The house was mostly very clean and as pictured, good use of space for a large group. We loved the spacious deck. We did encounter a couple of mice which can be expected in an old house but wanted to make the owners aware. Only other complaint is that the code to get in didn't work, and had to spend about 20 minutes on the phone with the management group to get the correct code, but they were very helpful and we got in no problem. Cute, close to town, would definitely stay again.

Clean, charming and in a great location! Wasn't as big as I was expecting w/ the 3,000 sq ft it listed but room enough for all of us to be comfortable and relax in...when we actually relaxed! We were able to get in early and enjoyed every minute. Thanks Isabeau and Nashville...we'll see you again!

We chose this listing because we were going to visit Vanderbilt University, but also wanted to hit the craziness on Broadway downtown. The location was perfect for Uber rides just about anywhere in the city for $10 or less. The house itself was lovely, with lots of beds and 3 bathrooms with showers. I would recommend this house if you are visiting Nashville and want to do more than just go to Broadway.

We had a perfect girls' weekend. The property was exactly as described and the owner was wonderful to deal with.

Property worked perfect for our families. We had 3 generations together for an extended weekend everyone was able to have their own space when wanted and still be all together. Close to mid town, easy access to interstate. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Will definitely book when in town again.

This property is perfectly located and the owner was very accommodating, even when our plans changed and we had to ask for an early check in/late check out! The house was very clean, and we didn’t go without anything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for the 10 of us! I highly recommend that if you come to Nashville, this is where you book!

We went as a couples trip to celebrate birthdays. It was perfect! We had room to relax and enjoy each other as well as privacy. We walked several places & utilized car services that were great rates to all places. This location is great and the house is super cute. As described and the owner has great communication. This property EXCEEDED our expectations. First, booking was extremely easy. Plenty of communication from the owner. Check-in was seamless and the property was impeccable upon check-in. This may seem like a small detail but there was detergent available for laundry, quality soap in each bathroom and plenty of towels for our use. Dishes are were super clean and new. A Keurig was supplied with coffee, creamer and sugar available. Appliances, furniture, fixtures, bathroom sinks, toilets and showers seem to be new and were in perfect working condition. The decor was fitting of “Music City” starting with the metal sign hanging in the main room and odes to different Nashville landmarks including the “Bluebird Cafe.” The showers are amazing with three different nozzle options. Something I’ve never seen in other properties I’ve rented. Every bed was comfortable with clean linens and plenty of pillows. There is legit room for 12 people with plenty of room for enjoying time with family and friends. TVs in every roommate, an awesome deck, and BBQ pit. Plenty of bathroom space for all. Super convenient to downtown, Broadway Street, Nissan Stadium, Vanderbilt, the West End, minutes from Vanderbilt and just about anywhere you wanna go around Nashville. The West End contains several restaurants to choose from including a place for morning coffee at Dose or a Starbucks just 5 mins away. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of games for kids and TWO sets of washer/dryer units. A liquor store literally within walking distance and Target less than 10 minutes up the road. We spent 4 days in this property and couldn’t have picked a better place. It’s described as the “Nashville White House” and the description is accurate. I will book this home every time my family and I visit Nashville. We are bummed to be leaving this place and cannot wait for our next visit!

two bedrooms actually had suite status but third bathroom was very roomy with double sinks etc. Our eleven people were very well pleased with the home.

Perfect for a Nashville trip. Easy access to main roads and can easily Uber to downtown.

The super festive and yet cozy house was in an easily accessible location next to the highway, was super clean and well stocked with supplies. It is a short drive to the heart of Nashville and just a walk away from local eateries. The property manager was also great to work with and was readily accessible with a couple of quick questions during our stay.

This was a wonderful experience for us. The house was clean and comfortable, there were TVs everywhere and plenty of room to hang out. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and getting to town was easy via Uber. Isabeau was quick to respond and even allowed us to extend our stay one day on last minute notice.

Went to Nashville for a music festival with some friends and had a great experience with the house. It's close to everything and has a great layout for extended families and groups. The deck is a great spot to hang out and share meals.
