bathroom design was wierd . The entire bathroom gets wet including commode are if one goes for a bath. Hotel is clean inside, but nothing much outside

This hotel has a lot of potential. Staff are warm and welcoming. Good restaurant on the ground floor. Situated outside the historic part of town but within a brisk walk

No hot water. No in-room safe. Problems with key card on several occasions. Room was not cleaned every day, only on request. A little attention by management would go a long way.

Spacious room and good food. It is near the train station and it allows you to run away from crowded places.

All was perfect

This place is conveniently located at a walking distance from the Cantt railway station. We have stayed there twice and consider to be best option in Varanasi. Definitely worth the money!

The hotel was absolutely pathetic and not at all value for money .The food was in the menu was never available and same breakfast with no variety was there on a daily basis. There was some construction work going on in the hotel hence a lot of noise and disturbance was there in the hotel

Parking area is very steep...it’s not easy for an average driver to go that down to access the parking area

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful & all our family members thoroughly enjoyed it. An excellent facility with all the required amenities & an awesome support staff. I thought the support staff (front desk, travel services & the restaurant pretty much everyone) went beyond their expected duties to make the guests stay comfortable, it was very kind of them & much appreciated.
