimmer verfügen jeweils über ein Kingsize-Bett, während das vierte Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem dreifachen Etagenbett für Kinder ausgestattet ist!
Im November 2017 wurde das Gerät komplett neu gestrichen, die Küchenausstattung und die gesamte Bettenausstattung aufgerüstet, der Kühlschrank ausgetauscht, die Schlafzimmerfernseher durch 43-Zoll-Smart-Roku-Fernseher ersetzt, Schlafzimmer 3 für 5 Personen umgestaltet (Queensize-Bett und ein dreifaches Etagenbett für Kinder) und hochwertige Handtücher in das Gerät gelegt. This Unit was the most well stocked, clean and beautiful unit we have stayed in on Family Vacation. Beds were comfy and the wall of windows made for gorgeous sunsets. We so enjoyed the oversized balcony area with seating for everyone! I can not say enough good things about this unit! The weather was terrible due to Hurricane Francine but the amenities at the complex kept the kids busy! Indoor pool and hot tubs were a life saver! The last two days of the trip were nice weather so we enjoyed the lazy river and beach. We will def be back!

The best trip so far, the condo exceeded our expectations, communication with Rebecca was quick, personal and amazing! 11 of us, plenty of space for everyone, including the 5 grandkids. Very impressed, would not hesitate to book it again! 10+ stars!

Rebecca was incredible! The condo was amazing, we had 1 hiccup that was addressed immediately. I couldn't recommend this rental and the owners enough. If you're thinking about renting this condo, stop thinking and just do it! You won't be disappointed!

Our family loved this condo. The living area is large and the beds are comfortable. We found close restaurants and were conveniently near the grocery stores. The 5 grandkids ages 3-11 loved the pools and the lazy river. Our group of 11 enjoyed our week at the beach!

Our family had an incredible stay in Orange Beach. This condo exceeded all expectations set by the listing.
The views from the balcony were breathtaking. We were also treated to an unexpected fly-by of the Blue Angels on Sunday evening, which was a delightful bonus.
Our group consisted of 9 people - 7 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1 toddler. The space was perfectly suited to accommodate us all comfortably.
The condo was fully equipped, and we lacked nothing during our stay. Everything we needed to prepare the meals we had on-site was readily available and in excellent condition.
We will definitely be returning.

The place was actually bigger and better than the pictures which rarely happens. Check in was easy, the pool was great (my granddaughter loved the water slide), bedrooms were nice size the only bad thing was we had to leave after 7 days. We have already talked about when we will go back

Our group consisted of 2 Grandmas, plus 2 families one family of 4 and one family of 3. (3 children total) Plenty of room for all. All the photos are completely accurate. This condo is stocked well with so many kitchen supplies even a great blender, toaster, extra clear ice maker in unit and bar fridge.
We brought our own backpack cooler and the ice made it so easy to load up before heading down to the beach. Washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher are excellent. Bedrooms are beautiful and lots of room. Closets plus dressers provide space for unpacking. All condo decorations are beachy and beautiful. Crown molding and beautiful tile plus amazing countertops and cabinets. Love the patio furniture and patio as well. If you are looking for an amazing and clean condo - this is it. We cooked some nights and ate in - long table room for our large group. Room for all to eat breaksfast in the morning. We went out to dinner as well Cobalt, Gulf, Acme are some of our favorites. Also love Big Fish, but ran out of time this trip. Plus there are games and puzzles available to play. Our younger ones loved the game Hissss. The additional adult pool, kiddie outdoor play area, and bar/restaurant plus new grilling station were under construction but appear will be very nice. We used the spiral water slide, lazy river, indoor pool, and gym hot tubs. All were lots of fun and clean.

We had a wonderful stay in Orange Beach. The corner unit at Phoenix West II was beautiful. We initially had some issues with cleanliness of the unit but the owner responded right away and had everything taken care of immediately. We can’t wait until our next trip!

This stunning corner unit was perfect for our annual family beach trip. The views on all sides are amazing from the ocean to the state park! Each bedroom has its own private patio. The furnishing are beautiful and comfortable. We had 7 adults and a toddler and we were all extremely spaced out and comfy. The kitchen is the best well stocked kitchen of any vacation home we have ever stayed in. Beds were all comfortable! The property came with amazing amenities from the lazy river and water slide to shuffleboard, putting green and ping pong!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Just as the pictures and listing describe. Had a fantastic week with family. There were 10 of us and it never felt crowded. The elevators were only an issue on check in day. Every other day they were quick. Can’t say enough about Rebecca and the communication. My sister and her husband were with us and they are planning on renting in the spring!

Only negative is elevator service. Especially on change over day. However, with a little planning and patience, that too can be handled.

The condo was awesome and was the most well-equipped rental we've ever stayed in. We had everything we needed and more! It was perfect for our siblings and spouses getaway. Whenever I had questions or needed to reach Rebecca, she was always very responsive. We would love to return!

Spent a fantastic week at beautiful Orange Beach with our kids and grandkids. This is our 5th year and we all look forward to quality time together. The lazy river and water slide was a hit with our 3 1/2 year old grandson. Our condo was huge and beautifully decorated. Our host Rebecca was very attentive to any needs we had but we had none! Would recommend this location to everyone. We went in May so crowds were a minimum.

What a beautiful place! Pictures don't lie. Perfect corner location on 17th floor. Clean w/ lots of amenities. Huge outdoor patio with lots of seating. We cooked numerous meals in the kitchen and it was well equipped with all we needed. Loved having a blender also to make smoothies for breakfast as well as an ice maker. The kids loved the bunks. Well managed condo building. Beautiful pool, lazy river, splash pad and tennis courts. You can check out gear from front desk for tennis, ping pong, basketball and shuffle board. We did all these things with the kids. The beach access was easy with lots of space to spread out. There is even a donut/ice cream shop (Pete's) across the street (we loved the donuts so much we went twice! All homemade) and a restaurant (Flying Harpoon) which had decent food (great shrimp po boy!) that we walked to. Gulf State Park is right down the road for some hiking and checking out the Pier. We did a dolphin cruise with the kids (highly recommend Surf's Up for this. We saw an entire pod of dolphins including 2 babies!) and tried out some of the local restaurants (loved Tacky Jack's and Lulu's). Condo is super close to Adventure Island Arcade/mini gulf for rainy afternoons. Mostly, we just enjoyed out family time by the beach and pool. I am already dreaming of a return trip and would not hesitate to stay at this property again. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful condo right on Orange Beach. It’s a perfect location and the amenities are amazing. The building offers a safe environment with a parking garage. I would highly recommend this condo and the Phoenix complex. Superb surroundings and location. Thank you for one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had.

Beautiful Condo. Everything was as stated. The sunsets from the balcony were gorgeous! The picture of the bedroom with the bunkbeds was a little deceiving. There was no way we could open door to balcony as beds covered the whole wall except for about a foot on one end. No way would that deter us from staying here again. Check in and out was smooth. The place could not have been cleaner and had everything we needed. Would definitely return!

This is an amazing place. The huge patio and all the windows in the living room are great. Plenty of space with 4 big bedrooms all with their own bathroom. And the host was always very helpful.

The condo absolutely exceeded all expectations! Beautiful views from all areas of the condo but especially from the huge balcony. There were 4 couples in our group and there was plenty of room. Never felt crowded. The communication was exceptional from check-in to check out. Would highly recommend. Will definitely return.

Overall experience was very good. The positive things were the amenities. Lots of things to keep us busy. Unit was very clean and everything worked the way they are supposed to.
The negative thing’s are:
1. Elevators were terrible during prime times. Only 3-4 working most of the week. Especially bad during 4pm check in. Sometimes took 15-20 minutes to get an elevator.
2. I have rented properties for 40 years and this was the first time I ever had to pay for parking. When you pay over $5000 for a weeks stay you shouldn’t get fleeced on parking. I would add the parking cost to the rental fee. Nobody would complain about another $100.
3.Beach was too crowded
4. Complex is better suited for people with young children. Probably will not return

This condo unit has amazing views! Sipping coffee and watching the dolphins play every morning from the balcony was magical. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. I enjoyed every minute of my vacation in Orange Beach. A huge “thank you” to our host Rebecca for ensuring everything was ready for our stay and keeping the lines of communication open.

The grounds of the condo are decent. The pool is quite small and pretty dirty as the day goes on…
Elevators can take a bit but it wasn’t awful. It also has the factor that people don’t want to share the elevator…I have no idea why

Fantastic Property
The owner, Rebecca, was very responsive and helpful. My family had plenty of room to move around and had the best time together. Exactly as described in the description and pictures. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Everything you need to have a weekly stay. We would certainly stay in this rental again if the need arises.
I would say to housekeeping though, clean the microwave please.
The elevators in the building, however, were horrible.
