We enjoyed our stay in this 3-bedroom condo. The view is spectacular. It is just a few steps from the elevator and the boardwalk. We have stayed in other buildings in the complex, but this was our favorite building and one of our two favorite condos in this building (We also rented the unit next to it, and it was awesome, too.). Our home is much closer to beaches in the panhandle, but we love Cinnamon Beach because it is never overcrowded. We love the short drive into St. Augustine.

Have stayed at Cinnamon Beach many times over the years and this is one of my favorite condo's. Very clean, which is a must! All the assorted necessities for a week or more on the beach. Very comfortable furniture inside and also on the balcony. Good placement for the rising of the sun view and endless waves. Good place to stay.

We had multiple generations staying in various lodgings within this community. This condo was by far the crown jewel among them. Impeccably decorated, supremely comfortable bedding and views to soothe the soul. Ŵe enjoyed every minute and cannot wait to be back!

Great place ti stay, plenty of room to spread out. Close to walkway to beach, well stocked kitchen. Only downside was the pool and hot tub closed at 7pm and condo did not have any board games or cards or Frisbees etc to play in the evenings. Otherwise great.

Stayed Feb 9-29. The community is beautiful! We used the gym, both heated pools and ran through the many streets of the property without ever having to go outside the gates. Felt very secure. Unit 752 is right on the beach and the ocean sounds are so soothing on good days. Unfortunately, we had a week of bad weather and were told how unusually cold it was for February. Wore mostly winter clothes. There is a natural reef of coquina rocks right in the breakers that prevent entering the ocean in front of the building. Know that it’s not suitable for children. The furniture in the unit has been upgraded since this picture and was very comfortable. It was spacious and perfectly clean. Kitchen well stocked except for foil, Saran Wrap. The non stick fry pans are unusable because they are heavily scratched, except for a very small one. All other cooking utensils fine. The master bed frame, as in previous reviews is quite noisy, but the mattress was comfortable. All linens were clean and looked new. We explored the towns of Palm Coast, Flagler and St Augustine and had great food and experiences. There is a $3 fee to cross the bridge getting to the property but you can stop in the office and purchase a pass, which makes it only $.50 each time to cross. We also saw two rockets launch from the balcony, but one can go to Cape Canaveral for a better look. We look forward to staying at Cinnamon Beach again!

Room was VERY nice and was well equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was super and a GREAT place to spend the morning with a cup of joe. This is a VERY secure area and we really loved it. I would NOT hesitate to book this condo again!

The condo was beautiful and clean when we arrived. Issue with missing remote was handled promptly by the property manager. HOWEVER, it would have been nice to be given a heads up that over half our vacation would have been ruined by the beach restoration shutting down access to the beach by our place and that the entire shoreline was rocky and you couldn't even get into the ocean without injury! We would have postponed our vacation if we would have known this or moved to another location all together! This information needs to be provided earlier so that guess can change if needed! We ended up leaving a day early because of this.

This is a great location with a beautiful view, easy access to the beach and close to the pools. The beds were comfortable except for the 2nd guest room that had a very uncomfortable and noisy mattress encasement. I understand the need to protect the mattress, but for older children/adults it made it impossible to sleep there and the mattress was too large for it to be removed for our stay. My kids ended up sharing the other bedroom. The decor was cute and beachy, but the furniture is uncomfortable inside and on the porch. We weren’t there much, but kicking back to watch tv or sit outside was a challenge. There were a lot of lights, clocks, remotes that didn’t work or required us to purchase new batteries. We’ve come to CB for over 10 years and I wouldn’t book this condo again unless upgrades were made. Location and view A+ though.

The third bed was more comfortable; however, it was covered with a noisy plastic cover and is next to a bright window without blackout curtains. Some areas of the condo require maintenance (e.g., slow flushing toilet; broken towel rack) or proper cleaning (grubby grout in kitchen and bathrooms needs to be beached; doors need a good wipe-down; front door jam is all banged up).

We had a wonderful time. Thrilled that the beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were inviting. The living room was problematic. The sofa was so uncomfortable and the two wicker chairs hurt too bad to sit on. The kitchen was well stocked. Since we were there for almost three months, we ate many meals inside. We also had breakfast, lunch, and dinner on nice days on the patio. We watched the dogs playing on the beach. What fun. Yes, I would recommend this condo, other than uncomfortable living room furniture, and we had so much fun here. It looks like the owner made new bedrooms, stocked the linens, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It seems that the owner is concerned about comfort and has made a pretty place to stay. We are going back next year,

The views were wonderful with a full view of the beach up and down the coast. We enjoyed the beach and it was easy to get to. It was nice to have a table and chairs on the balcony. The kitchen was stocked with the basic items. The kitchen facet leaked when on a lower flow mode and caused it to leak under the sink. It looks to have been leaking for a while by evidence of the water stained under the sink. We did notified maintenance. The master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable. Bed felt like an old spring bed. The master bathroom also smelled, like a sewage smell and it never went away. Other bathrooms were fine. General living areas were comfortable.

The best thing about this unit are the gorgeous views. Being on the 5th floor allowed for expansive ocean views as well as partial golf course view over to the side. The furnishings were attractive and updated. Our only disappointment was the master bedroom mattress. It was very uncomfortable in our opinion and every time you moved at all, the bed creaked. The management company was very attentive and came quickly when we let them know a smoke detector had gone off in the middle of the night for no reason.

Beautiful condo
Beautiful condo very clean and well equipped. Pools were great especially loved the pool overlooking the ocean.
We were a little disappointed that Most of the beach area is lined with rock and coral making it dangerous to swim… especially in high tide since you cannot see it. There was an area near the pool that appeared more accessible.
There are other beautiful beaches nearby St Augustine which you drive on if you have a 4 wheel vehicle. We visited Flagler beach and New Smyrna. Beautiful area and the complex is stunning.

The house was beautiful and clean - exactly as shown in pictures. The waterfront view was gorgeous. We loved having the pool amenities and cafe available to us. They have a family pool with designated toddler play area with sprinklers and small pool. Then they have an adults only quiet pool with the oceanfront view. The rooms were stocked with everything we needed. Only once did we have to call the staff a few times for nothing major, but each time they responded immediately. Best service we’ve gotten at a VRBO by far. Only a few less than satisfactory things to mention: 1) the masted bed was pretty squeaky. Not a deal breaker, but we had our baby in a pack n play next to us and I was afraid to wake him lol. 2) there are huge rocks on the beachfront. Sometimes they’re completely not visible which could totally cause injury, but most of the time you can view them. They’re pretty cool to look at but not ideal for small children. Overall, would recommend this place to every and already have!! Thank you!!

A Good Two Weeks

This was our 2nd time to Cinnamon Beach and we love the area. Chose this floor plan, but a different condo since the other one we loved was taken. Unit 752 was very clean and it had the right "look". We really did enjoy our stay. What was different from the previous rental were upgrades and a more personal rather than commercial touch.
Not deal breakers, but some things that could improve the stay for the next guests:
1. I had to take the dishes out of the dishwasher when I got there. They were so stuffed in that alot of the silverware was not clean. Had to rewash.
2. I do not cook while on vacation, but the pots and pans looked fine. The plastic glasses were scratched and most of the dishware/glasses need to be replaced. Only 4 mismatched wine glasses.
3. The place was stripped of any spices, etc. Only one set of salt and pepper shakers was there.
4. Although everything looked very nice visually, the big appliances were rather low end.
5. Really would be nice if there was a lounge chair on the deck.
6. Coasters. Felt guilty not putting a paper towel under my drink
7. Add a Swiffer or vacuum. Only a broom and dustpan was available.
8. The 2 lights were out over the master shower and the handle on the shower door kept falling off. Easy fixes. The shower head was minimal. Nothing like a great shower head to say "Oh, wow" to a place.
9. Could not lock the glass sliders or close the curtains. Believe it or not, not once but twice we had painters on our 5th floor deck!
Again, we had a lovely time and will return to Cinnamon Beach.
Not deal breakers, but some things that could improve the stay for the next guests:
1. I had to take the dishes out of the dishwasher when I got there. They were so stuffed in that alot of the silverware was not clean. Had to rewash.
2. I do not cook while on vacation, but the pots and pans looked fine. The plastic glasses were scratched and most of the dishware/glasses need to be replaced. Only 4 mismatched wine glasses.
3. The place was stripped of any spices, etc. Only one set of salt and pepper shakers was there.
4. Although everything looked very nice visually, the big appliances were rather low end.
5. Really would be nice if there was a lounge chair on the deck.
6. Coasters. Felt guilty not putting a paper towel under my drink
7. Add a Swiffer or vacuum. Only a broom and dustpan was available.

Another excellent stay
Another excellent stay. Love this condo, makes traveling with teens or extended family very enjoyable. Excellent unit, wonderful view, nice beach/pool etc. No problems at all. We will be back. Love it!

Great Vacation
We have been to Palm coast many times as we have family that live down there. LOVED staying at Cinnamon Beach and at this particular property. Great ocean view, saw dolphins a few times from the deck. We went in August but the weather was wonderful. Not too hot as we were on the water. Great pool and small water play area for my kids. We would definitely go again!

My four sisters and I have had a wonderful time each time we have stayed there it is well worth money .It is a clean and safe place to go .Everything us there and if not stores are so close to go to. We will be spending our times together there in every year and more to come .
