Could have been better
The location to the beach was fantastic, and the size of the house was perfect. However, upon arrival our house was still being cleaned and we were not able to get into the house until well after 4pm. Once we were settled we noticed food(pineapple & crackers) were on 3 of the bed sheets. Property mngt did provide new sheets but that obviously didn’t sit well with us. The pool waterfall quit running which seem to cause the pool to become extremely murky. The pool guy did come and fix promptly. We also had the refrigerator stop working, which caused a good portion of our food to spoil. Mngt. never fixed that and we had to utilize the laundry refrigerator. For the amount of money we spent I was expecting more, or things to work properly.

Family vacation
Unhappy pool was not cleaned or working properly until 1/2 through. Terrible water pressure, could not take a shower and run water. Towel situation for a house this size was dismal. Had two towels in master bath where there were two adults and one child. Management was fairly quick to respond and communicate. Great location and it is a beautiful house. Met our sleeping arrangements.

Great House for Family Vacation
This house was exactly as described. The short walk to the beach without crossing 30A was great. The private pool was enjoyed by all 9 family members. It was also nice that we could enjoy the community pool and jacuzzi.
We had one minor problem and the property manager had it taken care of immediately. Could not have asked for better service.
The house was located within walking distance to everything but yet felt isolated because of trees around it. Parking was perfect for the three families. I would definitely recommend this house for a family vacation.

Plenty of room for our group of 10. Pool was not as large as we thought, but worked out fine. Easy walk to the beach. Only complaint is for the money we paid, we had to purchase paper
towels, toilet paper and there were only two kitchen towels for drying dishes.

Great location, a little TLC would make it wonderful
Overall, the location is great in Gulf Place and we loved being able to take golf carts anywhere we needed to go. Beach is so close, and the second floor living area balcony was spacious with chairs to sit and visit. We confirmed in advance for the pool to be heated, and two days later the pool company came out and repaired the heater. It was odd that there is not a water line to the refrigerator in the kitchen, so no water or ice, however a refrigerator is around the corner in the laundry room. The BBQ grill must be replaced! It's a safety hazard at this point, and even after we cleaned it as much as possible, it was considered to be unsafe by our experienced grillmasters. Again, great location, but a little TLC would help elevate this home to be great, not just good.

Multigeneration family beach trip
The property was very nice. The location was excellent- south of 30a with no road to cross. This is important for our family with children. They supply beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. Our middle school kids ride the large flamingo up and down the beach all week! The beds were awesome-so comfy! The pool with the little water fall was a good size and fun.

Gorgeous property but not very clean
This rental hous in Santa Rosa Beach is absolutely gorgeous. However for the amount we paid to stay for the week the house was not very clean. It looked like the floors under the furniture had not been swepted in quite awhile and the rugs in the living room and upstairs master had not been vacuumed either. Also one of the dining room chairs had a broken leg. We had a few issues with the garage door and downstairs tv but maintenance came out and fixed the issues. Overall we had a great stay but they should look into a different cleaning service.

Amazing Home
We arrived with our 4 children, their spouses and 5 grandchildren. There was plenty of space for everyone. The property was clean and decorated beautifully. The pool was a great addition. The walk to the beach was not far. There were plenty of beach chairs for our use and inflatables for the pool. There were restaurants close enough to walk to along with ice cream shops. The property manager and owner were very easy to work with. You are a part of a condo resort so there was another pool and exercise room. It was a great vacation and I highly recommend this vacation home.

The property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and two full sized refrigerators were a plus. All the bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach was not a problem. We had a great week.

An excellent house at the beach.
Our family of 15 stayed in this house during the Fourth of July week, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house was clean and beautifully appointed and equipped, without pretense. The pool was loads of fun and, somewhat to our surprise, we appreciated the use of the facilities offered by the condo located between this house and the beach. Although we would have preferred an ocean-front property, the walk to the beach took only 3 minutes or so, and was certainly not burdensome. We would stay in this house again, with the slightest hesitation.

The house is lovely and spacious. It is a little dated but overall nicely decorated. It would have been great if there was a full bath for each of the six bedrooms instead of only 4. The pool was great but we had to call about the pump on 3 occasions. There are beach items and a cart available for use which was great. Also, having bicycles was great.

We just left Playing Hookey today, and we all cannot get over how perfect this house was. It has ample space, is very clean, and the short walk to the beach was easy, even for the small kids in our group. We all want to stay in this house again next year!

Amazing house south of 30A!!
Our extended family enjoyed a week at this great house! The house with two refrigerators, with a small drink fridge downstairs + a separate icemaker was wonderful! Large bedrooms on all three floors helped separate people in a really nice way. The location is really convenient to restaurants and activities nearby. The walk to the beach through San Remo was closer and easier than we had anticipated. Our grown kids loved the access to the San Remo workout room and went every morning. Kitchen and seating was so great, we ate several meals in!! Can't go wrong booking Playing Hooky on 30A!!

Wonderful family vacation
The house was very nice and spacious. The bedroom downstairs now has a king size bed not twin beds. The bunk room was wonderful for our children and we liked the safety alarm going out to pool. It was very nice having a pool and they have a lot of toys for pool and beach. There is no view of the ocean from the third floor. I do wish you did not have to put the code in every time you entered the house.
We were very close to the ice cream shop, which was a hit for all of us.
I would rent the home again because it was in very good condition and very spacious.

Fantastic Home
This was a perfect home for our family beach trip. We had 4 couples who were able to each have a room and private or shared bath and 3 additional adults. The kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed the large common area for meals, games, TV and visiting. Having an extra refrigerator, plus the small beverage refrigerator was very handy. We did have a problem with the downstairs ice maker but it was being solved and there was room to store a couple bags of ice so was not an issue. The pool was great. There was a short walk to the beach and the garage contained lots of pool/beach items plus bikes to use. Chris and Janet responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We're hoping this rental will be available for our next beach trip!

The PERFECT vacation house!!
Wow!! My entire family of 16 were extremely impressed with this home! There was more than enough room for all of us. Every room including the bathrooms were very spacious and super clean!! In fact the entire house was immaculate! It's gorgeous inside and out! Very neatly decorated and up to date!! The entire property is very well kept and maintained! There isn't anything we would've changed! The pool was awesome, clean and enjoyed by all. Plenty of sun during the day! The walk to the beach was quick and easy, no traffic to deal with. There were plenty of beach items for use, and bikes to ride as well. Chris and Janet were super easy to communicate with, and answered every question and were quick to respond. I honestly could write another paragraph on how perfect this home was. I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful home! It's PERFECT!!

Beautiful spacious house steps from the beach
We had four families together for Spring Break - eight adults and eight small children. Everything about the house was great - big modern kitchen, multiple refrigerators, big bedrooms with nice bathrooms, plenty of pool and beach gear... and most importantly, lots of common areas to hang out in! The pool was perfect for the kids (especially HEATED) and only a three-minute walk to the beach with no roads to cross. We had a small issue with the cable and the owners were quick to resolve the issue. What a great place for a family retreat!!

Amazing!
This home was absolutely beautiful! The rooms are huge and the beds are so comfortable, that I had the best sleep I have ever had. We had such an amazing time and the pool was just perfect! The pool heater had malfunctioned, but it was repaired immediately!The beach was easily accessed, with a family memory made of star gazing over the waves. I highly recommend this home, especially to families. If given the ability to choose more than 5 stars, I would do so. Thank you Kiley Beach Resorts for such a wonderful experience!

Girlfriend Retreat
What a place! We had the best time. Everything about this property was fantastic. Beautiful, upscale decor with all the updated amenities. Plenty of space for everyone to relax, take walks, bike rides or just visit. The walk to the beach is very short, however, on the cloudy day we enjoyed the private heated pool! Plenty of restaurants and shopping are all close by. Great location.
