We had a great stay here. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our baseball team with indoor/outdoor pool, easy access to the beach, easy check-in and restaurants close by. Joe is great!

My family and I just returned from our stay and I truly can’t stress enough how wonderful everything was. Everything exceeded all of our expectations. The owner, Joe, and his Property Manager, Christy, were so kind and very attentive from the moment we booked our reservation. They made sure we had all of the information we needed to make our arrival easy.
The process of getting our parking passes upon arrival was a breeze, the staff was very kind and helpful. Parking was easy and there were plenty of carts available to unload/load all of our belongings. The elevators moved quickly and never had a long wait.
The condo was so beautiful and clean! Joe has everything you could possibly need to make your stay fun and comfortable. Everyone in our party commented on how great they slept because the beds and linens were so comfortable.
The views are absolutely beautiful from inside the condo to outside on the balcony! Even though you’re on the 12th floor, it’s so quick and easy to get to the pool and beach. The pool area is fantastic, very clean. Our children enjoyed it for hours.
The location of Escapes! To The Shores is perfect. There are so many great restaurants, shops, and fun things for kids near by.
I honestly have zero complaints about our stay, it was really that great. We will most certainly be back!

Really enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo! Nice and clean. equipped with own ice machine which is a big plus! Fully stocked with all your basic needs. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. Easy access to beach and bathrooms. Joe is extremely kind goes out of his way ti make sure his guests are comfortable and have everything they need! Highly recommend booking here!

I have rented condos all over the world for business and personal travel. Typically a rental condo is much less impressive in person than in the beautiful photos in a listing. At least that’s been my experience.
Having said that, I just completed a stay at this condo and it met or exceeded my expectations in every way. Joe is a great host and this condo is exceptional. The pre-arrival communications were very helpful and the check-out was simple.
Orange Beach is a special place and this condo made it even better. I will rent from Joe anytime he has a condo in an area that I want to visit. Thanks for being a great host Joe!!

Orange Beach is always a blast! Have stayed at Escape to the Shores twice now, and will continue to book my condos at their facility! Beautiful rooms and views, as well as perfect indoor and outdoor pools for the kiddos!

Our 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo at Escapes was extremely clean and beautiful! The furniture was nice and comfortable and the showers were amazing!! We also loved sitting on the high top stools on the balcony to eat Lunch and late at night to see the beautiful view of the ocean and the beach!! The condo is in a great location and it also has nice pools and grill area! Joe is also extremely nice and easy to reach if there is a problem or concerns! Will definitely rent this condo again!!

The pictures listed do not depict the condo to it's fullest. It's much larger and spacious in person. The patio is bigger as well. There are incredible views from inside and from the patio. There are plenty of pillows and linens. The beds and the couches are comfortable. We felt right at home. We didn’t need anything. Joe thoroughly thought all of your needs through and is very easy to chat with. We will definitely be back.

First time in Orange Beach and it was spectacular! The views are amazing from the condo. Saw sunrises, sunsets, dolphins and stingray's from the balcony. The condo is spacious, clean and amenities are great. We had the pleasure to meet Joe (owner) and he was wonderful. He had many suggestions on where to eat and what to see. My family was staying at a different condo in the building for the week, and we decided to extend our stay by one night. Our unit was not available for the extra night, but we booked Joe's 1201 condo last minute and it worked out great! This place is fully equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing beach vacation. Joe was great to work with; we have three little ones, and will probably look at one of his larger properties for our next stay. Views are amazing!

Communication with Joe was phenomenal. He was quick to respond to any correspondence and even called at the end of our stay just to see how it was. This condo is so much bigger and nicer than it looks in the pictures. Everything you could possibly need was there. The beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, bathrooms very spacious and nice, new sectional in living room was great, and outdoor furniture was perfect! I would highly recommend getting up every morning for sunrise. The balcony has a picture perfect view. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Very nice and roomy condo on the beach in a great location at Orange Beach. The condo deck facing the beach was roomy too with plenty of seating. Kitchen was very functional and it had everything you need to cook meals. The owner was great to ask questions and his communication was very good

1st time visiting orange beach. Condo was just as listed. Great views and spacious! Property was great we used the gym and pools and all was clean and well taken care of. We were able to use pool / beach access before our condo was ready and I really appreciated that. I would definitely stay here again.

My elderly parents and my family stayed here for 3 weeks. We had a nice stay at this property and the amenities were good. However, after we left the owner sent me a text. His cleaning lady claimed we broke a lamp and just left it laying on the floor, left the patio door open, stained a couch cushion and left the place a mess. She told him she was required to spend extra time cleaning up after us. We did not break a lamp, definitely closed the patio door, the place was not a mess, and no one recalls spilling anything on a couch cushion. I have always received a 5 stars rating from owners with my stays and am so insulted by the accusations. The whole thing was just bizarre and I suspect his maid broke the lamp, wanted extra money for cleaning and left us to take the fall. It’s too bad that he did not even consider that a possibility. I would not stay in his condo after that interaction.

With such a short visit we didn't get an opportunity to use any of the propert assets. The condo was as pictured. Clean and nicely decorated. Nice touches. Beautiful beach views! Really liked two bedrooms with king beds and attached baths. Perfect for two couples. Joe is a wonderful host!

This property is just as advertised - a very nice condo with incredible views! The building facilities are a big plus with indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor sauna and steam room and well-equipped fitness center. Long walks on the beach in either direction. Building is close to restaurants and shopping. A great place to relax!

Arrived at 8 PM, receptionist at front desk very helpful as was property owner in getting us checked into room.
Condo was very spacious and both king size beds very comfortable easy to sleep on. Condo kitchen had all that we needed and all appliances in good working order. Corner room view was perfect and not obstructed.
Owner knew ab specials and other goings on in town and was always a call away for anything we needed.
Condo was perfect and exactly what we needed for a weekend escape to the beach, recommend it to anybody. Give 5 stars.

Working with Joe was super easy. He is very responsive to questions or any issues that may arise. Condo is just as described. 12th floor view was amazing! I am very picky about my mattress and always assume I will be miserable…that was not the case and I slept great! Would definitely rent this condo again.
