Good place to stay for vacation. A bit small for group of 6 or more but over all it was nice.

Property was clean and had ample room, with three bed rooms and a pull out couch, in the living room. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to the outlets and about two miles from the beach. Owner was great, checked in with us, the day we arrived. Would defiantly stay here again. Thank You, Kathy.

The property was at a great location and worked well for us. It was very clean and well kept. The owner was also very easy to get in contact with. We loved all the sleeping options the place had so everyone had a comfortable place to sleep!

Location of the place is perfect. Walking distance to a restaurant, and super close to both Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. Also, near anything you may need. The neighborhood is very nice and I'm sure the pool is a great addition to the trip as well. 10/10 would stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property in Rehoboth. Kathy was very helpful, calling in advance with property details as well as a few tips for the neighborhood. Our kids were pleasantly surprised by the various toys and books available. Overall, it was perfect for a long weekend in the spring.

House was cozy and located in a nice quiet community. Kids enjoyed riding bikes and swimming in the pool. Accessibility to Rehoboth Ave,Delaware Ave. and the beach was surprisingly easy even though we were on the other side of 1(Coastal Highway). Kathy was easy to reach, helpful and responded quickly to issues/concerns.

This is a nice place. It is a little tricky driving to the beach because of crossing Route 1 but after a day or so, we figured out the best routes. It is about a 5 minute drive to the beach and there are plenty of stores and restaurant nearby. The owner was very helpful and we had no issues getting in to the house or the pool. If we make our way back to Rehobeth, we would definitely try to rent here again!

This was the perfect place for a relaxing girls trip to the beach! Kathys tips on parking were spot on and we had no issue finding a spot each morning and getting there within minutes. The house is conveniently located with grocery stores, outlets, and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is also great for exercising and activity and many of us were able to go for nice morning walks and runs around the complex! Thank you so much for a great stay, Kathy!

Arrived to ants in the kitchen, dust balls and standing dust on décor and hair in the bathrooms. Opened the windows and several blinds fell right off apparently having been taped in place. Windows in bedroom had black plastic trash bags taped in the windows and the master bed was so degraded that we were unable to sleep in it after the 1st night because of back pain. When we complained the owner claimed we must have broken the blinds ourselves and actually kept 200 of our security deposit despite that clearly being old damage. We also removed the dirty bathroom rugs and placed them in the washer and she accused us of stealing them even though we told her exactly where they were on the property. We have rented several homes in this complex and had wonderful experiences and received excellent ratings but this was a terrible experience. From check in when the keys were not where we were told they would be, To the difficulty getting a response around arrival, to hostile and fradulent charges at the end this was the worst rental experience we have ever had.

The three pools were excellent! Great community with friendly neighbors. Felt secure exercising outdoors. Only downside was it was a bit further than I would have liked from the beach.

Amazing clean ; great location; Excellent owner to deal with

We were in town for the weekend for a friend's wedding and the house was what we expected. It was great for sleeping a large group without breaking the bank to do so. The house was clean and matched the pictures when we arrived. However, when we arrived at 11pm at night we found that there we no linens or towels in the entire house. There was nothing on the posting that mentioned this besides the fact that Linens were not listed as a amenity for the house. We have stayed at countless rental homes all over the country and this is the first time a house has not come with such basic necessities, so when filtering for homes we have never even thought to check the "linens" amenity box. Usually we use those for things like hot tubs, grills, water view etc. The owner was very responsive when we called but seemed to think it was strange to expect sheets and towels at a rental home and told me only hotels offer such things, so we had to go out and buy sheets and towels for 6 beds in sizes that we will never get to use again since they don't match what we use at home. In addition she claimed to have sent a email with a word document attached detailing that linens were not provided and what the check out instructions were and blamed me for not reading them. Neither of these items were ever sent to us, therefore leaving us in the dark. If linens were provided, or if there was at least a big notification stating that they weren't provided, then it would of been a good stay. If you are paying a cleaning crew to clean the house for you, it seems like throwing some sheets in the laundry would be a simple addition to their work. This is a national website and it seems hard to expect someone to fly from Colorado with 6 queen size fitted sheets, towels, pillow cases etc. in their suitcase.

This townhouse in Eagles Landing provided our family with plenty of room to spread out during our Rehobeth Beach vacation. The proximity to the community pool was great for our afternoons and we met so many nice people there. Advice on beach parking was spot-on and no problems. Definitely use the parking app. - very convenient time saver. The kitchen was not as well stocked as we would have liked and the fans over the bunk beds are too close to safely use at night but we worked around it and the AC efficient. All in all a nice spot for our stay at the beach.

The house was neat and clean and as described, decorated in seaside colors with pictures, wall decor, mirrors, shells and other. There were 3 toddlers, 2 teens and 6 adults; four family units. So Mom and Dad slept in living room on sofa and a trundle mattress. (Tried sofa bed, but too lumpy.) All appliances worked well. Little ones played with some of the toys in tv cabinet drawers and watched a few videos which were there. We enjoyed the ponds in back of properties and one of the pools. What a pleasant, peaceful community.

Stayed here late summer and it was a great place. It is clean, spacious, everything I was looking for. It has easy and close access to the beach and the outlets/shopping. The owner was tremendous to work with and very kind and responsive. Would definitely go back again and rent the same place!

We have stayed in the community on a number of occasions and it is very convenient. The owner is very easy to work with and responsive. The home needs some TLC as it is showing some wear and tear.

We stayed here off-season and had a wonderful time. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely come back. Owners were very responsive to questions (as we had no problems). Thanks for a great time!

This was our second summer staying at the Traugh Beach House. During our first visit there last summer it was definitely clean but I tend to be more on the picky side so I thought the bathrooms could have been a little nicer and they did have the smell of mildew. I ended up buying a new bathroom shower curtain liner to help with the smell. The rail going up and down the stairs is very unstable so be careful if you have little ones. Those were my really only complaints. Because of the location, we wanted to give it a try again this past summer. Oh boy...the cleaning standards definitely dropped in a years time. There were cob webs by the sliding glass door and I never took my flip flops off the entire time I was in her home. The railing going up and down the stars was still broken and the rugs in the bathroom had holes in them. So I went out and replaced them for her. The kitchen sick also broke and days went by before I heard anything about them getting fixed. But the last straw was 2 nights before we were supposed to leave...my daughter pulled to tight on the dresser that had a TV located on top of it, Because the dresser was light in weigh it didn't take much for it to fall on top of my daughter. The next morning the cleaning lady Laura came over to ask why were were leaving. Once I explained to her about my daughter...and the sink....and the dirty floors...and the railing...and the bathroom rugs...she said she understood and had apparently been telling this family for years to get the stairs fixed and bolt the dressers to the wall because this wasn't the first time this had happened. This is however, a really nice community and if you could find something safe in this same area, I am sure you would just love it. It's also not the easiest bike ride to the beach if you have little ones.

The owners very kindly worked with us and always answered all of our questions. The house is clean and beautiful. We had plenty of room for the 7 of us to stay and never felt crowded. Easy access to Rehoboth Beach and the outlets. We would definitely rent again!

Had a nice weekend, house is a great size. We had 5 kids with us so ths was necessary. House has everything you need. Back porch is a wonderful place to relax. Getting back from beach is tricky but we had a great weekend!

Had a great time! House was clean and well maintained. Everything in the home seemed new. Loved the décor. Bunk beds provided enough beds for all so no one had to sleep on an air mattress. Three sofas provided enough seating while watching a movie. The location was great. Big Fish, a seafood restaurant, is in walking distance. Outlets are a short drive. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the beach and the pools in the complex!

This house is so adorable!!! It is very clean & neat. The owners have really good taste! I love the way they decorate :). I have stayed there twice & have enjoyed every minute. It is so cozy & very homey. The location is great. You are so close to all the outlets & the beach is only 5-10 minutes away. I can't wait to come back there again next year :)!!!!
