Dies ist ein alleinstehendes Haus, keine Eigentumswohnung. Keine langen Flure, keine Aufzüge. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Waschküche, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 1/2 Bad. In Costa Rica. Wir nennen es eine Villa und dazu gehört Ihr eigener privater Parkplatz nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Wenn Sie keine Lust zum Fahren haben, ist dies kein Problem, da alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist und Sie Tamarindo und die freundlichen Einheimischen besser genießen können. Der unglaubliche Strand ist nur 850 Meter entfernt. Über eine halbe Meile Abenteuer im Herzen der Stadt.

This is a great rental property! The villa complex is super nice and has a great pool. This villa has everything you need - fully stocked kitchen (pans, plates, etc) plenty of bathrooms towels, beach towels, boogie board, sand toys, beach chairs, and umbrella. You’ll get sandy and muddy, but there is an outdoor shower. The property manager Sonia is a great help with the villa and booking tours, and Jorge took care of any issues we had with the villa. I would book this place again.

We had a great stay in the villa in Tamarindo. Upon arriving, it was obvious the home was meticulously cared for. The attention to detail by the housekeeping staff was outstanding. (We loved the toilet paper flowers - Something you would find at a high end hotel/resort!). The beds were comfortable and there were more than enough towels for our family for the week, both pool and bathing. We loved that each bedroom had its own separate washroom. There was also a main floor powder room, which was a nice to have!
The property manager, Jorge was super helpful and a wealth of information when we first arrived and throughout our stay. He has great recommendations.
The grounds are well kept and the pool is amazing. Our kids, 8 and 10 would’ve lived in the pool, and spent almost all their waking hours at the villa there! We felt safe in the community. The location is great as it’s just close enough to the action of Tamarindo to be walkable, but just far away enough to be a calm and quiet respite from the bustle of the beach and town. As in most areas of Costa Rica, the roads around the villa are not paved - you’re only going to find pavement on main roads. We had a rental car and there is dedicated parking for the villa.
As an added bonus, the villa had everything you need for the beach (chairs, sand toys for the littles, coolers, umbrella).
Overall, we had an amazing stay and would recommend this property to anyone, especially families looking for a place to stay in Tamarindo!

We loved staying in this place - it was the best of the four places we stayed during our two weeks in Costa Rica. The house had a great layout and was well placed right across from the pool. There were several great restaurants within a couple blocks of the places.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having the pool in the front was perfect for our kids, who loved going in on each day. The Thursday night market is a must - amazing food and music. Fabulous location. We will be recommending to our friends!

We loved everything about this Villa. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and the pool just outside our door was definitely a bonus! The Villa was lovely and very well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, from plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen and we loved the robes! Kathy was very quick to get back for any questions we had before our trip. Once we were at Villa, Sonia and Jorge, property managers, were so very friendly and helpful, from arranging airport transportation to recommendations of restaurants and answering any questions we had. The location of this Villa is a definite bonus as we did not need a vehicle. Tamarindo town and beach were about 10 minutes with grocery store half way! Everything about this Villa and its location was a definite 5 Star. We loved Costa Rica! Pura Vida!

Great property, loved location, property managers were always available and helpful. We rented a golf cart for ease of getting to beach and restaurants but very walkable which we also did several times. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses and pillows.

We were a party with three teenagers and two adults and fit comfortably at this property! Having coffee and breakfast at our unit, out on the patio, was lovely. The grounds and pool were maintained daily but quietly and without the buzz of early morning equipment. I don't think you will sleep in, as the birds and other animals like to sing! Before arriving, I stressed about not being "on the beach," but I found this location perfect: within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. We didn't find a restaurant we didn't love. The grocery stores have everything you need, and several choices exist. The unit is well stocked with kitchen necessities, beach items, towels, and even extras like robes! Having laundry was useful. Sonia is delightful and informative! I highly recommend this rental! We typically like to explore new locations, but a week wasn't enough in Costa Rica, and we will stay here again!

We loved our vacation and where we stayed. Having the pool steps away made it so simple and relaxing. The showers, air conditioning, and laundry facilities kept us clean and comfortable. I loved being able to buy groceries and cook for my family, especially with my daughter’s keto diet.
Jorge, the property manager, was friendly, prompt, intuitive, knowledgeable, and kind. He helped us arrange a couple of amazing excursions to horse ride and view nesting sea turtles. He suggested Guaitil as a cultural activity; my kids met Andy and learned about indigenous pottery making.
The property is private and just enough east of downtown to be quiet without being too far to walk if you don’t have a car. We can’t say enough good things about our stay.

Casa Colorado was the perfect place to spend our week in Tamarindo. The house was well equipped. We loved having the pool right out the front door. A/C units worked great. Extra comfy beds. Felt very safe, and love that Jorge the property manger was onsite. 10/10 would stay again!!

The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed down to the cozy robes. We enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning and a refreshing afternoon dip in the pool. The villa is conveniently located near a grocery store with a wonderful selection of fresh veggies, fruits, and prepared foods. There are so many restaurants to choose from and they are all wonderful. The beach is amazing and the water is the perfect temperature. Sonia and Jorge are readily available to assist. This villa was perfect for us. Sitting on the deck in the morning, drinking coffee and overlooking a beautiful pool and hearing the birds sing just was a great start to each day. Everything we needed was in the house, it was well stocked and very clean. The property manager, Jorge, was extremely gracious and very knowledgeable of the area. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, about half mile or so on dirt roads, so be prepared & don’t wear new shoes! Other than that everything was perfect.

The house was so cute and cozy. Nice big master bedroom with beautiful large windows and a small terrace.
The pool was steps out the front door. Nice and deep on one end which was perfect for our son. Communication was great and we would stay again.

We LOVED our stay at Kathy's well-appointed home. It was roomy, clean, in a safe location, well stocked for cooking, and the pool was a nice retreat as well. We used it as a home base while we did some day trips - an ideal location for that as well. Sonia and Jorge were great to work with. If transportation is needed, Sonia is a tremendous help in arranging that. We highly recommend this property. Wish we didn't have to leave.

This property served as a wonderful home base for our week in Tamarindo. The accommodations were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and having the pool directly outside our door was wonderful! It was a short walk (10-15 minutes, depending on your speed) to the main beach area. Kathry was very responsive to my inquiries before the trip and Sonia and Jorge were very helpful at the property.
We would definitely stay here again, should our travels bring us back to Tamarindo!

This property was stupendous. The compound itself was gorgeous and very inviting. It was very private and quiet. The villa we stayed in was very comfortable and well equipped. It was a lovely spot. I have already recommended it to friends.

Our family of four loved staying at Pueblo Colonial. Lots of space, clean and property managers very helpful and always available to answer question or for help. For 5 days this place was our base as we adventured Tamarindo and beyond with a rented golf cart. So much walking distance as well - beach, stores, restaurants and more. I would highly recommend this place with a shared pool right outside the door to enjoy as well.

My family of five enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this property. It was clean and the location in the complex was perfect As it was right beside the pool.
If you are renting a golf cart it was easy to park and charge.
It was a ten minute walk to town. Be aware that coming home in the dark you are walking a block or two without lights around but felt very safe.
Having three bathrooms for the five us worked out really well. The showers were great and water hot with great pressure.
The property manager connected with us right away and answered any questions we needed.

The Villa is exactly as you see in the pictures! So cute, clean, good a/c, and most importantly our family felt safe. The little gated community it's in is the best. The pool was right outside our doorstep which my kids loved. The beach is about a 10 minute walk especially when you have little kids. I would highly recommend a golf cart rental for at least a couple days. Beds were very firm, some liked that some didn't, but that's personal preference. Walking to and from Villa felt safe. The night life in Tamarindo is really fun, family friendly as well as little surfer town. Lots of restaurants and shops walking distance. Sonia and Jorge, the managers, were the most helpful and sweet people. You can feel the Pura Vida there!

The home itself is just that..a home! We were so comfortable and it is stocked very well with cooking utensils and basic supplies. We loved that when we arrived there was cold water in the fridge and lots of ice!🥰
Super comfy beds, lots of extra towels, sheets and beach towels.
The pool is fabulous! It’s 25m so really great if you like to swim laps.
You truly do not need a car when staying here. Everything is within waking distance. Restaurants, supermarkets, banks and the beach.
A highlight for us we’re the property managers, Sonia and Jorge! The communication was fantastic all the way throughout our stay (25 days)
We learned a lot about the area from chatting with Jorge pretty much everyday. Service with a smile!

Kathy's place was the perfect base for our one-month stay in Costa Rica. Her home is charming, and the house is perfectly located in front of the pool which was great for us. A short walk to the main part of town and the beach. We loved it and would stay again.

Awesome Trip to Tamarindo!
We came to Costa Rica/Tamarindo to celebrate upcoming graduations of our boys as well as to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.
Kathy was very accommodating and answered any questions we had very quickly.
Villa 7 Casa Colorado was very clean and comfortable. Great views of the pool and comfy front porch to sit out in the morning with coffee.
Jorge and Sonia (Property Managers) were also friendly, accommodating and helpful.
We will definitely be back!

Peaceful haven away from the crowds
We loved this place. Location is great. The managers Sonya and Jorge were fantastic. They went out of their way to find excursions for us and had great recommendations. Everyone was very responsive to our needs. Peaceful haven away from the crowds but close to everything.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable
Had a great week long stay. Property management is on-site helping with anything you may need. In a safe gated community of 8 homes with one of the better pools I’ve seen for such a small complex. The house itself is clean and spacious enough for multiple couples or a small family. The vaulted ceilings makes it feel spacious. I’d definitely come back.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Pueblo Colonial! They owners and onsite managers were so helpful and helped us with any accommodation. The pool is beautiful and right outside your door. Location is perfect for walking into town and close to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying at Casa Colorado in Pueblo Colonial.

Great location and privacy
Wonderful peaceful spot. Managers were totally available using the Whats App application. Felt safe - a golf cart was a really nice addition as the walk Into town gets a little long (10 min) in the heat or with groceries etc. very convenient to stores, bank, restaurants, surf board and cart rentals. Really spotless property we felt like the only ones there! Awesome for families or quiet couples getaway.

Amazing stay
Kathy and the caretakers went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. Landscaping around the pool and villa are beautiful. Quiet and peaceful, basically had the pool to ourselves the entire stay. Nice easy walk to town. Can’t wait to come back!

Tamarindo adventures
The house is perfect. Not one hitch. Margarita met us at arrival and reviewed everything for us. She was always helpful with rides and any requests. The pool at our front door was priceless. The bedrooms are large and the master has a deck overlooking the pool. The walk to town is not bad, however we chose to rent a golf cart. I’m planning on staying again in 1 month.

Great location, great host!
We stayed here for 4 weeks and we couldnt have asked for a better host + location. We had 4 adults, (1) 4 years old, (1) 1 year old. The location is central so you dont need a car to get into town; the property is clean and well kept; Kathy is a lovely host with constant communication. The pool is right in front of the house which was super convenient for our family. If we're back in Tamarindo, we'd absolutely be staying here again.

Wonderful trip!
Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa. Family of 5. 2 parents, college, high school and middle school children. The 2nd room worked well. Love the sleeping options in the 2nd bedroom.
All 5 of us remarked the walk into town made it even better. A little exercise and some time to chat when we made our way to the beach or town. The pool was perfect. Love Tamarindo and very glad we found this villa.

Great Value and Location
Just a short walk from the Beach and Town (just 10 minutes). Nice small gated complex with 9 homes. The pool is just outside this unit which is great. Pool chairs were always available. Well stocked unit with lots of appliances and dishware. Enough room to sleep 7 people. Master with queen and 2nd bedroom with queen, double and single. Great new grocery store just at the bottom of the hill as well.

Simply beautiful!! Loved our stay!!
Lee & Jacquie are amazing and so responsive! Their house is so clean and comfy. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and between how great Lee & Jacquie are, Margaritha the on site manager is just wonderful! She has great restaurant recommendations, was able to coordinate airport transportation and book excursions for us while we were there. The pool was so relaxing. The house is in the perfect location for us too! Walking distance to the beach, many many restaurants and bars, a grocery store and lots of fun shops yet not smack in the middle of the hustle and bustle we were trying to get away from.
