Great location! Beautiful view of beach from back deck. Had to call to gain access because time lock keypad was not allowing entry at checkin time. Room descriptions are not accurate in listing. There are 4 bedrooms but two bedrooms are a railroad design. Essentially you have to walk through one room to get to the other. No privacy whatsoever. Description says 4+ bathrooms. There are only 4. All but one bathroom are in need of upgrading. Nice modern kitchen. Cleaning crew need to pay better attention to bathrooms. All in all a good property for the price.

Property needs to be assessed and evaluated on a regular basis. Bed linens, pillow etc. need replacing. Furniture needs some care. Carpet could use a deep clean. Deck needs to be power washed and garage, laundry area needs cleaning.Updated bathrooms and kitchen very nice and functional. Master bathroom very undesirable. Master bedroom furniture unattractive. Owner very responsive to immediate requests but felt unit was overpriced for its condition.

The location is prime! Easy access to the beach. There were a few concerns up front, but the owner was very responsive to all concerns and tried their best to address them. You can tell the place is being updated a little at a time, the kitchen is nicely updated and the outside deck is a great place to relax and hang out!There is ample amount of living/sleeping space and again, could not ask for a better view and beach access.

Location is great. The view being right on the ocean is beautiful. The 4th bedroom is very small other three are spacious. The decor and furniture appears to have been gathered over the years or from yard sales. The place could really use a thorough cleaning and bathrooms need updating. If you are looking for a no fuss kinda place for family and friends it’s a great place but don’t have high expectations of it being a high end beach house.

Great place to stay with a big family. Plenty of beds and foutons. We’ll stocked kitchen. Owner provided umbrella, sand toys and chairs. The owner responded immediately to our questions. We will stay there again.

Mark was great to work with. he even allowed an early check in which was perfect. the house looks better in person then pictures which is unusual. accompanied our large group perfectly. plenty of beach chairs. kitchen well stocked.

We stayed here for our second annual family vacation. I loved that it was right on the beach on walking distance from the boardwalk. We did walk to about 8th street but you might want to drive down to the start of the boardwalk at least once. The accommodation were great. Even though it was handicap accessible, my mother and sister were able to have access to a full bath on the main level. The owner, Mark, was very timely in responding to my messages. I would consider this property again.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The house had plenty of room for our party of 12. Some of the mattresses may need to be replaced, the kitchen some updates, and some areas may need deep cleaning, but we were able to disregard or overlooked those because what was important to us was it was only a few steps to the beach. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and the owner, Mark, is very easy to work with.

My family & I stayed for a short 5 day stay, WISH I had booked for a longer visit . The location was PERFECT & the house was great & had everything you could need. It was large enough for everyone to have their own space, yet all under one roof. All in all we had a great stay & will definitely book with Mark again. He made our 1st VRBO experience an excellent one. 👏

This was the perfect spot for our 4 generation family vacation. The house was large enough to accommodate our group from 17 mos to 80 years old. The house was equipped with everything we needed… even a pack and play and high chair for the baby. Being right on the beach was a huge plus! Mark the property manager was awesome to work with, replying to my questions before and during our vacation very promptly. He even went above and facilitated getting items left behind to us! I would definitely recommend renting this property!

This spot is a dream. So much space you'd forget others were with you. Nice and quiet with access directly on the beach. Amazing views and close to entertainment and good food. Great communication with the owner(s). Will DEFINITELY try and rent this spot again.

We rented this townhouse on the beach in April 2021. It was a family reunion after a year of the pandemic and things were just opening up. There were six of us, three generations. The townhouse was perfect for us. It was roomy. There were more than enough bedrooms and beds for us. The kitchen was well furnished and we enjoyed the beach chairs and toys. Mark, the owner, was very responsive in answering questions we had. Hardly anyone was on the beach and the boardwalk wasn’t crowded and there were no lines at the amusement park. Everyone was masked and respectful. We would definitely come here again.

Excellent access to a less busy stretch of the beach, quietly tucked away from the street behind a small hotel. North end of the boardwalk is a walkable distance away. Property seems to be getting gradual updates - kitchen could use an upgrade. All in all good value for the price.
