The property is in a nice secluded section of a catered community and is extremely well kept. Very clean and close to amenities around the Charleston area! Would recommend and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Very clean and cozy property. Lots of space and everything you need is there. About 30 minutes to Charleston give or take traffic. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were in town for a tournament. Condo was just what we needed. Thank you for letting us stay.

The unit is well furnished and spacious. It is older and the exterior of the building is in need of much repair as paint is peeling and siding is falling apart. I’m sure this is a cost born by the HOA but they haven’t gotten around to it in some while.We arrived at night and there is no exterior lighting. There was no porch light to this unit that was left on. The kitchen is small and there is no counter space to work on when preparing meals. The oven had not been cleaned in some time and here is a lack of food prep items. Only two dull steak knives and not a lot of things you need in meal preparation. The dinnerware was very new and attractive. The bed in the master was comfortable but the pillows smelled like old sweat and you could see yellow stains on most of the pillows. They should be replaced. The bathrooms are spacious but sub par. The shower/tub in the guest bath would not drain and the master bath drained very slowly. So the water pooled around your feet which is not ideal. The host tried to remedy this, but couldn’t fix the issue in the guest bath. The other issue was a lack of deep cleaning the floors, baseboards, windows, windowsills and blinds. Seeing hair from other people in the unit is gross and a huge turnoff. The laundry room needs a serious cleaning as the washer is dirty.The most major problem was the furnace/hot water heater closet. This area has not been cleaned in years! The amount of allerergens is creeping thru. The filter does not fit the furnace!

We enjoyed our stay at Craig's place while attending a wedding in Charleston. The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. I would definitely recommend Craig's place!

Hubby and I headed to Charleston for a get away. Condo was perfect for us. 2 bedroom 2 bath with a full kitchen and laundry. Condo was clean and we loved the treats the owners left for us. Soda, bottles water and snacks. Quiet community with guard gate. We will definitely visit again.

The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything needed. Appreciated the coffee, snacks, and drinks! The neighborhood is quiet and near the airport. Also easy access to the highways to get you anywhere around Charleston. Would consider again for my next Charleston trip.

Great location and very private. Property was exactly as described and communication was very prompt. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Would rent property again if ever back in the area!

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars for everything is a little bit of scheduling issues but Beth worked everything out and we had a great weekend! Thank you for making things work and probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in!! Smelled amazing too!! Thank you!!!

Everything was great. When I did text about an issue they were quick at resolving it.

The condo was clean and functional. Its located roughly 30 minutes from everything in Charleston which is very convenient. We went to Patriots Point, downtown Charleston and Folley Beach. Check out Frankies Fun Park. It's a mile away from the condo and lots of fun. I'd stay here again.

Condo was nice and updated with nice flooring, tile and paint. It was quiet and set behind another condo so very private. As with other reviews, there was noise from the upper unit, like a small child running around. But the noise didnt occur at odd hours, more just in the afternoon. It was a nice place.

Super clean & easy to find.

Our stay here was very pleasant. Everything was as presented. Craig and Beth were attentive, prompt via emails and phone. We will bookmark this place and come again when we have the need.

The house was very clean and not too far from downtown Charleston! The host was very good at communicating and even left us some snacks and drinks at check in! We had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

I was there for the fourth of July. If you love history this is the place to stay. You have the plantations, gardens and state parkk off the same road. Walmart is just down the road.

The property is beautiful! The pool was great! The condo was as pictured plus some! So grateful for all the helps left by the owners-snacks, labels, supplies, stools, etc. we loved our stay!

This was perfect for us to be close to the Convention center. Very quiet. I read other reviews about the child upstairs and we did hear it but was never bothersome to us. It was cleaned and smelled nice. Communication with host was great.

This was a great place to stay while visiting the Charleston area. The house was clean and well stocked with essential items. My kids enjoyed the pool in the neighborhood. The neighborhood was quiet, people were friendly and we felt completely safe.

We really enjoyed staying in this cozy condo. We will definitely rent this property for our next Charleston trip.

Location was perfect.

Perfect for my husband and I and our daughter and her boyfriend. They're relocating to the area and we all came down to find them a place to live. It was centrally located and close to Charleston too. The property was clean and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the condo is a great place to stay. There are 2 bedrooms with their own ensuite bathroom, and the host provided snacks, coffee, creamer, etc. Although the weather was cold and rainy, the condo is centrally located to everything and we were able to get anywhere within 20 minutes depending on traffic!!! I would highly recommend this condo as a place to stay on your next visit!!! This is our 2nd time staying there.
