Location. Location. Location. This beautiful condo is 100 steps from the ocean! Right on the beach with no obstructed views. My family and I enjoyed our stay so much. We had 3 kids with us ages 1-7, between the beach and pool they stayed entertained and happy.

Very clean and perfect location. View from balcony was amazing. Hosts were awesome. Quick responses to any questions or request we had. Chairs and umbrella for the beach was great to have. Overall awesome vacation and definitely will be back next year.

We absolutely loved this condo unit! It is exactly as shown in pictures and was very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The condo is located on a quieter end of IRB, with sidewalks for easy walking to locals pubs and restaurants. The beach was also very clean and great for walking! We spent time both on the beach and hanging at the pool, because the condo is not that large, the pool was very comfortable and not overcrowded. The neighboring guests and owners were friendly. We especially enjoyed going to Guppy’s, a short walk, for their early dining menu! We would rebook in a heartbeat, however, our condo in Fort Myers Beach should be open by next year (hit by Hurricane Ian) if for some reason it’s not ready - we will be back!

We had a great time at this beautiful well maintained condo. Condo has everything you need for your stay. Stunning views of the beach from the balcony. Very clean. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely come again and again. My family had a blast.

the condo was perfect. it had everything we needed including plenty of bath towels and beach towels. the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans and dishes. beach access was a bit challenging because of the dunes, but the public access made it easier to get to the beach. there was plenty of room in the condo and the balcony was great for watching sunsets. we would defistay here again.

My wife and and I stayed here with our daughter and son in law over New Years and had a great stay. Perfect location at a relatively quiet spot on the beach with little road traffic as well. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Indian Rocks Condo. It is clean, beautifully decorated and very well stocked and equipped. Butch was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The condo is well situated to many areas of interest and entertainment. We intend to be back!

Indian Rocks Beach is wonderful. Its nestled in between more touristy areas. Condo was as described and pictured. It was clean and provided more items than most condo owners. Not having to pack beach towels was a definite plus! The only slightly negatives were the condition of the beach chairs and the mold on the seal of the washer, which is a known issue with front loader washers. Otherwise very clean. Essy access to the elevator and beach and covered parking. Some restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely rent from them again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool is great and gets shade until about 12. The beach is just steps away. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and water pressure in the shower was great!! Hopefully we will get to stay here again.

We could not have been more pleased with this property. Everything was better than we expected, the view was spectacular, the entire complex was so quiet! The pool is a little small, but the Gulf is just a few feet away, and was perfect for us. We all hope to stay here again. I need to see some more of those beautiful sunsets!

My husband and I stayed this past week with my son, daughter in law, and 4 year old grandson. Everything was absolutely perfect. Great access to the beach, house was very nice and clean, had things we needed( dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, spices, nice cookware and dishes.)We all enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be coming back to stay again!

This property was one of the best I've ever rented. The view and proximity to the beach was excellent. The pool, spa and grill area was clean and everything in great working order and the unit itself was spacious, beautifully decorated and well stocked with more than most properties are. No need to bring your own beach towels, bath towels, paper towels or toilet paper, laundry or kitchen supplies. I was so impressed. Also communication with the owners was easy and they were highly responsive. I would rate this place higher than 5 stars if it were possible.

5 STARS!! Very easy to book, property owner Emory is very quick to answer any questions. This condo was by far better than the photos. Fully equipped with anything you may need and more. We just had to buy some food and that was it. Very clean and it felt like home away from home. The condo was always nice and cool and comfortable on very hot and humid days. Washer and Dryer are a huge plus for families. The sunsets were breathtaking and the views from the balcony are GORGEOUS. Quick walk to the beach and places to eat right on Gulf Blvd, we recommend Beach Waves Grill. Ubers are fast and we had great experiences with all of our drivers. The pool area was very nice also, besides the lock and code which is difficult to get used to. Overall great vacation and we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

This is a great unit, very clean. It has everything plenty of towels, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, even very comfortable beach chairs. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Nice family beach with lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely love to return

Great location right on the beach ! Beach view amazing ! Very accessible and easy with kids ! Only issue we had was dirty sheets on arrival and owner made it right. Washer was filled with mold. Overall we would definitely stay again!

The condo is beautiful and comfortable. I appreciated the black out curtains in the master bedroom. Beds were comfortable more on firm side but I slept good. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view breathtaking! Very well taken care of and you really will have everything you need.
I was not a huge fan of the beach as it was more crowded than I’m use to. I come for peace and to hear the sound of the water and waves but instead heard loud music. There are a lot of public access points. Good for families with small children or young adults.

We LOVE the IRB area. This is the furthest morth we've stayed in IRB. Beach and water is gorgeous and lots of places close by to enjoy. This condo was excellent in every way to this seasoned family of IRB vacationers. Only thing missing is the Master bedroom having beach view. Also gate codes from pool to beach could be a little easier/updated but minor compared to the enjoyment. Highly recommend this unit.

Outstanding property. Well maintained condo that had many household essentials and was updated nicely. Our kids enjoyed the bunks. Great location near restaurants and parks. Utilized the pool, hot tub, and outdoor grill throughout the week. We would definitely rent this beautiful condo again. We made many family memories and had great weather. IRB and this condo did not disappoint!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! It had everything we needed and then some! The owner is very generous with supplies, which we greatly appreciated! Views are perfect, beds so comfortable - it’s just an ideal, restful spot with easy access to ever location that we wanted to visit! We hope to stay again!

Great property. Very clean and well appointed with everything you could want. Located in a quiet section of Indian rocks, but still close to lots of restaurants. Incredible view of the gulf, large living/dining/kitchen area and large bedrooms. The bathrooms aren’t big, but very clean. Good size washer and dryer too.

We stayed here in the winter during some wonderful weather and are happy we booked. The building is perfectly located, easy to access and park. The balcony is one of the better beach balconies we’ve been able to use over the years and spent a lot of time on it. Inside of the unit was exactly as described in the listing and we’d for sure consider booking again for our next visit to the area. Thanks for the great trip!

My husband and I had a wonderful week in this Indian Rocks condo. It was clean, beautifully decorated and very well stocked . We loved sitting on the balcony and looking out at the gulf. The pool and hot tub were amenities that we greatly enjoyed. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We intend to come back!

Very clean condo and good location. Owners awesome to work with. Spacious living room and dining/kitchen area. Lots of towels including beach towels provided. Would recommend this condo to others. Beach chairs and beach toys also provided in a convenient storage unit downstairs in the garage area. Also covered parking space.

We were scheduled to stay 8 nights, but hurricane Ian forced us to leave after three nights. We definitely will rent the Condo if we return to IRB. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony and listening to the ocean. Emory “the owner” was very nice to work with when we were told to evacuate.

We loved this property and already booked to return. The location is great with restaurants nearby. We loved sitting on the lounge chairs on the balcony, and watching the sunsets from the beach. The kitchen is well stocked. The owner was easy to work with. I would have liked the master bedroom to be darker at night, but I still slept well. Can't wait to return.
